Intimate wedding

We had the absolute best experience with our hair and makeup team for our intimate family wedding. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and communicative, which immediately put us at ease. On the day itself, they took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, making sure every detail matched our vision rather than rushing through the process.

They created such a relaxed and enjoyable environment for us and our guests — everyone was able to sip champagne, enjoy a few bites, and actually enjoy the getting-ready experience. The atmosphere was calm, fun, and stress-free, which made the morning feel just as special as the ceremony itself.

The beauticians’ attention to detail was spot on, and they perfectly understood the look we were going for. Everyone looked and felt amazing, and the entire experience felt thoughtful, personal, and seamless. They truly helped make our day feel perfect, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My daughters wedding

We had Federerqui do all our hair for my daughters wedding, the bride, 3 bridesmaids and mother of the groom and myself , she came to Lakewood ranch golf and country club, she was even there right before us at 8:00. She got everyone’s hair done promptly and beautifully, everyone looked excellent, she was very personable and professional, Samantha was great also our makeup was done very well and we were done on time. I would highly recommend Ana Molinari salon

Amazing!

I used Ana Molinari Services for my wedding day. Frederique for hair and Josh for makeup. They did such an amazing job. They were very detailed and so talented. They made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. My hair and makeup lasted all day through sweat, tears, and humidity. I cannot recommend them enough!!

I can't begin to say enough about my experience with Ana Molinari Salon. From the moment I called to inquire about my date, to the moment I walked out feeling like a princess, I was met with nothing but professionalism, flexibility and friendly customer service. I booked less than a month out, and needed services early in the morning at an offsite location. I never thought I would pull it off, but thank you to Olga, it turned out to be our perfect day! Best Day of My Life, Incredible Stylists!

I recently got married in May 2024 and had the most incredible experience with Ana Molinari Salon. From the moment my bridesmaids and I stepped into their beautiful deck and salon in downtown Sarasota, we knew we were in for a treat. The stylists were amazing, providing incredible service and showcasing their exceptional skills.

On the day of the wedding, the team arrived early on location and worked their magic. I have never felt more beautiful in my life, and my now-husband agreed – he had tears in his eyes as I walked down the aisle. It was such a special moment, made even more perfect by the incredible work of Ana Molinari and her team.

Their professionalism and talent are evident in every detail. You can definitely tell they have been doing this for quite some time, as they delivered sheer excellence. Black Tie Event

Salon ambiance is wonderful. I’m 52 and Joshua Hardigan makeup made me look 10-15 years younger. Channeled Marilyn glamour and style. He is an artist. My life long friends did not recognize me. And are still taking about my look a week later. I don’t think I looked this good at my wedding 30 years ago. Hair was also on point!

Olga did an amazing job, I was very happy with the services she provided. I was a little apprehensive at first since I didn't have a trial first but that feeling quickly diminished as soon as Olga started working with me. She was very friendly and precise. I have very long hair, I chose an updo for my wedding day. It stayed in place for the duration of the wedding and reception and beyond. I never felt a single pin in my hair. I had an updo trial with an artist from another company and I felt every pin, I couldn't wait to get them out. Olga was very gente. Hair & makeup looked amazing

Ana, Fabiola, Fredriqua, and Corrine!!!!

Every Bride deserves to feel special on her wedding day! After a big let down with a previous Sarasota Spa, I remembered I always heard good things about Ana Molanari for bridal parties! My wedding was a month away and I immediately called Fabiola, she was able to rearrange everyone last minute in order to make my dream wedding work! Ana and her team seem to love what they do and NOBODY is more passionate than Ana! When we arrived on site, all my family members and women in the group were started and finished within 40 minutes! Wow! I’ve never seen such perfection on hair and makeup in such little time! These women are pros! Frederiqua did My bridal up-do and I didn’t have to touch it once! I was thrilled! I didn’t even have to “fix it” last minute for pictures or anything. I just asked her to make sure it stayed for 12 hours and it did!
Corrine did my makeup and she was so personable and friendly. She was making everyone laugh and even offered her own personal opinion, which everyone woman needs in help decide last minute details! I couldn’t have been more pleased with all the services done for my husband and my wedding. If you want the best of the best in Sarasota, go to Ana Molanari!!!!

