An Amazing Family Experience!

I came to Arzelle's with my mom and sister! We all had a great time talking with Kimmia. She let me pick out my own dresses to try on, take as many pictures as I liked, and continued to answer my questions months after I purchased my dress. They did my alterations in the store and steamed my dress before my bridal portraits and then again before my wedding day! They took such good care of me and my dress, always making sure I was prepared for the next set of the wedding process. Seriously the most friendly service ever! We love Arzelle's Bridal!!!

Amazing dress!

I wish I had come to Arzelle’s first!

I had a bad experience at another dress shop and decided I would order a dress online, but my mom made me schedule an appointment at Arzelle’s. Everyone I interacted with from that point on was amazingly helpful, plus I found my dress!

Every step of the way from choosing my dress through the alterations, I felt like I was the most important person in the world.

I felt like a Forest Goddess on my day.

I found my perfect dress at Arzelle’s Bridal in Nashville, TN. I did what most brides want to do, go around the boutique and choose which dresses I wanted to try on.. from those I narrowed down 2-3, and tried them on again. I didn’t look at prices. I was pleasantly surprised that the dress I felt the most beautiful in wasn’t too expensive (more than I had hoped just because I love a good cheap find), but oh my gosh. It was so worth it. It was the perfect vibe for our day! 🌿 don’t mind my pregnant belly in the dress. ☺️

Kimia at Arzelle's was extremely helpful and even opened the store for me on a day they were normally closed due to weather disrupting the arrival of a dress I ordered to try on! I had to try my dress on by myself because my friends had to leave the day before due to bad weather, so she helped me make a decision and I ended up saying "yes!" to a beautiful Alvina Valenta gown. I highly recommend Arzelle's!

Classy, gorgeous, romantic. It's not the biggest store ever, but I wanted to try on practically every dress on the racks. All the stylists were supportive, positive, and professional. Good range in prices too, and my fittings (although I had a few more than normal - I was very picky) went just fine. Best wedding dress shopping experience I had!

My experience at Arzelle's was terrific, I loved the dress I picked out and the seamstress did exactly what I wanted! She has been working there for about 10 years and she was very good at what she does! My fittings were all on time and the whole process was simple. I would absolutely look here first for your dress before going elsewhere, it was actually my last spot to look and it was the best!

The women that work at Arzelle's are very calm and helpful. The lady that did the alterations was amazing. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Only tried on one dress!!

This was a complete dream experience. The bride decided to change her dress four weeks prior to the wedding. Arzelle's suggested a beautiful dress within our budget, obtained it, altered it to an amazing fit, and was pleasant and encouraging during the whole process. The two ladies who helped us were simply phenomenal. We will have the entire outfit a week before the big day. I simply can't say enough good words about this shop. I highly recommend all brides start here!

I bought a second dress at Arzelle's because I was not happy with my first dress purchase. The girls at this boutique are so sweet and they really take the time to help you pick out the right dress and accessories. I was so happy with my dress - they really took good care of me!

I went to Arzelle's because they carried a Waters dress that I found and loved. At the time I lived in Memphis, TN (they are in Nashville, TN), and they were the closest store carrying the dress. The day I chose to go try it on, they were having a trunk show by one of their designers, Kelly Faetanini. I ended up choosing a Kelly Faetanini dress that day that I loved then and still love now. I've yet to find one I like any better! Being so far from Arzelle's, I was a little worried about the whole fitting process, but they were very accommodating and worked with me and my busy schedule to go through the process. They were always very nice when I called and somehow always knew it was me when they answered. Their manager is very sweet; she is always so bubbly and very helpful even when I was indecisive. Overall, they were amazing!

Arzelle's was a great experience. Small and not pretentious with a wide range of prices and styles. They had a huge sample section with lots of styles that had been discontinued so you could buy it right off the rack for a much lower price!

Arzelle's is the perfect place to find a wedding dress! Kimmia was so helpful throughout the whole process. The seamstress made my dress fit perfectly! They have a wonderful selection and a beautiful environment to help you find the perfect dress. Thank you!

Everyone can't provide the wedding dress shopping experience that Arzelle's provided. We were on a budget and wanted something nice. Arzelle's sample sale was our saving grace. I picked one dress that was priced at $999 on sale for $199; but, it sold before my aunt could come in from out of town to purchase it. I was disappointed; but, the bridal consultant found another dress my exact size. I said "I'm not trying on that ugly dress!". After looking at other dresses for about an hour, I conceded and tried on the "ugly" dress. Tears came from my eyes and everyone in the store. It was the most beautiful dress ... It was priced at $2,500 but on sale for $199.

