  Incredible Catering & Delicious BBQ!

  Let us just say that Nick and the entire Baby Blues BBQ catering staff are beyond incredible! As wedding planners we can not stress the importance of working with professional vendors and Baby Blues BBQ did not let us down! They were beyond helpful during our entire planning process and truly executed their job perfectly the day of our clients event. They went above and beyond to help with last minute changes and we can not thank them enough for that. NOW, let's talk about the food! When a crowd of 180 people are completely clearing their plates and wanting more, you know you are doing something right. And that banana pudding..... OH MY GOSH! Thank you Baby Blues BBQ for truly making our jobs that much easier! We can't wait to work with you again!

  Kasey from Baby Blues BBQ Catering was outstanding to work with! We decided BBQ for the family get together and rehearsal dinner for our wedding. We couldn’t have made a better choice! From the ribs, pulled pork and brisket to the mac and cheese, fresh salad, and exceptional sweet tea, the meal was fabulous. They came a little early and got everything set up, doted on everyone including us and made our dinner outstanding. The desserts were wonderful as well, and without any muss or fuss they took care of our family like we were their family. They even did the clean up well within our timeframe and left the kitchen spotless. We can’t wait to have their southern BBQ again.

  Could not have been more pleased with our choice of Baby Blues BBQ. Mo (catering manager) was incredibly helpful in the planning stage, and she and her team really worked hard to make sure the day itself went off without a hitch. She even went so far as to fix my husband and I a plate of food each as she knew that the couple doesn't get much of a chance to eat. So amazingly thoughtful. And as for the food? Our guests could not believe their eyes - or their taste buds. Such a change from the usual tepid and dull wedding food. People raved about it for weeks afterwards. Can't rate Baby Blues highly enough. Do it - you won't regret it.

  We booked Baby Blues before we found our venue because we loved the food so much, and they didn't disappoint! We couldn't be more pleased with our decision:
  
  It was a 180 person wedding with no kitchen (only rentals) or water source and minimal time to set up. Mo's staff got it all done ("all" includes a room turnover during appetizer hour, making coffee and serving drinks on top of grilling) and from the feedback we've been getting, it sounds guests were very, very happy. Our videographer even said it was the best wedding food he'd ever had =).
  
  My friends helping with set up also raved about how sweet and thoughtful her staff was--once they saw the decor of the appetizer hour (yes, we used them for appetizer hour, too) they even incorporated some of our flowers into the tray-passed items. And while we were setting up a bit in the morning, they stepped in to help even though it was for something they weren't in charge of! We were also pleasantly surprised by the pieces of decor they brought in for their food items--really tasteful trays and baskets as well as an awesome buffet set up.
  
  Lastly, the cost was AMAZING for the quality of food you get: freshly grilled onsite. We can't wait to go back to the restaurant for more =).

  If you want amazing food and awesome service at a very affordable price, this is the way to go! Every single person at our wedding thanked us for serving them this food. They bring a grill and grill everything right there. People can't stop raving about the shrimp appetizer, tri-tip, pulled pork, and mac n cheese and everything else we had. Plus the servers that they brought were so incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything was done right, set-up, cleaning, etc. We could not be happier with Baby Blues. They made our wedding perfect! :)

  Which we did, greatly.
  Everyone is still talking about the food, and most importantly, they helped us plan an event that "felt like us", comfortable and easy, but still stylish.

  Baby Blues is first and foremost delicious. Your guests will be so satisfied and appreciative that you fed them quality food as that is not the case at many weddings. And secondly they were such a pleasure to work with. Their staff is professional and friendly. As the bride I never received anything but big smiles and enthusiasm for being there. And on top of that my husband being a huge fan of their food really wanted to take home any leftovers because as any couple knows, you don't actually eat on your wedding night. They put everything in trays and sent us off with a feast for the next week.
  
  Our tasting was done in Venice with Kasey and we had a great time picking out our wedding meal and desserts. And the desserts! So delicious. Get the key lime pie. It's amazing.
  
  Our wedding venue was not typical and logistically was a bit of a nightmare. Kasey and Nick never made us feel like it was impossible and worked with our planner to give us everything we wanted.
  
  My one and only reason for not giving them 5 stars was really just a result of them being the best and very popular. They do a LOT of catering; especially during wedding season. You have to stay on them with calls and emails because they can be tough to get in touch with, but they always get back to you and with again nothing but professionalism and friendliness.

  We had Baby Blues cater our wedding a few years ago, but our friends and family still talk about the great food today, especially the shrimp! We worked closely with Mo and she was so helpful. After an incredibly tasty and affordable menu was set, Mo then volunteered to pick up all the plates, napkins, cutlery, etc. This was a huge help! I recommend Baby Blues BBQ for any type of gathering.

  We had Baby Blues cater our wedding a few years ago, but our friends and family still talk about the great food today, especially the shrimp! We worked closely with Mo and she was so helpful. After an incredibly tasty and affordable menu was set, Mo then volunteered to pick up all the plates, napkins, cutlery, etc. This was a huge help! I recommend Baby Blues BBQ for any type of gathering.

  The food from Baby Blues was wonderful. HOWEVER it was supposed to be delivered at 1pm and when I called at 2 to find out what was happening they said there was a mix-up with the delivery company but they were sending it out right away. But if I hadn't called would they have sent it out? I am not sure. Also on the negative side despite there being over twice the sum of money needed to pay them in our bank account they said the card wouldn't go through and we had to provide another card - and all this an hour and a half before the wedding was supposed to start!
