Absolutely Recommend!!

Because our venue requires couples to use an exclusive caterer, we were initially a little nervous about not being able to explore other options. However, any concerns we had completely disappeared once we started working with Kathleen and the Arthur’s Catering team. Kathleen was incredibly knowledgeable about our venue and guided us through every step of the catering process with confidence and ease. Her expertise made us feel supported from day one.

Our tasting experience was absolutely wonderful. Despite my husband’s busy schedule, they were more than accommodating and worked with us to schedule a summer tasting for our December wedding. When we arrived, they had a reserved parking spot waiting for us, a private room set up, and a personalized menu tailored specifically to our preferences. The attention to detail and level of care they put into that experience made us feel so valued.

And the food — phenomenal. We were truly blown away. Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted incredible. What started as hesitation about using an exclusive vendor quickly turned into genuine excitement and confidence in our choice.

On the wedding day, everything exceeded expectations. Our guests raved about the food, and the staff was amazing — extremely attentive, professional, and so friendly throughout the entire evening. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of.

From the communication and professionalism to the overall experience and quality of the food, Arthur’s Catering surpassed anything we could have hoped for. We could not have been more pleased and would absolutely recommend them to any couple getting married.

Best wedding Decision we made

As a bride who spent months researching and meeting with different caterers in the Orlando area, I can say with complete confidence that choosing Arthur’s Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

When you’re planning a wedding, there are so many moving parts and so many decisions to make. What stood out to me immediately was the sense of peace I felt knowing our catering, bar, dessert, and Cookie Station were completely handled.

Diego was my main point of contact throughout the planning process, and he was incredible to work with. They truly worked with us every step of the way and were so accommodating, thoughtful, and easy to collaborate with. On the day of the wedding, we had Mario, his event lead, and he and the entire team executed everything flawlessly.

The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about it. Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and executed perfectly. The bar service was seamless, dessert was amazing, and the Cookie Station was such a fun and memorable touch that everyone loved.

On the day of the wedding, I never once had to worry about anything related to food or beverage. Every detail was handled seamlessly. The team was attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. As a bride, that feeling of being able to fully relax and trust your vendors is everything.

Whether it’s a wedding or any important event, you want to feel confident that everything will be handled with care and excellence. Arthur’s Catering delivers exactly that.

Best of the Best

Our experience with Arthur's Catering was absolutely fabulous. We had our destination wedding at the Sydonie Mansion, and Arthur's came highly recommended to us from our planner as she used them for her own wedding. We are a family of restauranteurs from New Jersey, so food was the #1 most important thing for us at our wedding, and let me tell you, the food and service has been one of the most complimented things from our guests about the day!! We specifically worked with Diego and he was the BEST!!! He was not only beyond accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful with constructing our menu, but he was also so friendly and fun to work with - something you don't get with every vendor during the wedding planning process! From the moment we came to Arthur's for our first tasting they made us feel like royalty and it made us so happy to hear that our guests felt the same way. Beyond the food and service being exceptional, it was super convenient (and fun!) to be able to pick out all of our flatware, glassware and linens right there at Arthur's location. A huge thank you to Diego and everyone at Arthur's for exceeding our wildest dreams and being such a big part of our perfect day!!!

An Easy - YES!

Arthur’s Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The food was fresh, delicious, and far beyond typical wedding fare. Our foodie guests were genuinely impressed. The team was professional, organized, and incredible to work with. Jennifer, in particular, was a dream. She was extremely collaborative and communicative the entire planning process. Amazing Food & Service

Could not have been happier to have Arthur’s Catering for our wedding at Casa Feliz!! The food was absolutely amazing and we had compliments all night from our guests about how delicious everything was from the cocktail hour apps to the salads and entrees. Absolutely Outstanding – Arthur’s Made Our Day Perfect

Planning a wedding from the UK to take place in Orlando was no small task, but finding Arthur’s Catering was one of the best decisions we made. After lots of research, we came across them – and honestly, they exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

The Food
If we could relive the day just to eat the food again, we absolutely would! The food was nothing short of spectacular. It’s still a major talking point among our guests – many of whom have said it was the best food they’ve ever had, not just at a wedding, but full stop. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted incredible.

The Staff
The attendants, chefs, and bar staff were all amazing. Every member of the team was polite, professional, and incredibly attentive – delivering a seamless 10/10 service throughout the day. Their attention to detail and warm presence did not go unnoticed.