Even though my dress was a part of the sample sale, the bridal consultants treated me as if I paid regular price. They were all so helpful from the initial selection, purchase, and the fittings.

Arzelle's was the first place I went to look for my dress, and I found "the one" immediately! The staff was very tuned in to what I wanted in a wedding dress. They were helpful and easy to work with. We also purchased all of my accessories, veil, and the bridesmaids' dresses from Arzelle's. The lady who does their alterations is amazing and very reasonably priced. We had an amazing experience with them.

Arzell’s is awesome! Walking into their shop was a breath of fresh air after being hassled, hounded, and otherwise irritated with so many of the dress shops in Northern Virginia. I actually completely wrote off dress shopping in VA because it was so frustrating. So, when I was home, in Nashville, for Christmas I made an appointment with Arzelle’s because they carry the Watter’s and WTOO collection which I fell in love with. Within seconds of being in the store I found many gorgeous and very reasonably priced dresses. I purchased my dress from them and had them ship it to my home in Northern Virginia. If you have any questions they are always there to help and the consultants are so sweet.

Arzelle's was AMAZING beyond belief! We got our bridesmaids' dresses and groomsmens' tuxes from Arzelle's, and I truly wish I had purchased my wedding gown from Arzelle's as well! They were so flexible, welcoming, and friendly. When some of the groomsmens' tuxes did not fit correctly on the day before the wedding, they made sure they were perfect for the guys. The bridesmaids' dresses were gorgeous, and all of the ladies were so happy with them. They helped me match the bridesmaids' dresses to the groomsmens' ties, and were so helpful! Most notably, when I had a near-catastrophe with my wedding dress purchased from another Nashville store, they came to the rescue. Although I bought my bridal gown one year in advance, two weeks prior to the wedding I had a huge problem with the dress and was very concerned it would not be fixed in time for the wedding. My mom and I walked into Arzelle's without an appointment at 4:45pm, explained the problem to them, and they pulled out every single dress in the store that was near my size. They helped me try on each dress, and we talked baout how we could alter each one bought off the rack in time for the wedding two weeks away. They were understanding, helpful, compassionate, and encouraging. I found two dresses that I loved, that could be altered and ready to go in two weeks!! In the end, my original dress came through and I did not have to buy a dress off the rack from Arzelle's, but they took me from panic mode to reassured that I would have a beautiful wedding gown to wear on my wedding day. I think they are the very clearly the best in town, and I recommend them without hesitation. As I said before, I wish I had purchased my wedding gown from Arzelle's. They are WONDERFUL!

We ordered the tuxedos and bridesmaids' gowns from Arzelle's. They did everything right. They were careful, thorough, professional and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we did NOT buy the bridal gown there. We should have. The bridal gown was the only negative in the entire event and if we had used Arzelle's, we believe it would have been perfect. After a couple of problems with the wedding dress at one of "THE" top Nashville wedding boutiques, we went to Arzelle's at the last minute to see if we could find an alternate gown for our daughter. They treated her like a goddess, were dismayed at her other experience but took the high road and helped her without bad mouthing the competition. What a great place!

I was a little nervous going in at first, because I thought the place was expensive and would be snoody. I'm so glad I went. I felt so at ease after a girl there helped me and was really friendly. I love my dress and I was so excited to wear it on my big day. Please stop by.

I had the best time searching and finding my gown here at Arzelle's. Not only is the owner the nicest person, but the quality and selection here is top notch. The store is GORGEOUS and you feel special like you're the only one they are serving. I loved my time working with Arzelle's. I came here after a very disappointing time with another local bridal store (BR) where I felt really awful when I left - and at Arzelle's I felt like a total princess from the customer service and the wonderful care I recieved. I love them all!

If you're the type of bride that refuses to set foot in a David's Bridal (they're horrible in my opinion - who wants to purchase a crappy dress from a chain that also sells prom dresses?) then Arzelle's is the right store for you.

There are a lot of other reviews on Arzelle's as it is somewhat of a Nashville institution. The reason for all the reviews is that it's a top quality bridal shop and you won't get as high a level of service elsewhere (especially DB).

