Great loose diamond
I bought a loose diamond from allurez. At first, I bought a diamond from them that didn’t fit my setting so I had to return it. After a couple emails they refunded me. I bought another diamond that was the correct size and specifications. I was on a sensitive timeline, but they got hit with a snow storm in new york so they couldn’t ship it. But I expressed my need and concern for receiving the diamond quickly and they shipped it two days after the storm hit. I received it in secure packaging and just enough time.
One of the concerns I had was that I bought an SI2 clarity diamond and was worried that it would be cloudy or spotty with black marks. Fortunately it was a gorgeous diamond. It had perfect color, cut and carat. There was a tiny spot on the edge of the diamond that could be seen with the naked eye if you were looking hard, although it wasn’t a big deal because the setting on the ring hid the inclusion. I even compared my diamond with a VS diamond under x5 magnification (I know that’s random but I have a pair loupes) and there was no difference other than that one inclusion on the side that couldn’t be detected when it was set.
It was affordable too, I saved $800 on the same their diamond than the local jeweler on the a diamond with the same specifications.
I brought it in to my local jeweler where I bought the band setting from and she had all the other employees come look at the diamond because they all loved the way it looked with the ring. Allurez did some exceptional work on this diamond.
Would definitely buy another loose diamond from them.

We had a great experience with Allurez for our rings. They were incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process, guiding us literally step by step and making sure every detail was right. I bought my wedding band online during a sale they had, and I have to say the photo was a little deceiving....I needed a small band to fit next to my engagement ring, but it ended up being too small to really tell the difference between the aquamarines and the diamonds except in certain lightings...if you want something specific, see it in person first -

Fantastic customer service, helped nervous boyfriend
I was 24 and had never had a serious girlfriend. So then when I finally met my girlfriend (now fiancé) I felt extremely nervous about buying her presents. I searched everywhere and ended up loving Allurez, but wasn’t sure what to buy and whether I could trust the site. I then just decided to call and the lady who helped me was amazing. She worked within my budget, found me exactly what I wanted (and my fiancé loved) and then even allowed me to pay it off in 2 payments.
I couldn’t ask for a better company. If I hadn’t of found them I most likely would still just be searching for rings, then getting nervous and backing out when I had too many questions come up in my brain and couldn’t make a decision.

Wonderful Experience
My fiance purchased my engagement ring off this site. We had originally picked out the ring on a different site. A few months passed and it went out of stock. After much digging, I found it on a different site. He ordered it and they called him one week later to tell him it was out of stock on that site as well. I was ecstatic when I found the ring on Allurez because my heart was set on it. Even better was that it was more reasonably priced here too. The customer service was awesome and I love my ring. My experience at Allurez was amazing!
Every customer service member I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and patient.
When I first called them, I told them that I wanted to look at settings for a very sentimental stone. They were very understanding and patient! They helped me select the most beautiful setting within my budget. The ring that they created for me is spectacular!
The setting for my stone is white gold, surrounded by a halo of diamonds, with intricate work in the profile and down the sides of the ring. The diamonds are dazzling and of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship is superb.
They made sure that my ring and the appraisal arrived when promised. They went well "above and beyond" in terms of customer service.
I have already recommended Allurez to many of my friends because of their large and beautiful selection and their customer service.

I got my wedding band from Allurez.com and holy crap, it’s absolutely perfect!!! I was agonizing over wedding bands because everything was just so expensive and there are way too many sites that are too good to be true! However, after reading reviews on here I decided to try it out! I got my ring about 1/2 off on a pre cyber Monday sale, and it is absolutely perfect. At first I had a hard time finding things on the site, so I called the help line, and a woman named Cheryll looked around, sent me links, and eventually called me back about ten minutes after we hung up with the PERFECT RING! It was stunning, within my price range, and gave me goosebumps. She was amazing, and she’s the reason I found my perfect wedding band. I can’t promote this site enough, seriously. If you’re on the fence, just do it. It’s not a scam, and they have absolutely fantastic customer service and free returns!

I ordered the Infinity Twisted Diamond Engagement Ring 14K White Gold (0.25ct). After going through the process of selecting the band and engraving, the next step is introduced seamlessly, helping you choose the stone for your personalized ring. I was able to find a diamond within budget, and check the quality and cut of the diamond as well and compare it to a few others. I love how it informed you of the width and quality, because I want my proposal to go as perfectly as possible, and presentation is definitely key!
Upon completing my order, I received information in regards to the production time and shipping estimate. I emailed their service department to confirm my purchase and to ensure the custom engraving I had added would be placed into the order. An automatic email was generated from Allurez service department due to high volume, and I was informed that I would be receiving assistance within the next business day, which is definitely normal. Shortly after, I received an email from Minda, the representative that assisted me through the process. He let me know that everything had been received and ensured the engraving would be done correctly. I also took it upon myself to call their customer service to check and see if there was a possibility to have the order processed faster than the anticipated completion date. After waiting for only a short time, three minutes according to my call-log, I was attended to by the very same representative that sent me the confirmation email in regards to my order. He went over the possibility of having the order rushed, but made sure to inform me that if the production agents rushed any of the stone-setting, that it could lead to a product that would not be satisfactory, and in my better interest, or my beloved, informed me that if we allow the proper time for the agents to complete the work, it will come out as beautiful as intended.

I just got an engagement ring from Allurez and I am obsessed with it! It is absolutely perfect and a dream come true! Not to mention, my fiancé is pleased that I am so happy and in love with my ring (given how particular/pick I've been about it) and said that Allurez was very helpful in picking it out and purchasing the ring. I was so pleased with the ring .I have ordered off internet before and been disappointed.Not the case here .I was worried about the size it's perfect ! I can not begin to express my satisfaction with this ring I am now ordering a second ring ?? This is by far my best experience ordering jewelry on line !I wish I could attach photos with this review.The value to me is worth way more than I paid for! -

This is my second experience with wedding wire I ordered a ring for my wife as a present for giving birth to our new twins. Jenn helped me identify a ring same style as the one I got for my son and ensured the ring was delivered before Christmas. Jenn and Allurez are awesome, I was able to get a custom ring at a very reasonable price, with a quick delivery. Highly recommend Allurez for any jewerly needs. -

I got a $4500 engagement ring and wedding band from Allurez. The value seems really good compared to other sites I priced them against, and they were extremely responsive on the phone and via email. Best of all, the rings came on time, exactly as ordered, with a special request, on short notice (less than a week). Beat that right! -ph -

Find what you are looking for with their website, in my case an engagement ring, and then call. They will personally answer the phone and assist you with any of the small details that makes custom jewelry so special. Allurez's customer representatives were very helpful, Cheryl responded to my multiple questions by phone and email, providing excellent service. I would use Allurez again for their quality of service, responsiveness, and value. -

I was under a tight timeframe ordering my husband's wedding band. I wanted a custom engraving but knew it probably was not feasible because I waited so long to place the order.
