  perfect cape cod photographer

  If you are getting married on the Cape I highly recommend Amy. She knows the area very well and helped us get the perfect shots for our engagement and wedding. For example, for our engagement shoot she knew of a private beach where the tide and light would be just perfect for photos...so glad we put our trust in her!

  Amazing experience!

  Amy was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend to anyone! From the engagement photo shoot until the end of the wedding night everything was perfect. She and her 2nd photographer captured every moment in a beautiful way. We took photos on the beach on a very windy day and you would never know how much wind there was from looking at the beautiful photos! We got a little behind due to my flowers being late, but she kept us on track and on time for all first look, bridal party and family photos and we were able to make up the lost time. She did a fantastic job of coordinating family photos and making them as quick as possible. There were several large group shots that we wanted to get during cocktail hour and the reception, and she did an amazing job getting everyone in place and ready to go before having us join so we were able to just hop into the photo and not have to waste time waiting for the photo to be set up. The photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined & she got them back to us before we even returned from our honeymoon!! Thank you for everything Amy

  Amy Dykens was the photographer from our wedding two weeks ago. She was so incredibly nice to work with, flexible, reliable, and despite not having seen the pictures yet....(she did take some professional photos for me for my business website and they were great) I know they will be beautiful. She was so enthusiastic about catching the lighting just right and the group family photos were done exactly as we had asked. She took the time to learn family members names and was sensitive to our special (and last minute!) requests. She was creative and thorough. I highly recommend Amy Dykens if you are looking for a wedding photographer

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND~
  She took the time to capture the moments of the day and all the little details. She was flexible in getting shots that we wanted, and worked with everyone through out the day. We were able to view our photos within 3 weeks of the wedding on line, and share with our guests. We loved the package she offered and her style.

  We had a wonderful time working with Amy! She was totally responsive to everything we talked about ahead of time, and even went so far as to memorize all the names of the wedding party so as to be able to call people by their name when doing photos after the ceremony.

  Amy was so easy to work with. She is relaxed and moves through the event with ease. The photos are beautiful and she completely captured the tenor of the event. Her price is reasonable and she is extremely talented.