A Special Thank You to Diego
I want to personally thank Diego, who worked closely with us for months leading up to the wedding. Despite the distance and time difference, Diego was always responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. His communication and support gave us complete confidence and peace of mind.

yummy and perfect

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Arthur’s Catering for our wedding on December 14, 2024, and we can confidently say that the food was one of the standout elements of our entire day. The meal was simply delicious—some of the best food we've had, and our guests are still talking about it!
From the moment we started planning, Lori P. was an incredible help. She guided us through every step of the process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns with ease. Her attention to detail made everything feel so much less stressful, and we truly appreciated how she personalized everything to make our day unique.
One of our favorite parts of the planning process was the tasting. We made it a fun date night, sampling some of Arthur’s amazing offerings, and it was a total highlight. We got to try the rosemary chicken, flank steak, veggies, and potatoes that we ended up choosing for our main dishes, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were outstanding—rich, flavorful, and fresh.
But the absolute showstopper was the chef-inspired mac n' cheese bar! It was a custom touch that we were so excited about, and it did not disappoint. Our guests loved the variety of toppings, and it added such a fun, interactive element to the evening.
The Arthur’s staff were all delightful, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the reception. We felt so taken care of, and the presentation and service were flawless.
We’re already wondering how we can get all this amazing food again! Thank you, Arthur's Catering, for making our wedding meal such an unforgettable experience. You truly helped make our day even more special, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Money well spent!!

I don't even know where to start with this review because there are so many amazing things I could say about my experience with Patty and Arthur's Catering and Events. We booked them as part of an upgrade to our package at Paradise Cove and we never once regretted spending the extra money on them. Patty was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, kind... My love for everything about this woman has no limits. My husband and I both have worked in catering for many years, so the quality of food at our wedding was very important to us. At our tasting, Patty and the culinary team at Arthur's took time to discuss our options for upgrades, stations, the bar, and more. After the tasting, my husband and my sisters were going on and on about how great everything was and how excited they were for the food at the wedding. To say that the service and food on the day of our wedding did not disappoint is an understatement! We are still getting texts about how great the food was. THANK YOU Arthur's!!

P.S. - if you enjoy tuna like I do, the Hokee Poke Station is an absolute MUST! I'm still dreaming about it!

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing time working with Jennifer and the Arthur’s team! From our initial consultation calls, to the tasting meeting, and to the day-of, everything was so easy and professional. The food was delicious and unique. Additionally, they were open to modifications we suggested when it came to more traditional/cultural food that we included in our menu. During the actual reception, the service was wonderful and the food tasted exactly like it did during the tasting. The dessert bar was a hit and everyone raved about the food. Jennifer also was always transparent about cost and there were never any surprise charges. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Arthur’s team for any catering event!

Lori Player and her team BLEW US AWAY. From the moment we started planning our meals with them, up until the moment we looked around the room and saw everyone enjoying their incredibly delicious food - we KNEW we chose right. We never felt stifled choosing our menu, Lori guided us through the process with unending knowledge and expertise, and provided plenty of laughs along the way. We felt comfortable being ourselves and were so excited to explore the endless options that Arthur’s provided. Since the wedding, everyone has been RAVING about how amazing the food was and we are so so happy that we chose this amazing company. As the grooms - they knew our time was limited and valuable - and thus had staff personally bring us every element of our offerings. From specialty drinks, hors d'oeuvres, main courses, desserts, late night munchies - we were so taken care of with incredible attitudes, care, and attention to detail. You truly made our night so perfect and we can’t thank you enough!!!

Amazing Food

Amazing food and staff!

One of the best wedding decisions we made was choosing Arthur's for catering! We specifically worked with Katie throughout the planning process and the time, effort, and knowledge she provided to us was invaluable. She made us feel like Arthur’s could accommodate just about anything we asked for.

On wedding day, I was blown away by the food and drink presentation. The food looked so gourmet and they did a fantastic job on our signature cocktails. So many of our guests have told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! All of the staff were so professional and attentive which made us feel very special and stress-free!

We would recommend Arthur’s to anyone looking for an amazing wedding caterer!

Incredible Food and Service

We hired Arthur's catering for our wedding at Casa Feliz on March 20th. We were absolutely blown away with their food and service. Guests loved the drinks, appetizers, and main courses. Moreover, their service is absolutely spot on. While we were taking wedding photos, members of the wait staff came out to offer us drinks and appetizers. The wait staff was always one step ahead of providing what we needed. The Flaming Donuts station was absolutely worth it, and guests really enjoyed the spectacle. Arthur's even provided us to-go plates after the reception to enjoy later that evening. Our guests gave us endless compliments about the delicious food and incredible service. Do not hesitate to hire them! You won't regret it!

Professional, Reliable, Delicious

My husband and I hired Arthur's for our March 2023 wedding and have already lost track of how many guests complimented our food and drinks. The service, presentation, and quality were truly exceptional. We worked with Hayli, who was kind, responsive, and organized. She made sure all of our notes from the tasting translated into a final product that reflected exactly what we wanted. It's easy to see why Arthur's comes so highly recommended. They're the best!

Patty and the amazing team at Arthurs went above and beyond for my husband and me. The team was fantastic to work with and the execution on the big day was flawless. The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. We will use them for everything in our future and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Unbelievable!!

