Ashley was wonderful to work with. The cake was both beautiful and delicious. We received many compliments from our guests about how great the cake was. There was not any left at the end of our reception. We would highly recommend her for any wedding or special event.

Ashley Cakes is AWESOME!! Her cakes are VERY affordable compared to other wedding cake bakeries and the taste is not compromised at all. Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous!!! She did such a wonderful job with our cake. We were so satisfied and it tasted amazing!! I would recommend Ashley Cakes to anyone in the market for a wedding cake. You will not be disappointed.

Ashley did a wonderful job! She listened to our likes and dislikes and desiged the perfect cake. Everyone at the wedding comented on how beautiful the cake was and wanted to know who made it.

After meeting with Ashley and tasting her cakes..we were sold! They were so good! We loved the sketch she did on the spot for us and it was exactly as we wanted! People were asking me who our baker was!!

Ashley did a fantastic job on our wedding cake. Everyone was quite complimentary on the taste and the design. Ashley took the colors requested and matched them perfectly to the swatch provided. We made a last minute change on the amount and she was quickly accommodating. She make the changes and delivered promptly.

Ashley and her husband were so great to work with!!! I instantly felt at ease with Ashely during our consultation because she knew so much about cakes and really helped us design our cake the way we wanted it. A lot of other cake vendors knew what they were doing but would not give us a drawing to look at so we could visualize what our cake would look like. Ashley was more than willing to draw it out and even showed it to us in color!! It was so hard to pick our flavors for the cake and fillings because everything she had was delicious. When we saw our cake the day of the wedding, we were very pleased with Ashely's work. We were even more pleased when we tasted it!! I have been to a lot of weddings where the cake looked good but tasted very dry and stale. Our cake tasted like it had been made that morning!! It was very moist and very delicious. We receivied numerous compliments about the look and taste of our cake. THANKS ASHLEY!!

When I first met with Ashley I gave her a picture of a cake I had seen and loved and mentioned just a few changes I wanted to it for my cake - and she completely recreated it. It looked exactly like what I had imagined it looking like.
And the cake inside was amazing. People were arguing over the last pieces at our wedding, it was that tasty! I talked to several different bakers but Ashley's cake consistently was the best tasting!
Ashley was also great to work with, very friendly and responsive to any questions I might have. I highly recommend working with her!

Ashley Cakes is a great husband and wife team whom I enjoyed working with. They bring personality into their cakes and are very willing to create the special cake of your dreams. My wedding cake has gotten so many compliments not only for the beautiful design, but for the wonderful taste. I could not have been more satisfied with my cake it was more beautiful than I had ever pictured and tasted so amazing. I recommend that any bride use Ashley Cakes!

Ashley & Josh are awesome! There are so many things to worry about on your wedding day and typically the cake isn't one! You have to put your trust in the baker and hope it turns out ok. With Ashely Cakes you don't have to worry about a thing! Ashely coordinated with my florist herself (cutting out the middle man, me) to find out what flowers she could use on the cake to tie in all of the different colors from our wedding. We had a multi flavored cake that sat on a beautiful stand that she was able to provide. Ashley Cakes made everything so easy and convenient! We recommend them to everyone we know!!!!

Ashley Cakes provided the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding day. From the cake tasting to the big day, working with Ashley was great. She took her time in helping us choose the cake and filling flavors (we had two each!) and in designing the outside design, which was an intricate eyelet lace look. If I had to do it all again I would 100% choose Ashley Cakes and would recommend them to everyone!

I first learned about Ashley Cakes when my mother and I attended the Forever Bridal Show. After sampling all of the cakes at the Bridal Show, we decided that Ashley Cakes had the best cakes at the bridal Show. Ashley was a joy to work with! During our first meeting, Ashley took the time to help my fiance and I figure out what we wanted (when we really had no idea), shared a variety of cakes and fillings to sample (yum!), and produced a beautiful sketch by the end of the hour.
Over the months before the wedding, Ashley worked with me via email to ensure the design, monogram, and coloring where what we wanted. Ashley always responded to my emails within 24 hours.
In the end, we had the most beautiful, and delicious, wedding cake. Our cake, which was a three tier, two layer yellow cake, with strawberry-cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream frosting, large enough to feed 120 people, was completely gone by the end of our reception--even though we had about 100 guests!
We look forward to using Ashley Cakes again in the future!