I felt like a true beach goddess

Corinne and Frederique were absolutely amazing! Frederique is a master of curls because mine were able to stay throughout breezy and humid beach pictures as well as sweaty dancing! Corinne made me feel so beautiful in makeup (which I never wear) and I felt like a true beach goddess! Both were easy to work with and helped us to find inspiration photos that would work with our hair and skin type. They brought out our natural beauty while knowing what will work best for the night! Some of my bridesmaids couldn't even use their facial recognition since they were transformed into stunning beauties! I highly recommend both ladies if you want to feel absolutely beautiful in your own skin!

Olga is absolutely amazing and unbelievably talented. The pictures say it all. She did mine, my 2 daughter's and my matron of honor's hair and makeup. If I could give Fabiola and her team 10 stars I would. From the first moment I reached out to her, she was very attentive to my needs, she always responded quickly, and answered ALL of my questions. She was constantly in contact with me anytime, for any reason. Frederique and Paula both connected with me and paid attention whenever I wanted to share a hairstyle or makeup look that I liked. (We shared ideas and pictures.) Fabiola and the dream team showed up on my wedding day early and were very knowledgeable of her profession, everything ran like clockwork! They listened to exactly what the wedding party wanted as well as giving their own suggestions, which were wonderful too! I was so comfortable that I just put myself in their hands and they all made me feel like a princess. My girls and I looked sooo beautiful and we have this amazing team and Fabiola to thank for that. Best Day of My Life

Frederique's work was beautiful and exactly what I envisioned for my bridal hair style. She was so kind, patient and accommodating throughout the craziness of the wedding day. When my flower girl decided that she too would like her hair styled, Frederique was flexible and able to style her hair last minute, in addition to my 8 bridesmaids! Paula did my airbrush makeup and perfected the look I found on Pinterest and maybe even made it look a little better than I'd imagined it would!! Made my dream wedding come true!

Let me start with saying I never did the trial (due to my schedule) and I was a little nervous only because, of course, I wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I felt at ease though because I'd heard great things from my friends about Fabiola and her team (Paula, Olga, and Frederique) for so long now, so I knew it was all in my head. Of course, they came through! Right on time like a little army. Set up and were ready within minutes. Everyone was so professional and all 13 of my girls, including myself, looked nothing short of amazing! We started at 9am and were all done by 2pm. 26 services & we were right on time!! Everything went so smooth thanks to Fabiola, it was almost hard to believe. I want to thank Fabiola and her whole team once again for making my special day that much more special. It was a great way to start the most perfect day. I’d never felt so beautiful. Every bride should have the same feeling on her wedding day. Hands down the greatest glam team of all time. Without hesitation, I would choose them over and over again!

Perfect Experience

My wedding hair and makeup came out beautiful including the 9 other ladies in my wedding that Frederique and her team did hair and makeup on too! Fabiola is extremely professional and very clear in her services and she definitely delivered! They use great high-quality products. They arrived on time and all ladies were ready at the time requested, which is a mission to complete hair and makeup on 10 ladies. I would highly recommend them for any future special occasion. All the ladies were extremely happy with the results including myself. Everyone’s hair and makeup lasted ALL day long. Frederique also did my hair and makeup for the engagement shoot and it came out great as well!

I have to say, Fabiola and her team are 5 stars and beyond! She was the fourth person I contacted about my wedding hair and makeup for my big day. I lived in NY but my wedding was in Florida so I needed someone who was willing to do a trial for me on a Saturday and Sunday with short notice. Fabiola went above and beyond to make it happen for me! I had a vision for what I wanted to look like on my big day and everything from beginning to end was seamless and amazing with Paula doing my makeup. She executed the look exactly to my specifications which truly takes talent! (It is really amazing that there are bridal makeup companies out there that don’t know how to do a beautiful natural makeup look). Once I had the trial I knew I wanted to book with Fabiola and have her team work on my large bridal party and family (her girls did hair and makeup for 11 people)!! ALL of my family and bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning as well! Her team was early on the big day and everything was easy effortless and stress-free. I added on the service to have Paula stay after my ceremony to touch up my hair and makeup. I have to say I still look at my pictures from my wedding day in awe of how amazing I looked and how beautiful my girls looked as well! I felt amazing

Corinne was outstanding. Not only did my party and myself literally look like we were red carpet ready, she was patient and so caring with my anxiety that day. She really helped get me out of my bridal funk and then, when I looked at myself, I wanted to cry. I looked better than I imagined. I showed her a photo and she went with it! Thank you thank you! Hair and Makeup Wedding Trial

This was my first salon experience and I must say I am BEYOND happy that I went to Ana Molinari Salon! The staff was very welcoming and personable, the inside of the salon was so cute, it really set the mood! Words cannot explain how happy I am with my hair and makeup trial experience. The Salon was so accommodating helping me change my appointment 3 times due to our wedding changing because of Covid. I was so nervous to get my hair and makeup done for my wedding without a trial. I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup!