When I tell you this was the best wedding food and service me and my guests ever experienced, I’m not joking. The professionalism is on another level as well as their service and food quality. Our guest simply couldn’t get enough of the food and flaming donuts. People were begging for any leftovers. Typically wedding food can be meh, bland but not Arthur’s. This completely transformed our wedding! I also want to give a special shout out to George who show a level of service I never imagined! He had water ready for me and my wife after the ceremony and asked for our bar drinks, followed us around while we took photos and made sure we ate and drank and always kept checking in. He really made us feel special, VIP and cared for. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us and honestly could not be happier. If you need catering look no further than Arthur’s. P.S get the flaming donuts and ask for George.

The catering was the number one thing our guests RAVED about our wedding.

The number one thing people RAVED about at my wedding, was the food. I loved being able to enjoy myself after seeing my guests glowing from that delicious dinner. The team offered top notch service and made my guests feel very well taken care of. They were so friendly and efficient! And it only makes sense after the experience I had at my tasting. The level of care and detail that Katie put into my wedding from day one, mirrored the outcome on our wedding day. Excellent food and superb team!

Fantastic food! Phenomenal team!

Where do I begin? Arthur's Catering Team was fantastic. George Taylor was the Captain and truly went above and beyond with every single thing. Cassie was our Chef and was even able to provide us with an item that is not usually on their menu (korean bbq cauliflower)! Chastity and Erica were our two servers/bartenders and made sure we had drinks in our hands all evening and no one ended the evening hungry. The food was wonderful, but the team - truly incredible. I am a Catering Executive in another state, so the food and service were probably the most important aspect of my wedding day. Arthur's didn't just meet my expectations, they far exceeded them - from the tables, chairs, and linens, to the quality of food, to allowing me to get a couple of fun photos with them as well. It was as if they were part of our family at our small intimate wedding. Thank you Arthur's Catering! Thank you especially to Cassie, Chastity, Erica, and most of all George!!

Delicious. Accommodating. Outstanding service.

Arthurs’ was a pleasure to work with. Katie was a such a calming presence during hectic wedding planning. The answer always seemed to be, of course we can do that! On the day of, we received so many compliments on the food. The Caribbean salad was especially a big hit. I loved that they set aside some hors d'oeuvres and a drink for us at cocktail hour, and even made a plate with everything on it from the buffet for us for dinner. We felt very taken care of, and were so glad that we were able to eat on our wedding night (we kept being warned that we would forget to eat!). We highly recommend Arthur's food and services.

Wedding guests are still talking about how good the food was!

We hired Arthurs for our wedding last month and it was the best decision ever!! People are still talking about the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, we could not have asked for anything from. From start to finish Hailey was attentive, professional and helped us put together the best buffet menu. Best caterer in Central Florida

When starting to plan my now-husband and I's wedding, Arthur's came so highly recommended to me and from start to finish of working with them for over a year, I can see why! Our event designer, Hayli, was responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions and helped us plan the best menu for our event and pick the best china, linens and flatware. The day-of execution was flawless and not only did everything look incredible, it tasted incredible. Our wedding guests raved about everything from the apps to the flaming doughnut dessert. We are so thankful we chose Arthur's!

So much yum!

People don't typically walk out of a wedding talking about the delicious food or about the wonderful staff... unless you've got Arthur's Catering on your team ;)

My family [ and they're a picky bunch!] couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the food and service at our wedding. Both myself and the groom always had someone checking in on us to make sure we were good. Our guests also talked about how wonderful the bartender was and how friendly the staff was. So grateful for this team in making our day extra special!

Best food ever

Arthur’s came with our venue and I honestly am so happy it did. My husband and I are foodies and we knew the food had to be delicious. They delivered and our guests are still talking about how it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it.

Lovely catering!!

Arthur's catering was a joy for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and we've had many of our guests tell us it was some of the best food they've ever had. As the bride, the service was incredible and my husband and I were constantly taken care of. The bar was beautifully set up and had more than enough options for our guests. Orlando’s best!

Arthur’s isn’t just a caterer, they are wedding gurus. We had so much fun planning with Sarah. Our tasting was a blast and we couldn’t believe how good the food was. Everyone told us Arthurs food is the best in Orlando and it truly is! We were able to have some of our favorite foods at our wedding. We love food and our guests could tell how special our menu was. We opted for the avocado bar to have some healthy options to energize our guests at cocktail hour. My dad had 5 servings of the avocado bar… everyone loved it. The pulled pork tamale pancake… to die for! Our buffet was perfect for everyone’s taste.

Amazing food, service and office coordinating staff

We only have wonderful things to say about Arthur’s. From the beginning we met Hayli whos assistance with coordination of food selections, tastings and pricing was so quick and easy. Her and the Arthur’s team truly made the process painless and fun. Then on our wedding day we were truly amazed by their service staff. Jacki went above and beyond and stayed close to us to make sure we always had what we needed-water, champagne, food etc. Food and service was amazing. Great Service

We had them for our bar and ice cream station and they were great. Lori helped coordinate before the date of the wedding and Fran helped on the day off. All the guests were very happy with the bar service and loved the ice cream bar. I definitely recommend it if you love ice cream because they have some great topping options.