Also, please keep in mind that although Arzelle's is slightly higher-end they will work with all budgets no matter how large or small. It's Nashville's small version of a Kleinfield's.

I had a decent amount to spend on my dress, but I was not top end by any means. The owner of the shop is the sweetest person. She was so patient with me and was gracious even though I tried on over a dozen dresses (a few I tried on just because I remembered them from 27 Dresses and wanted to see what I looked like in them).

When I found THE dress for me the owner commented on the ribbon at the waist. She said she knew of something that worked better and added it to the order without any additional charges. Sure enough, when my dress came in I had the upgraded ribbon without any worries.

She also found veils that matched my dress perfectly. I didn't exactly know if I wanted a veil or not at the time so I appreciated her showing me a few different things. I ended up going with a headpiece instead of a veil, but very much appreciated her efforts.

The alterations person that works on site is also a very special person. She did a great job fitting my dress and was also very gracious when I had her take a bunch of extra pictures of me at each fitting.

These ladies know and understand that your wedding is your one big moment to shine and be girly. It's wonderful that they get this and are so accomodating.

Finally, I received a discount on my dress because I purchased it in December for a June wedding. Apparently the busy season for the wedding dress industry is January/February/March, so if you purchase before that time you may also receive a nice discount!

Everyone at Arzelle's was so great to work with. They were always so helpful and knowledgeable! I actually got a one-of-a-kind wedding dress that was a custom order and I LOVED it! My bridesmaids' dresses were also from Arzelle's and they were so beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting Arzelle's for your wedding attire needs!

I struggled to find a dress. I had been to every shop in Nashville (some more than once) and had probably tried on over 100 dresses. I kid you not.

I had avoided Arzelle's as I thought it was going to be too pricey for me. I called, made a later afternoon appointment and told the woman to pull every dress she had under $1000. None of them worked. The saleswoman suggested that I try on dress types I had been avoiding (mermaid, ruched, drop-waist, halter, etc) and to NOT look at the price tag. She said that even if I tried something on I couldn't afford, that maybe I might find the style I needed. I took her advice. I found the dress: drop waist and ruched with straps and not one bit of lace or beading (another aspect I was addicted to). I held my breath as she pulled the price tag out of my armpit - $1350.

I felt that an additional $350 over budget it was totally worth the dress of my dreams.

One note of the dress. It was a Mikaella. It came with a standard bustle. It was a loop with a button. I completely ripped the bustle out before the end of the night. I was OK as I had finished dancing and put the train loop around my wrist when I walked. This made me feel a bit princess-like, so it was fine.

I suggest adding a back-up bustle to factory made bustles. My 2 cents.

I found the most beautiful gown in Brides and called Arzelle's to find out if they could order it or had it. Luckily they had it in stock...we made a date go the next day and I was totally amazed it looked exactly like I had hoped it would. I think Arzelle's has some of the best service and they go the extra mile to help you find what you want. I was lucky because the first drss I wanted and tried on, was the dress I ended up purchasing! I had to try on others but stayed with my original pick. I felt like a princess. I totally recommend Arzelle's for all your bridal gowns and their service is impeccable.

I got my BEAUTIFUL Lazaro gown at Arzelle's and these ladies were WONDERFUL! So sweet and they were always around to answer any silly question I had. They were patient with my bridesmaids and let me come in whenever I wanted to to look at veils and accessories. I dropped by without notice several times and they didn't care at all. The dresses here are gorgeous, I had so many to choose from. Everything is super high quality and truly lovely. I highly recommend buying your dress here!

I had a short engagement and was concerned about getting a dress in time. Other vendors responded negatively, but Arzelle's assured me I could get a dress off the floor and their alterations lady would make it fit me. I was a little unsure, but I couldn't be happier with the fit of my dress now. Anytime I contacted them, someone responded immediately, and their alterations lady, Kay, is truly fabulous and talented.

We ordered my daughter's wedding dress and her "reception" dress from Arzelle's. The employees were very helpful and we had alot of fun shopping there. Would definitely recommend this store.

I got my wedding dress, veil, the groom & groomsmen tux's and my mother and mother-in-laws dress'. The staff was so kind, helpful and the lady who helped me (Jen) was availablefor any questions I had from the first time I went in to look at the dress ( frazalled and in my scrubs on the way to work) until two days befor ehe weddig when she had my dress and veil waiting in perfect pressed condition! I would recommend every bride o go to this store for all their bridal needs, my ony regret is that I did not get my bridesmaids dresses there.