Frederique and Corinne were the PERFECT stylists for me. They were attentive, caring and responsive to feedback. Thanks to them and Ana Molinari Salon I felt my most beautiful self on my wedding day. I am so pleased when I look back at my photographs and have zero regrets about my hair and especially my makeup. Frederique attended to my bridezilla needs that included trimming my hair on the spot to achieve my desired hairstyle! My mother, who sadly lost her hair due to cancer looked and felt like a supermodel after Corrine did her makeup. They helped us have the most special moment between mother and daughter. 10/10 would recommend!

Married at Mixon's

Fredrique, Tina, and Paula all traveled to the Farmhouse and Mixon's to help us get ready for the big day. They did such an amazing job on our entire bridal party and even fit in a few extra people at the last minute. They were extremely sweet and great to work with on the wedding day!

So glad I chose Ana Molinari for my wedding! Fabiola was very responsive -- she arranged a hair and makeup trial with very short notice when I was coming in from out of state for just a couple days (I don't live in FL). Incredible Experience!

I had an incredible hair and makeup experience with Ana Molinari Salon for our 09/2019 wedding. I arranged for hair and makeup for me (bride), six bridesmaids, both mothers, and two flower girls. They scheduled and timed everything for that morning perfectly -- working very efficiently, but giving everyone exactly the hair and makeup that they wanted. Everyone looked fantastic! Everyone only had wonderful things to say to me about the experience. The Ana Molinari team also had ample time to provide touch-ups before they headed out. At the hair and makeup trial with Paula (makeup) and Assunta (hair), we were able to work through exactly what I wanted and then they both perfectly executed that plan for the day of. I was very concerned about still looking and feeling like "me" while also being properly made up and looking fantastic for photos. They were able to do both, and both my hair and makeup lasted and looked great throughout a VERY, VERY long day. I still looked great even at our after party, after a lot of dancing!

Wonderful!

I employed their services on-site for my wedding at Mote Marine Aquarium in November 2018. Could NOT have been more amazed and excited by their work. My mother and I went for trial hair and makeup prior to the wedding to see what look we would like for the wedding, and it added a huge element of anticipation to the lead-up to the wedding, being excited to look so gorgeous again. My makeup artist was Corinne, whom I ADORED; she was so fun and easy to talk to and literally, literally worked magic. Frederique did things with my hair I didn't know could be done! My bridesmaids had WONDERFUL experiences and looked AMAZING thanks to Corinne and Paula on the day of! Everything was easy to arrange, and I would highly recommend them!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted for my hair and makeup for my wedding day, but I brought in some pictures that I liked and Frederique and Paula took it from there. I've never felt more beautiful in my life! My hair and makeup was absolutely stunning, stayed put the whole night through wind, rain, and plenty of dancing, and came out great in pictures. My grandma and mother-in-law also got their hair and/or makeup done and I know they felt just as beautiful! Fabiola was also incredibly helpful with coordinating everything. I had a destination wedding and was so lucky to have Helena who came in and saved the day. Unfortunately the makeup artist I had been corresponding with decided to change her pricing at the last minute. My resort wedding coordinator quickly spoke with someone at Ana Molinari salon and sent Helena over that afternoon. She was wonderful! Not only did she do my makeup but she volunteered to assist with my and my sister's hair. If you are looking for a makeup artist/stylist that does a wonderful job, can count on will show up, be reasonably priced and want to make your day special then call and ask for Helena.

I worked with Fabiola to schedule wedding day hair to come to my hotel for myself and my bridesmaids. She was responsive and very helpful. Michelle did my hair and both Sheila and Michelle did my mom and bridesmaids hair (both down styles and updos) and did a fantastic job. Everyone was so happy with how their hair turned out! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for wedding day stylists.

I went to the Lakewood Ranch location for this salon. I can not thank the people there enough. AMAZING!!!!

Fabiola is basically the bridal/wedding coordinator, she set up all my appointments and gave me all the pricing info that I needed. For the service, quality, and professionalism that you receive the prices are amazing. They are very reasonable compared to other salons and I do not think you will get better service anywhere else.