The best of the best!

These are the PROFESSIONALS!!! Everything was amazing! The food was DELICIOUS! We had the filet and shrimp for our main course and the meat was cooked PERFECTLY! The mash potatoes are TO DIE FOR! All of their appetizers are so delicious too! AMAZING SERVICE! We had a served dinner instead of a buffet, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to visit with all of our guests because they were seated and waiting for their dinner instead of standing in a buffet line. The servers made sure we (the bride and groom) got plenty of food and drinks throughout the entire evening, and they took great care of all of our guests! They did not miss a beat! They even packed up a bunch of to go boxes of each thing we ordered for us to take home! We really enjoyed that. We also went to both a public tasting event and a private tasting event, which was so fun and we got to try everything they offer. This is GOLD STAR CATERING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Wonderful food and service

We’re so glad that we booked Arthur’s Catering for our recent wedding at the Orlando Science Center. The Arthur’s staff was so attentive and nice, and many of our guests commented that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. We had a great experience with our tasting prior to the wedding, and although we wondered if we would enjoy the food as much at the wedding, we’re happy to say it was just as amazing as we remembered from the tasting. Our event designer, Brittany, always answered our many questions promptly, and helped us with so many important little details, like figuring out a menu that worked for us, our vision of the event, and various guest dietary restrictions. Because we provided our own alcohol, Brittany also helped us determine which mixers and garnishes Arthur’s includes and which we should supply. Also, we greatly appreciated Arthur’s flexibility in working with us on changes leading up to the wedding when our guest count changed late in the game.

The Arthur’s staff checked in with us throughout the event, and personally brought us anything we needed, including hors d'oeuvres, water, and drinks. Arthur’s makes a point to hire great people and to treat them well--it’s clear that the entire team worked cohesively because there were no issues throughout the night. Our guests had great interactions with all of the staff, and the bartender was such a hit that our guests continued to talk about him at the after party. We would highly recommend Arthur’s for anyone’s catering needs--the food was great, and they were extremely professional and easy to work with!

The absolute best!

We had the absolute best experience with Arthur’s and their team! Brittany was absolutely amazing from the moment we met her at our first tasting. She and chef went above and beyond to make sure our menu was perfect for us. Everything turned out so amazing on wedding day, family and guests still talk about how great all of the food was. Brittany really took care of us the whole day, she was so attentive, and helped everything to go so smoothly. Not only did she make sure the reception ran smoothly, but she made sure we had everything we needed all day/night. She was like a magical caterer/venue contact/coordinator all in one, and we are so grateful she was part of our big day. George and the bartenders were so amazing as well, they really helped give our friends and family a fun, memorable experience. The team truly exceeded all of our expectations, we cannot recommend Arthur’s, Brittany, George, and the team enough!

Exceptional food

Best of the best!

Our wedding was truly a magical experience. Of course, we recognize that a BIG contributor of what made it so for us was you all and the now-extended Dream Team! I say extended because we met many wonderful staff from Arthurs that day and unfortunately, I don’t recall their names.

It all begins with Hayli. To the fullest extent of the words ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, that was what it was like working with her from day one! She made herself available for any inquiries we had, be it by phone, by email, or to meet in person. She accommodated our requests. If we threw an idea at her or a request for a possible change, she was only too happy to make it happen. The fact that she remembered we had a guest with food allergies and made it a point to come speak to her just to give her a comfort level/peace of mind, that says EVERYTHING about what a fantastic person she is and how wonderful Arthurs is.

We’ve heard from several guests on how everyone loved the food. Of course I knew they would, but it’s still gratifying to hear it! Some of the commentary/feedback we’ve heard included comments about how at ordinary weddings, you still see plenty of plate once your food is served, at our wedding, guests couldn’t see their plates because of the amount of food they received; I had expected that a guest would choose either the chicken or the meat and then come back for seconds if they could. When I got to the buffet line, I was so pleasantly surprised to see that guests were actually served both (unless they specifically requested only one item); I find that an uncommon wonderful touch. Then of course everyone talked about how good the food was. Later in the dining room, the whole experience of the flaming donuts just about blew their minds. I felt like one of those cartoon characters that gets lifted in the air and begins to float towards a scent the moment I stepped into the dining room because of the intoxicating aroma of those donuts. Also, my uncle, who was in the restaurant business, and a couple we invited are known to be quite critical, well it turns out they loved the food and the wine. My uncle had only positive comments on the food – not one negative thought and the couple loved the wine so much that several days later, they asked us what it was because they wanted to buy it…I did tell them it was a house wine and thought to myself YES! Arthur’s managed to impress these guys! One other touch that blew my mind was that the staff actually came out during the first part of the cocktail hour to bring drinks and hors oeuvres to our entire family, who were left back to take family pictures. I had assumed that they would all have their appetizers and drinks midway through the hour, once they entered the ballroom. That extra gesture was so impressive and appreciated.