The sales people were friendly. Erin waited on us. We shopped for wedding dresses in at least 4 major cities and ended up finding the dress of my daughter's dreams right under our noses in Nashville.

I had a great experience at Arzelle's. They were very helpful and not pushy. They made me feel very welcome and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. When it came time to make my purchase they did not try to push me toward a more expensive dress. The vendor messed up my vail and they were very quick to get it handled. I highly recommend Arzelle's. I am very happy that I got my dress there.

I absolutely loved my dress from Arzelle's! The girl I worked with there was great and she helped me pick out the perfect dress for my wedding day. The only problem I had was working with the seamstress. Some alterations needed to be done and we had to go back and worth a few times before she got it just right. The end result was amazing though and I loved my dress!

The service was wonderful. The girls helped me customize my dress by changing the neckline. The seamstress did a wonderful job of turning my strapless dress into a halter. It looked beautiful.

I am one happy bride! I bought my dress off the rack at Arzelles at a deep discount. The seamstress promised we could add sleeves, lower the neckline, let out the hips and add a beaded belt. A lot of brides don't realize that when so much work is being done on a garment, it takes multiple fittings to get it exactly right! Kimmia and Adrian and Kay (seamstress) were great and made me feel better throughout the whole process.

My dress was perfect. Service was ok, a few if the girls who worked there were less than helpful as I had been warned previously about. I would absolutely recommend taking your dress elsewhere for alterations. The lady who does theirs cancelled several fittings on me and also didn't get one of my alterations finished in time for my wedding.

We rented all of the tuxedos from Arzelle's. They were very helpful in the process of choosing the tuxedo, but they are a little on the pricey side. A couple of the tuxes came in and did not fit, but Arzelle's remedied that quickly.

The selection here was very small and they put a lot of pressure on you to purchase. I did not like that they would not let me take pictures. For such an important purchase they should allow you time to make sure you made the right choice.

Our mistake: we believed the salesperson when we were assured the floor model dress could be cleaned to look like new and fitted perfectly. The dress was purchased on May 12, 2014, and, after six fittings with four being the week of the wedding, it was picked up the morning of the wedding. The shop assistant tried her best; the seamstress recommended by Arzelle's was atrocious....the dress went from too tight at the waist to huge; from falling off the bosom to so tight there was no zipping the dress. The beadwork 'belt' was affixed upside down. On and on--with stress mounting daily as the wedding day neared. I fault the shop for recommending the alterations person--and the alterations person for never once offering a refund for her incompetence. And as a final insult, the stains that were assured would come out, did not.

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. My wedding was October 12, 2013. Saturday, 10/12/13, I go to put the dress on. Pictures were going to start at 12:30, wedding at 5:00. I open the bag up… and there was a belt on the dress (that wasn’t mine). My mom said give it here, I’ll pick the stitches out of it to get the belt off, no big deal. Then one of my bridesmaids said.. “Is it even your dress?” I looked at the bottom of the bag where the ticket was. IT WAS SOME OTHER GIRL’S DRESS. Why yes, it is only 4.5 hours until the wedding, and yes, we are 4 hours from Nashville. My mom immediately gets on the phone with Arzelle’s. In the mean time, my sister had called some family friends of ours that were coming from Nashville. She asked if they had left yet, and they said no we’re taking our jet, it leaves at 2:00. My sister told them about what was going on, they called their pilot and had the flight moved up. Meanwhile, we got Arzelle’s to deliver the dress to them (the manager said she would deliver it herself). When she got to their house, our friend questioned them about heir big mistake. And she said “I don’t know anything about it, I’m just the messenger.” Lie. And she assured my mom a full refund on the dress when they were talking on the phone. I got the dress at 4:00. 1 hour before the wedding. My husband and I’s “first look” last 3 minutes… in my parent’s backyard. We were supposed to have 1 hour for that. I got 1 picture with my parents that day. And 1 picture of me and my sisters, and 1 picture of all 5 of us together. 1. We got ZERO staged pictures in the chapel because guests were already starting to arrive and it was too dark after the ceremony, We were an hour late to the reception bc we were busy trying to get pictures with the small amount of daylight we had left. Some people had already left the reception by the time we got there. We spent our mini-honeymoon recovering from the roller coaster of emotions from that day. When we got b