I have never felt so beautiful before. Jessica is the most talented make up artist ever!!!!!! I showed her a picture of a more natural look for my wedding make up and she did even better than the picture I brought. I absolutely loved it. I had never worn fake eyelashes before (which are included and they don't charge extra like most places I saw) and I am now a believer. The lashes looked natural but still enhanced my eyes a little bit. Make up was amazing and Jessica is really cool. She is really friendly and easy to talk to.

Frederique styled my hair for the wedding and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. She is the queen of wedding updos! I wanted a soft, romantic updo and it was just that. She took her time and did not over spray my hair with hairspray. She took the time to hide the pins that were holding my hair up as well which is so nice, nobody wants to see a head full of bobby pins sticking out. It was absolutely perfect. She is really fun and I love her french accent!!!

Helena is the best if you are looking for waxing services also!!!!!!!!

Frederique SAVED me from a hair stylist from a different company that I had a nightmare trial run with. She knows the newest updo trends and really listens to you. Every one of my bridesmaids had a unique updo. She also drove all the way to Orlando to style my wedding. I couldn't of been happier.

For my wedding we had Frederique, Michelle and Jessica do our hair and makeup. They came to my location, set up and got to work. We came with pictures of hair and makeup that we had in mind and everyone ultimately looked stunning! In fact, I didn't do a test run before the wedding and I don't regret it because they really did such an amazing job. I wouldn't have changed anything. I would highly recommend Ana Molinari for your bridal hair and makeup. Their prices are reasonable, they can travel to your location, and booking is easy.

Ana Molinari Salon was great to work with. Fabiola did a great job setting everything up for me and my girls on my wedding day! I had nothing to worry about. I was so happy that I went with Ana Molinari for all my wedding beauty. I made an appointment for me and my 6 bridesmaids to get our mani's and pedi's the day before the wedding. It was such a elegant bridal atmosphere. They even provided us with mimosas. The next day we all had our hair and makeup done at the salon. Again it was a relaxing atmosphere, we had mimosas and they allowed me to have a lunch catered there. Frederique did my hair and it was absolutely stunning! I was so pleased with it! I have medium length hair and she put in my extensions and did beautiful braids just how I wanted them to look like a mermaid. Jessica did my makeup and again it was perfect she is very talented. I was most nervous about my hair and makeup for the wedding but they exceeded my expectations. They are definitely worth the money. The other stylists did excellent job on all my girls as well and gave them a similar hair and makeup style that I wanted them to have. Fabiola was the Bridal Director and she was also fabulous! She was very responsive to all my emails and made everything work with the tight timeline I had. She was on top of things when I needed to change them around as well. Thank you so much to everyone there, for helping make my day perfect!!!!!

The Ana Molinari team just did the hair and make up for my wedding day last Saturday and I could not have been happier! Daniel did my makeup and he is an absolute master! He made me feel like a super model on my big day! And Michelle did my hair making me look and feel like a princess. Jess did the most amazing job on my make up. She made me look like myself but nicer. Definitely recommend the HD make up. I didn't reapply anything all night. Frederique did an amazing job on my hair. Despite having thick, heavy hair, the style lasted all night (from 12pm to 3 am!).

Kelly Anne did my hair for my wedding. She also did all of my bridesmaids, mother and mother in laws updoes. She was fantastic! She was very accommodating which helped take a lot of stress out of my wedding day. She did a great job on everyones hair and we were all very happy with her services. I had the most wonderful wedding dress shopping experience next door at La Mariee Haute Couture Bridal Salon so it was almost a no-brainer to go to Ana Molinari for my wedding day hair and make-up. I was a long distance bride (from Los Angeles) and was very nervous about trusting a stranger to do my hair and make-up. Fabiola was wonderful and communicated with me long distance. I had a perfect trial run a few days before my wedding and they repeated their perfection on my wedding day. I've never looked or felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day thanks to Frederique and Eri. Frederique was like a magician with my hair - so fast and so creative! Eri did my make-up as well as airbrush some tattoos off my back. She was so much fun and made me look flawless! They kept me on time and more importantly, I truly couldn't have been happier with how I looked thanks to them!

Rachelle from the Longboat Key location did my hair and makeup for me and my girls on the day of the wedding as well as for my photo sessions. I've always had a tough time finding a stylist who listened to what I wanted done to my hair, until I met Rachelle. She took the time to listen to what I'd wanted to do for my hair and did a fantastic job with my makeup without it looking overly-done. We had such a great time; we still keep in touch now that I've moved to Vegas.