To sum it up, we LOVE Arthur’s, we are impressed with everything about it, from the quality of the food and beverage (and quantity too!), to the caliber of the staff it employs and especially – in our humble opinion – Arthur’s best employee EVER, Hayli Westhelle!!!

When you think of the best food to serve at your wedding, review Arthurs menu and by line two your mouth is drooling. Their food is delicious and their staff is truly the kindest, most respectful, and professional team to work with. Especially during these difficult times with COVID-19, Arthurs assured the best safety precautions for not only our guests but for their own staff. We worked directly with Patty Sturgeon and she went above and beyond to always email us our details, change our menu options around to determine costs, and updated us on their own changes with how they were respectfully handling COVID-19. We were able to hand pick with the place settings and table cloths. Their china and glassware options are what made our reception stand out. We greatly appreciate everything they did.

So delicious!

Katie Weller is just fantastic. She helped so much with the uncertainty of the pandemic and Arthur’s was flexible to my guest count. Our tasting was pre-COVID, and was a wonderful experience. Katie even helped me pull off some surprise cupcakes for my mother and MIL’s birthdays. I got rave reviews on my food! Everything was incredible, but you HAVE to try the flaming donuts!

Arthur’s Catering can’t be beat!

Food was at the top of our priority list when we started planning our wedding. It was absolutely necessary that we hire a catering company with exquisite food, presentation, and service. We knew after our first meeting with Arthur’s that we had to have them cater our wedding! The pictures were stunning and when we got to taste Arthur’s food at an event hosted by them, we knew we had made the right choice. Our buffet dinner did not taste like a standard wedding buffet dinner—everything was layered with flavor and cooked to perfection. The pumpkin ravioli was to die for and guests kept going up for seconds. Even the chicken was juicy and extremely flavorful. The way Arthur’s was ahead in creating safety protocols during Covid made us SO thankful that we had chosen them to serve our guests. Everyone felt safe and was able to enjoy themselves. The staff was so fun and delightful throughout the whole night. We are so impressed by and satisfied with Arthur’s we would recommend them to anyone and plan to choose them for any of our future catered events!

Wonderful Staff & Incredible Food

Arthur's Catering is the exclusive caterer for Casa Feliz, our reception venue. Arthur's has employees working at Casa Feliz as event coordinators -- we were fortunate to work with Crystal. She was so helpful and accommodated all of our requests. We live out of state, which we were concerned might cause issues, but thankfully Crystal was very responsive. She made sure the planning process and the big day went seamlessly.

From the tasting to the wedding day, it was clear that Arthur's truly is the best caterer in the area. Service was beyond five-stars, as was the food. Our guests were completely blown away. On the wedding day, we had a waiter near where the pre-reception photographs were occurring, and he was so nice bringing us appetizers and drinks (we -- bride, groom, and bridal party -- missed the cocktail hour for photographs). If I lived in the Orlando area, I would hire Arthur's for every event. The attention to detail, responsiveness, and compassion they have is unmatchable.

Top Notch!

Arthur’s Catering is world-class professionalism and deliciousness. The food was incredible, and staff went above and beyond making sure that we (the bride and groom) were well cared for (and fed) in the midst of the chaos of hosting a wedding! We have been to many weddings and we know how difficult it is for food to taste fresh and on point when it is produced in large quantities, but somehow Arthur’s Catering managed to make EVERY bite delicious! We even took some leftovers back and had them for three days straight (!) and we never tired of it. Not only that, the desserts (especially the key lime pie and carrot cake mini-shots!) are divine! Our guests were very impressed and complimented us and told us that the buffet was some of the best food they have had!

Very attentive Staff and Delicious Food

The Arthur's staff and food were spectacular! Arthur's is the exclusive caterer for my wedding venue, Casa Feliz – you can tell they have everything down to a science! The staff’s promptness, professionalism, and ability to manage all aspects of our wedding was so impressive. As we were taking our bride and groom photos after the wedding, we had someone from Arthur’s patiently waiting with a tray of our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and favorite drinks we mentioned beforehand. All night we had refills of our drinks, and plates made for us and waiting at our sweetheart table when it was time for dinner. They even packed leftovers for us and packaged our cake. Excellent service! The food was so delicious; our guests didn’t stop making comments about how great it was. I particularly loved the Tamale Pancake, and Blackberry & Brie appetizers and the Tuscan Chicken, Eggplant Ivoltini, chef’s mixed potatoes and green beans were my favorites. Overall, very pleased with the service and the food. Would recommend Arthur's as an outside caterer and you are especially lucky if you book Casa Feliz for your wedding.

