  Amazing food and professional service

  Autumns Custom Catering did not disappoint! From their delicious food to their over the top amazing service we really couldn't have asked for more. They kept the appetizers moving and even made sure to come to my husband and I during pictures to make sure we were eating, we got the Jerk Chicken, the Pasta salad and the Crab balls and they were all a bit hit! Dinner service was fantastic, got the folks through the buffet line easily and quickly, the bartenders were fun and kept the lines short, and the cupcakes and cookies were fantastic!
  If you need delicious food with great flavor from some amazing people, book them now!

  Highly recommend!

  Their food was absolutely delicious and their service was top notch! They were so personable, sweet and catering to us at our wedding making sure we ate and packaged up leftovers so we could enjoy the next day. They also went over and beyond for desserts. I cant rave about them enough! If i need another event catered I will definitely be going to them!

  Fantastic Food and Staff!

  Autumn's Catering and Cafe was absolutely perfect for our wedding! They were responsive and helpful and the food was fantastic. All of our guests commented on how great the food was! The staff was so kind and we couldn't imagine having a better vendor for catering our wedding! We highly recommend Autumn's Catering!!

  Thrilled with the food & service!!

  We were planning a wedding at a vineyard in Nelson County, VA but live in Raleigh, NC. Not being from the area we didn’t have anyone to ask for recommendations. When searching online, we found that most options in the area were either BBQ (too informal for what we were looking for) or French gourmet (too formal for what we wanted.) We found Autumn’s Custom Catering on the wedding planning website, Zola, and then did some research on them. The menu choices were just what we were looking for, and reasonably priced. We reached out to Claudine, the owner and I’m so thankful they were available for our wedding day, 10/29/2022. Even though they’re based in Richmond, they were willing to make the drive to our venue (for a very reasonable price). The food was AMAZING. We chose ham, lasagna, and chicken marsala, along with veggies. Everything was served family style, and the servers who helped were all so wonderful and attentive. Since the meal came with a variety of cupcakes, we opted to have just a small wedding cake made by a friend to cut, and served the guests the cupcakes. They were so delicious! My mother’s favorite cake is carrot cake, but she is *very* particular about her carrot cake. Most are simply spice cake with some carrot flakes in it. My mom loved the carrot cake cupcakes. And the chicken was so tender, you didn’t need a knife to cut it. Claudine and her servers got all the centerpieces set out for us as well as the table settings. Everything was just perfect. They also packed up all the leftovers and labeled them so we could take them home. She even included a lovely goodie bag just for my husband and I to take back to our hotel. I highly recommend Claudine and Autumn’s Custom Catering.

  Working with ACC was so simple

  Autumn’s Catering company catered my wedding on 8/6/2023. The food was amazing and flavorful. The cocktail hour and dessert display were beautiful. I especially loved the various types of cheeses for the cocktail hours. The customer service was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the care and kindness everyone on the team had for us making sure all the details were perfect from the food displays to helping fluff my dress before I walked down the aisle. The bartenders also did an amazing job making the signature drinks. My family and I enjoyed everything. Thank you so much, we truly appreciate it. I will definitely hire Autumn’s Catering for my next event.

  From the very first day they have ALL been amazing to work with! We never, ever had an issue with anything regarding them. Their prices are by far the best in town for the quality of food and services they provide. They also helped my family set up the decor the day of the wedding since they were running behind due to the keys got locked in my parents car. I also had someone go out of their way to fix the button that broke on my dress with a safety pin right before introductions. I am forever grateful for them all for making our wedding WONDERFUL!

  I rate this vendor as top notch--5 stars across the board for fabulous food,phenomenal service and reasonable pricing.

  I live in New Hampshire and was helping my niece,who lives in Virginia ,plan her wedding. After extensive research of caterers we chose Autumn Catering and am I glad we did.Thier menu options were amazing.We chose the charcuterie board,shrimp cocktail and meatballs marinara for appetizers and for the main course we chose pulled pork,roasted chicken and a primerib carving station with all of the sides. Desserts were seasonal desserts and a chocolate fountain.Autumn Catering was wonderful to work with from choosing the menu to making the entire night perfect. They were always happy to help and even made me an AWESOME small cutting cake for a very reasonable price. Everything in fact was reasonably priced, and even when there was a small mix up on our invoice, Claudine was quick to reach out personally to make it right. She and her staff truly care about the events they are a part of, so if you are considering using Autumn’s Custom Catering for your event, DO IT, you will not be disappointed!

  Autumn's Custom Catering went above and beyond on my wedding day. Not only was the food amazing, literally so many guests mentioned how delicious the food was, but the team is the best! Claudine and her staff were so nice, checking on us during dinner to see if we wanted any more food/drinks, advising when to cut cake for the guests, and bringing the bride water when dancing. Additionally, prior to the ceremony the staff helped my husband's grandmother transport, set up, and attach decorations to the cake which went above and beyond their commitments. Autumn's Catering were timely with all communication, provided insight into food/drink selections, helped coordinate/set up rentals, and worked with us when we decided to add a late night snack option that wasn't originally apart of their menu. We can't sing their praises enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for catering for an event!

  The menu we had put together was excellent, we were able to cater for everyone's dietary requirements (diabetes, lactose-intolerance, no pork, etc). Because we were worried about all the waste we would be producing, they helped us find more envionmentally friendly/biodegradable disposables. Guests not only complimented on the food but also how friendly and fun Claudine, Leann and her team were and how much they enjoyed the drinks.

  Outstanding wedding service

  ACC perfectly accommodated our wedding menu requests. They were flexible, easy to work with, and provided clear communication and lots of staff support. During our reception, my wife and I had multiple guests commend on how friendly the staff were, and they worked hard to make our wedding an incredible day. Highly recommend!

  Delicious, helpful, flexible!

  When we were looking for a caterer for our wedding I emailed Autumn's with an impossibly-long email of questions. They answered ALL of them. And then I did it again. And again. Every time I emailed them with questions about the day, they were patient, attentive, and professional in responding and answering all of them, and offering suggestions based on their experience. We ended up having to change our wedding venue about 3 weeks out from the event and they worked with us to make that work. Also, we had way fewer people RSVP yes than we anticipated, but they graciously allowed us to reduce the headcount. We did a tasting with them and the food was amazing. Day of - food was amazing. We did a family-style meal for guests and they prepared plates of all of the food for me and my husband at our sweetheart table so that we could also have some of everything! The cupcakes were delicious! They also packed up all of our leftovers for us at the end of the night.

  Autumn's Custom Catering was a dream to work with for my wedding! I was DIYing a lot of things and they were so helpful in the planning process and it went off without a hitch! They were so responsive during the planning process and flexible with changes made. And the food... Oh my gosh the food was FANTASTIC! People were raving about them. And they made sure we got to actually eat on the wedding day which was so helpful. We had a winter wedding and they did a hot cocoa bar which was a hit!! So happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone!

  Hire Autumn’s Custom Catering!

  Autumn’s Custom Catering was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our wedding. Not only did they plan an entirely vegan (and delicious!!) menu for us, but their professionalism and communication throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding itself were nothing short of extraordinary. The service and the food was wonderful. Several members of my family and myself are gluten free and Claudine didn’t bat an eye when we asked for modifications like GF Mac and cheese. We loved that they brought us our delicious dinner to the sweetheart table (we had a buffet), filled our champagne glasses for a toast, and most importantly that the staff helped my parents when they were trying to fill dinner plates for themselves as well as my elderly grandparents at the same time. We got a great meal for a great price. So many guests commented on how great the food was and wanted to know who the caterers were!