You have a choice of having your hair & makeup done at the salon, but I chose to have her come to the house.

Ana Monlinari Salon did hair and make-up for myself and my bridal party for all of our wedding events. Ana, Kelly and Mary were amazing and helped make everything so easy. Not only did they do a wonderful job making us all feel pampered and beautiful, they also helped take care of little details such as steaming our dresses. So glad to have worked with the lovely Olga and Paula!

Olga and Paula both came to my wedding venue the morning of to do a combo of hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. I had a separate makeup trial with Olga the day before the wedding at the salon in downtown Sarasota.

Both Olga and Paula were so sweet, and I appreciated that Olga made me feel so comfortable in terms of working with me on what I wanted / what I needed adjusted. I'll admit, I was nervous at first about their experience with makeup on East Asian women, but they both did a fabulous job. We all opted for airbrush makeup, and some of the girls got false lashes applied, and they all looked stunning!

I was so lucky to find the Ana Molinari team for my special day. Whenever I see my wedding pictures it reminds me of how glamourous my hair and makeup looked. Perfect Salon

During my wedding weekend the bridesmaids and I spent an afternoon getting pampered at the Salon. Then on my wedding day the stylists came to our venue and worked their magic on our hair and make up. It was crazy hot in Sarasota in July and our make up and hair stayed in place. Thank you!!

Kelly did an AMAZING job with my hair and each of my 6 bridesmaids were happy with theirs. She's cool and fun to be around but most importantly, really captured exactly what I was envisioning for my hair. It's a bit more pricey than other salons in the area, especially since I did a trial and my hair the day of, but for me it was absolutely worth it and not an area you want to cut back. Coordinating our schedule with the salon via email was a breeze.

My mother-in-law and a bridesmaid cancelled their hair and make-up appointments the day of the wedding. I was going to have to pay for their appointments but a few bridesmaids (who originally were only going to get their hair done) stepped in and agreed to have their makeup done. The salon was VERY flexible in rearranging the appointments to make it all work. I am still SO thankful that the morning went so smoothly.

The staff was very friendly. They allowed my bridesmaids to bring champagne and orange juice into the salon. Then, the staff helped us order lunch that was brought into and eaten at the salon.

I loved my hair & makeup trial. I brought in a few pictures and my hair stylist made my hair look exactly how I wanted. Then, she was able to replicated it perfectly on my wedding day. It was a bit expensive BUT we all loved how we looked!

Fabiola and her team did agreat job for our wedding. Fabiola was great and responsive when having to arrange for additional services at another location. The stylists came to our room at the resort and everyone was pleased with their hair and make- up. I received so many compliments on my hair and make-up. Defintiely go for the airbrush make up and fake eye lashes! Their team listens to your requests and makes you feel beautiful!

Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Ana Molinari salon and would recommend this salon to brides to be.

I worked with the Ana Molinari Salon in Sarasota for my bridal and wedding party hair and make-up. They have a dedicated Bridal and Special Events Coordinator, Fabiola Beckmann, who I worked with to schedule the services on the wedding day and the trial appointment. The day before the wedding I added hair appointments for 4 flower girls and Fabiola was able to add another hair stylist to the schedule.

My hair stylist was Kelly Anne and she did an amazing job on my hair. She was extremely professional, but fun and trendy! I showed her a few pictures that I liked and she created an even better style on me! Kelly was punctual, patient, and absolutely fantastic to work with. I was so happy to have her styling my hair on the wedding day! I received so many compliments on my hair at the wedding!

My make-up artist was Ricky and she made me look beautiful. I tried the airbrush make-up and it was very impressed with how the color evened out my skin tone, but also blended in with my coloring! As part of the make-up service, everyone can get false eyelashes. I had never tried false lashes before, but I used them on the day and they were fabulous! Ricky did an awesome job with my make-up!

Everyone at the wedding and all my friends on facebook – commented on how stunning I looked on my wedding day. I have to say a huge thank you to Kelly and Ricky for helping me look gorgeous!!!!

Only one issue to note with scheduling- a month and a half before the wedding, I emailed and asked that my Dad’s wife be added to the schedule, she was not added to the schedule until 3 days before the wedding. I would recommend confirming your schedule a week or so before the event.