Unbelievable food and customer service

I doubt Arthur’s needs more praise, but I’ll give them some anyway! Not only was the food objectively better than any wedding I’ve been to recently, their customer service was just out of this world. We had multiple people checking on us throughout the entire night - they made sure we got a taste of everything, and we were never without a refill on our drinks. We opted for stations and couldn’t have been happier. They even made sure to match their table signage and decorations to match our theme/decor. I'd work with them again any day!

Not a single bad thing to say

This review is coming so late but I just finished up with one of my vendors and wanted to wait until then to write them all at once...

I could not begin to say enough good things about Arthurs Catering and our point person Hayli, who I was so confident in from the beginning that I didn't stress once about things being followed through with flawlessly. From the first time we contacted them till the day of our wedding everything was absolutely amazing. Great response time, flexible and helpful with changes to help fit our budget, knowledgeable/helpful advice when making decisions, top notch service, beautiful set up and great food. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who was specifically focused on my husband, myself, and our parents the day of because he was AWESOME! Even made me a plate and brought it in to my dressing room between photos so I could enjoy the cocktail hour food. Do yourself a favor and book this company =)

The entire Arthur's catering team was incredible! Hayli helped us with creating our menu and pricing, every single one of our servers and staff were top notch. We even had guests complimenting us on the service level and professionalism of the staff. The food is on another level entirely. This is the best wedding food we have ever had (and our guests). We did several stations as well as a plated salad and the flaming donuts. I would change a single thing. I only regret that we didn't have more time to sit and enjoy our meal. Incredible Food

Arthur's Catering is seriously the best in Orlando. We worked with Lori and from our initial meeting we knew we could completely trust them. Lori made everything very easy and offered great suggestions. We did several food stations which worked great with our cocktail style reception. The guests RAVED about the food. The. Best.

When I looked for a venue, there were criteria...and one of those items was whether Arthur's was able to work there. I knew which caterer I wanted from the start, having worked with them as a wedding vendor, myself, over the years. Charlie and the team there created a FANTASTIC menu...my guests were bubbling with comments throughout the day. From appetizers to dessert...perfection.

We had a brunch event, and the menu included a nice variety of options, along with a "mimosa bar" (a huge hit!). And if you can add it to your budget, definitely go for the "Flaming Donut Station"...you will NOT regret it! Thanks Arthur's!!!

The Best of the Best

From my first meeting with our event planner, Hayli, I was impressed with the service and product Arthur's had to offer. I had no idea where to begin, and she gave us the best suggestions throughout the planning process. They have catered EVERYWHERE and were able to answer many of my logistical questions about the venue. We loved the open houses where we were able to try so many of the delicacies they have to offer. The possibilities are endless, and they are more than happy to help with your vision. I had two vegetarians who they made special plates for, free of charge, and they LOVED the food. I was so grateful for the ability to use their linens and china as it made everything come together for our wedding at LMEC. They were attentive to myself and my groom throughout the whole event. I never was in want of food or drink. The staff was amazing and friendly. My guests raved about the bartender. I would 100% recommend Arthur's for your caterer! They will work with your needs.

Amazing food and service!

Everyone loved the food at our wedding! We are pescatarians and chose to have a vegetarian option which was a Veggie Lasgana. All of our friends and family pretty much tried it and loved it! We also had the shrimp and grits station at the cocktail hour which was a huge hit. Definitely recommend going to the open house tasting as well as we had a fun time getting to try everything. Highly recommend using Arthur’s!

Amazing Food from Every Course!

When people remember weddings, they remember the FOOD (especially in our families) and Arthur's took this fear away from us because they delivered the best meals we had! We had an array of passed appetizers that the guests loved (those grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters were a hit!) and the dinner was nothing to forget: ample mountains of macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes, carved steak with the best chimichurri sauce ever, chicken with béarnaise, and salmon steaks. But the best part - and I cannot stress this enough - is the strawberry shortcakes. They were white chocolate scones, Grand Marnier strawberries, and homemade whipped cream, and it was probably the best shortcake we have ever had. The guests could NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT IT, and when I had one, I understood why. Brava!!!

Flawless and Delicious

Arthur's is the exclusive caterer for our wedding venue, Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL and we can certainly understand why. The quality of every menu item was superb. They were also very flexible when it came to making adjustments to our menu to accommodate certain food allergies and diets. We received SO SO SO many compliments about the food from our wedding guests. Most of them went up for second helpings, because everything was overwhelmingly delicious.

Everyone kept talking about how great the food was and how attentive the staff was. My husband and I personally dealt with Gregg and he was amazing. Best wedding catering!

Arthur’s was amazing on our big day at the Howey Mansion. Our guests raved about how great all of the food was. They really made my vision come to life! The Food and Service was Amazing!

Katie was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process! We had to have a Kosher meal and she helped us come up with some really creative options! We had several tastings with her and she was always very willing to help! The food was delicious! They also helped us make some really great drinks for the wedding!

They make sure you are completely satisfied!

