  Amex came through for me in the clutch. I got married right after hurricane sandy and they provided me and my husband with two party buses to bring most of my guests to the wedding. If I didn't have them, half of my guests would not have been able to come due to the gas shortage. They were on time, efficient and got us from point A to point B. I even reserved a party bus to pick us up from the hotel the next day and all of my guests and they arrived exactly at 12 at the hotel. All I can say is thank God for Amex limo because they handled everything in a professional manner. And a big shout out to Anna who handled all of the paperwork for me at the last minute!

  What a fun time we had in the limo! The price could not be beat (and believe me I tried to beat it)! I knew I picked the right place when I saw this company featured on the TV show "bridezillas". Our driver, Tim, arrived at our hotel promptly and kept us laughing the whole time (which kept me calm before the ceremony). We were ahead of time for each stop (photos, ceremony and reception) and couldn't have asked for anything better (my flowergirls and ring bearers all give this company two thumbs up!)

  Can't complain about these guys. They are straightfoward and gave me exactly what I asked for. Wanted to 50 passenger bus and a lincoln stretch for a wedding and they both arrived promptly at 12:00....got us to the church and to the reception hall. Wish they could have had a few more mixers but other than that bus was clean and the drivers were nice!

  I reserved the 30 seater Hummer Killer stretch limo for my 10 year vow renewal ceremony. Two days before i called to confirm that everything was ok, and some lady called Anna said yes, everything was fine. Less than an hour later the manager left me a voicemail saying all of a sudden the limo was no longer available and they would be upgrading me to a 50 seater party bus WHICH I DID NOT WANT and it didn't even fit 50. Was most certainly not an upgrade. I called on the hour every hour all day Thursday and Friday and no-one ever answered and both voicemail boxes were full. The bus was decent inside but outside looked like a commercial bus. Ugly. I was very disappointed. They conned us because I'm pretty sure they rented out the car I had booked, probably got a higher price. I will be writing reviews on every wedding website and report them to the BBB.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am so glad they have this wedding wire site so people can be warned...This company is horrible! I got married on a 90+ degree day and the stretch SUV limo I rented didn't have working air conditioning. The driver went to pick up the groom and groomsmen first and he was wearing a dress shirt and no jacket. He was drenched in sweat. When the groom mentioned that limo was hot inside the driver kept saying it would cool off. Worse yet, when they went to open the hatch area to put supplies there were ants crawling all over the back of the limo, gross...Upon arriving at the church I told the driver I will be speaking with his boss before getting back into the 100+ degree limo to go get to my reception he said that he completely understand why. When I called his boss after the ceremony and brought this issue to his attention he refused to believe the AC was broken and said I had to deal with it. I asked him to send another vehicle as this was not what I paid for he started YELLING (yes yelling at the bride on her wedding day) and calling me crazy. Wow, classy business. My family had to frantically call around to local limo companies to find a limo to take my bridal party to the reception. Trust me, it's not worth the few dollars you'll save with this company. They are cheaper for a reason. Junky vehicles and HORRIBLE service! BEWARE!!!

  Amex Limousine is a horrible company!! When I was trying to book a party bus for my daughter's junior after prom, I talked to many company's and unfortunately Amex was the one I chose. Even though they seemed very reliable and confident on the phone, this couldn't be further from the truth. The night of the prom I had 50 children waiting in a parking lot at midnight for the bus to show up. They called me at the time they were suppose to show up which was 12 and said they weren't able to come. I tried calling back many times the rest of the night trying to get them to send another bus or get in touch with another company to send one of their buses but they kept rejecting my call. I had 50 kids standing in a parking lot all dressed up for an hour. I had to explain to them and their parents that there was no bus coming. I was very disappointed but to make it worse they still never gave me my deposit back from March 2013 (almost a year now). I call at least once a week for my money back and they keep making excuses that the check is in the mail, the owner will call me back (which he never did), etc. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I would not trust this company at all!!!!!!!!