I worked with Fabiola to set up the appointments with all the bridesmaids and guests, and the services they needed. She did a great job with getting everyone that needed the services. The response time could have been a little quicker, but other than that, I was satisfied with her professionalism. Eri did a great job with Makeup, everyone loved her work. Frederick, did a great job with the hair updos that she worked on. There were a few other girls, I don't recall their names, but they did an ok job with hair, and the guests commented that they really werent' very friendly.

ok experience

Makeup and brushes should have been cleaner. We showed pictures of makeup wanted and didn't even matter. Makeup was done differently. Half of the bridal party redid the makeup themselves. To top it off, the salon charged our credit card more money a week later for supposedly extra services we had done. Stay away.

I am definitely disappointed to get this review. The bride did a makeup trial before the wedding day and had no problem with the makeup or same makeup artist a couple days before. Everyone seemed happy with their makeup service and there was never a mention that there was a problem until a month and a half later? Our makeup and brushes are sanitized between all appointments. The additional charge was for services added on the Day of the Wedding with the stylist directly without letting the salon know. When given a itemized bill, the client did not mention or inform the salon of the added 2 services. We were told of the extra services much later and left the client a message and an email to explain and discuss the charge. Our stylist stayed late with the bridal party to accommodate all needs at no additional charge. Our salon and staff pride ourselves in exceeding our client's expectations and are very disappointed we were unable to please this guest.

Felt rush like they were doing a free service

90% of the hair of my bridesmaids and my mom didn’t hold well. It looked like I did their hair and I’m not a hairdresser at all. But that didn’t bother us much. What all of my bridesmaids, my mom and even myself didn’t like was that we were treated by Frederique like they were doing us a favor when we were paying for a service. The customer service lacked completely. Trista on the other hand was shy, very quiet and but when I asked her to redo my moms hair because as soon as the hair was done we were still in the suite and within 10 minutes my mom’s hair looked like she didn’t have her hair done at all and Trista was on it, she didn’t complain or had and attitude like Frederique did. Also, when payment was collected by Frederique my bridesmaids didn’t appreciate that they didn’t get the option to give a tip, Frederique decided on her own the tips. We felt rushed and treated like they were doing charity work instead of providing a paying service. Not sure if my mom’s 1st hairstyle and 2nd hairstyle was worth $75, my daughter’s $75 hairstyle could’ve been done by me with a curly iron, and one of the other bridesmaids the same -$75 for that style. I have included pictures for reference.

We are sorry that your services felt rushed but timing is important to our brides and we work very hard to stay punctual and on schedule. The desired hair styles your bridesmaids chose, long hair with curls, can be tricky in Florida due to so many factors- humidity, heat, type of hair and hair preparation- none of which the stylist has control over. It was recommended to arrive with one day dirty hair for best results but at least 2 of your guests arrived with wet hair to their appointment. As for the gratuity, it clearly states on your itinerary that gratuity is added on our offsite services- which you signed and approved. Once again I am sorry you were disappointed with your services. Our salon and staff always strive to exceed the bride's expectations on each and every wedding.

Nothing special

The worst experience ever! Ana Molinari team was doing make up and hair for my wedding, and it was horrible, they even admitted it and gave some money back. It was 4 people for make up and hair and only 1 person Knew what she was doing. I had a make up trial before the wedding, and she made me look like a clown, when I asked her to try something else she refused, but i still had to pay for that!!!!!Make up people there very unprofessional, at least the ones she sent for my wedding, kids can do better then that! And the hair person was horrible, they gave us money back because of her, they should be so embarrassed for the people they have there. Everything they did was really nothing special! Whoever gave 5 stars here just got really lucky, unfortunately it was not me!

My makeup and hair came out really good. The girls who did the services were really nice & did a great job. I don't think I would want to refer anyone to go to this salon, unfortunately. When I showed up for my makeup trial at the downtown location; they seemed to have forgot I was coming. I sat around for 15minutes, and they asked if I could go to Lakewood ranch, that's fine, but already went out of my way, and that's another 30minutes in the car. The owner does not know what good customer service is if she wants returning clients. She was sitting there, and didn't offer anything...On the morning of my wedding, the salon called & said we needed to be there at 11, our appointments were originally scheduled for 1:30. I had to pick someone up at the airport at 11; but they said just go directly to salon after. We were 'told' some people called in sick, so we had ONE hair stylist to do all four of us. The lady that was supposed to do my hair, that specializes in wedding updos was too busy, because she was doing a correction procedure on one of her 'regulars'. While I was pleased with the end result, this added extra stress & messed up the timeline of my wedding. When you screw something up so bad 2times, at least offer some compensation, if you want anyone to return. It only takes one bad experience normally, but I had two.