I had attended a lovely wedding that used Arthur's as their caterer. The food was memorable and delicious so I decided to use them for my own son's reception. Arthur's did a wonderful job at the cocktail hour with a lovely presentation and great food. There were some menu confusion problems with the dinner service but no event goes absolutely flawlessly. What I admire about Arthurs and why I recommend them without any reservations is that they did everything in their power to makes things right. When they knew there was an issue, the manager rushed to the venue to rectify the matter. You really can't ask for better service than that.

Great food!

Arthur’s was amazing! People are still telling me how good the food was. We made our own menu with them. All we wanted for our wedding was a taco and guacamole bar. They were able to accommodate us and made some delicious tacos and guacamole! They gave us some great hors d'oeuvres options, they even gave us advice to cut down on costs. We were able to sample all of our food before the wedding and offer feedback on what we liked and didn’t like. Arthur’s was great! I would definitely use them again for my future catering needs!

Great Experience!

Working with Mark and his team was a delight. They ensured all the dishes my husband and I wanted to see where presented in the appetizers as we had a formal plated dinner. Arthur's staff was top notch during the event itself making sure everyone was being taken care of and people were happy. With a large family and hungry friends, Arthur's Catering made the difference in our event. Arthur's has a reputation that seems almost impossible for them to live up to but after having them cater our wedding it is obvious the reputation is very well earned and deserved! The food and professionalism of this company is all around outstanding and the amount of compliments we received on the food was INSANE. I was able to leave things up to Arthur's completely stress free knowing I put all the food, drink and table setting responsibilities in their hands. They 110% delivered! When we were informed Casa Feliz only allowed Arthur's Catering to be their sole caterer for all events, we were slightly nervous we no longer had options. After visiting both the Winter Park Wedding Stroll and the Downtown Wedding Crawl, Arthur's was the ONLY caterer that stuck in our minds as far as amazing food and creative food stations! The chefs know their food and have a lot of experience, the staff KILLED IT as far as service goes throughout the entire night, and probably the best part of it all, we had the pleasure of working with Crystal from Arthur's. You are in AMAZING hands with Crystal, she answered so many of our questions and had no problem accommodating last minute changes for us. Everything was perfect.

Katie was by far our FAVORITE vendor. She was so helpful from day 1 and extremely down to earth. She made sure we stayed in budget and still received an outstanding menu. The food was complimented by many of our guests after the wedding! Not only was she helpful during the wedding planning process but she and her team were very attentive on the day of. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Arthur's Catering!! We used them to cater our wedding and they surpassed our expectation in every area. We worked with Katie and she was beyond helpful, even answering wedding questions outside the catering arena. Everytime we met with her was always a treat, so professional and thoughtful (appetizer tastings and delicious breads to take home). The day of the wedding, I had no stress because I knew that Katie and the Arthur's staff had everything taken care of! And the staff....the nicest, friendliest people!!! They took such great care of our guests, and even had "to-go" food for my husband and I to enjoy later that night. They thought of everything.

Arthur's Catering is the best caterer in Orlando. We had tasted their food at many events in the Central Florida area, and were so excited to book them for our wedding. Arthur's Catering was truly incredible! We are so happy that we ended up choosing them to cater our wedding. We have heard non-stop raving reviews of our food we chose for the wedding and everything was perfect from the setup, servers, bartenders, and decor!

Katie at Arthurs was our Sales Rep and she was absolutely AMAZING! She responded to every email promptly and was extremely flexible and accommodating. On our wedding night she was in attendance and made sure that both of us had everything we needed.

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Arthurs even if its a little more expensive than some other caterers out there. Worth Every Penny!

Arthur's Catering was one of the best choices we could have made for our wedding. We worked with Katie who is hands down one of the most awesome people to work with. Katie was so nice to respond to all of my emails and answer my questions. The staff who came out for our wedding were phenomenal. Judy was so sweet, she would notice if I was looking for something or needed something and would jump right in. Justin was very kind to bag/box up the extra food that I didn't want to go to waste. The food was exceptional, we continue to get compliments about how moist the salmon was, spot on the steak was and everyone loved the cashew curry. As far as price goes, it was worth every penny! Arthur's provided fantastic and memorable food for our lovely wedding. We just recently had our wedding at Casa Feliz and hired Arthur's catering for the event. The food was absolutely delicious, many of guests mentioned that it was of the best food at a wedding they had had! Highly recommend Arthur's catering! They catered to every single one of our needs and every guests individual requirements including gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc!

We had a sit down dinner at the reception with wine service, full bar, and every guest had RSVP'd their meals in advance!

They did a phenomenal job! Thank you Arthur's catering and Crystal, we had an amazing time!

We will definitely be using them again!

My wedding food was fantastic. The entire process with Arthur's was more than I would expect from a caterer. They are a little pricier for catering options in the area, but they are absolutely worth it. Arthur's helped me select my linens for the wedding and had a wide selection from various vendors. The food at our tasting was so good that we had such a hard time selecting our menu. We chose passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet with their shrimp and grits station. Our guests loved the food, especially the shrimp and grits. Their staff paid close attention to me and my husband and served us at our table and made sure my champagne flute was always filled.

