They were great to work with and so accomadating before the wedding. The food was great. The work on our wedding day and provided for our everyneed.

It was so great using Aspen Catering for our wedding. They were ready to handle as much or as little of our wedding as we wanted. It was so easy working with them (Allison helped us) and I had no worries about anything as the day approached. The food was delicious and they did such a fantastic job of setting everything up. We couldn't have been happier.

Aspen Catering provided an enormous menu to choose from ranging in cuisine type, heavy and light foods, price range etc. And in addition to that, they were still willing to customize any item we requested. They provided us with a nice food tasting and were very easy to work with. We met with Betsy and she was so kind and made the experience really fun. They staff of servers was extremely helpful and fundamental in making my reception run smoothly. They went out of their way to assist us. The food was delicious and made our reception memorable. We couldn't have been happier.

I worked with Betsy at Aspen Catering. She knows her stuff! She contributed so much time, planning and expertise to my wedding. Since I did not have a wedding coordinator and did everything myself, her help was invaluable. I made several changes to my catering order, and it was never a problem for Betsy.

I found that Aspen Catering provides an exceptional product for the price. They also helped coordinate rentals (table linens, flatware, etc) at very competitive rates. They were also very helpful in taking care of last minute details on the day of my wedding (lighting candles in centerpieces, putting out decorations on the cake table). My reception site allowed my to bring in my own alcohol, and Aspen let me bring it to them several days for the wedding so it could be chilled properly, and they transported it to the reception site.

I did knock down the rating for professionalism, mostly because of the bartenders Aspen provided. The bartenders poured VERY strong drinks (not that my guests were complaining), and therefore tore through the alcohol we brought in. Some types of hard liquor were gone within the first couple hours of the reception because of the way the bartenders were pouring drinks. Also, I know that they served several minors.

Aspen isn't the 'fanciest' caterer in Dallas, but one of the best values around. Their prices allowed me to splurge a bit with the food - better hors d' oeuvres, extra sides, adding a roast beef carving station. I still came in $1000 under my budget for food.

You always expect more then what can be given. WHile they tried NOONE could equal what i wanted but they did try.