Food was our #1 priority at our wedding, but it wasn't until we started the planning process that we realized how many other parts of the wedding the caterer will influence- linens, flatware, directing guests, service, bartending, etc....it's not just the food. We were very pleased with every interaction that we had with Arthur's. Very professional and friendly staff at all levels of the business. We honestly had so much fun working with Katie Weller and her team planning the event. We had several in person meetings where we tasted lots of different menu options, planned the layout of the reception, chose flatware and linens, chose napkin folds, etc. We are both very particular and Katie was always happy to hear our requests and help out. The day of the wedding was a huge success. All of the staff who served us that day were incredible- Justin, Judy and Michael stood out. My parents and other guests are still complimenting the service they received. Everything we asked for was executed perfectly and the food was fantastic. Anything you want to do at your wedding - Arthur's can accomplish. They will take care of you the entire planning process and even more so on the day of your wedding. They are not the least expensive option in Orlando but they are the best and I am so happy we worked with them. Would not recommend looking elsewhere.

We held our wedding at Casa Feliz in Winter Park, and the staff at Arthur’s Catering were absolutely fantastic! Marie worked with us through the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we understood all of our options and made everything incredibly simple for us. When we arrived to the reception area, it was everything we had hoped for and the staff had satisfied our every request! We were promptly fed and it was even better than we had sampled it previously.

One of the best parts of the night though was the flaming doughnut station, which are made using Kahlua rum, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla ice cream on top. Needless to say, that was a hit with our guests (and us!) as they kept coming back for more the entire night. Overall, the staff there were accommodating to our every need and worked with us to make our wedding night perfect. We cannot thank each and every one of them enough!

Katie and her team at Arthur's really blew us away. My wife and I booked them based on our venue's approved vendor list, from out of state mind you, and everyone at Arthur's was extremely helpful with the process. Picking our menu was a breeze and they even accommodated some special requests for us. Their communication and back and forth was also really quick and responsive and they were able to make any adjustments we needed super fast.

Unfortunately, we were not able to do a tasting with them so we really had no idea what to expect with our final menu but let me tell you, we were blown away. The food was spectacular and our guests are still telling us how amazing it was. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any catering done. We were also on a budget so they let us provide our own alcohol and draught beer. They took the time to inventory it for us and hold it prior to the wedding so It could be delivered with all the other food so it made handling a ton of bottles super easy.

I have to mention the level of service was outstanding as well. Katie and her staff made sure that my wife and I had plates of food ready for us at the right time and made sure that we got whatever was left over to take home. To top it all off, they made sure that we, or our guests, never had an empty glass, and half the time nobody even had to go to the bar to get it.

They truly are an A+++ company with top notch, 5 star food with excellent customer service and wonderful staff member that will help make your big day exactly what you want.

Arthur’s catered our September wedding at The Acre Orlando, and we could not be happier with their services! Arthur’s came highly recommended from both our wedding planner and the team at our wedding venue. They sent us an extensive list of menu options which we narrowed down to our wedding day choices. A few months before the wedding, we went to Arthur’s and tasted the food, which was our favorite part of the planning process! For the tasting, Arthur’s team created a fun afternoon full of food and drinks for us. They were knowledgeable, provided helpful suggestions/advice, and were very accommodating. In the end, our menu was exactly what we wanted! On the day of the wedding, Arthur’s was prompt, efficient, and created a beautiful setup. Arthurs catering was my favourite vendor for my wedding my gosh everything was so perfect!! service was amazing! our waiter Justin was fantastic even when we were having our photo shoot he made sure we didnt miss out on the food! they had their own bar set up and we provided our own personal cocktail menu that they were happy oblige and make for us (all done perfectly) and the food! people are still talking about the meatballs now 2 months later! the food was by far the best food i have ever tasted! the staff were amazing even the chef came out to speak to us and make sure we were happy, love love love this vendor and if i loved in the USA i would book them for every event! the planning staff were just as great! highly recommend these guys to anyone! book them now!

One word - Patty. We were recommended to her by our wedding planner and from the very second we met her I knew we were in great hands. She knew exactly the vision we were going for which was non traditional and MADE our wedding. She basically created our food station menu from scratch and even met at the venue a month before when we needed help on table placements. She offered her opinion but also stepped back so we could make the final decision. She was not only a catering manager, she was a designer, wedding planner, peaceful mediator, etc. She alone was totally worth every penny spent.

EVERYTHING with them was beyond perfect. We are a foodie family and had high expectations and they blew us away by their food and the presentation. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. if you are on the fence with them PLEASE do yourself a favor and book them. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Arthur's is amazing!! The quality of the food is to die for, and all of my guests raved all night about how good the food was. Marie worked with me through Casa Feliz and she is so kind and so wonderful. Their avocado bar is a big hit!
