  11/7/ Wedding Photographer

  Allison was the wedding photographer for 5 of my friends so naturally after working with her in the past I wanted to use her as our wedding photographer. Her photography packages include not only full coverage for your wedding day but also an engagement photoshoot. She came to Hoboken to take our engagement photoshoot and we appreciated her flexibility and attention to detail. We had a great time and were so in love with how she captured our personalities in our pictures. During our wedding day, Allison and her assistant Michelle were the upmost professional and patient with our wedding party and family. They did such an amazing job coordinating all pictures for us that day and we feel lucky to have had Allison capture our special day. The quality of pictures are outstanding. She listened to our expectations and sent our pictures back to us really quickly. I would recommend using Allison for your wedding photographer! She makes everyone feel comfortable and captures the most gorgeous pictures. I will be recommending her to anyone I know getting married in the future! She is a true professional, I cannot thank her enough!

  Amazing!!!!

  Allison was the perfect photographer for us! We had worked with her at another wedding and knew we wanted to use her for our own. Her calm and composed demeanor is exactly what this bride needed on her wedding day! She is organized and efficient and makes sure that you get every combination of pictures that you want. Allison made us feel at ease in front of the camera and the pictures truly speak for themselves. We are so grateful for Allison (and her assistant, Michelle, as well) and will treasure our beautiful pictures forever!

  I highly recommend Allison Pense Photography!

  Allison was so great from start to finish!! I was so happy when I received my pictures back only a couple weeks after the wedding and they came out amazing!! She is very organized which helped us get all of the pictures that we wanted! She is so nice and easy to work, I highly recommend hiring her for your big day! I really enjoyed having her as our photographer for the day, I don't think our wedding would have been the same without her! The pictures are beautiful and I am so happy I have these to look at forever. Thank you Allison!

  Allison Pense is a terrific photographer for your wedding day. She initially met us for engagement photos and we had a great afternoon working together. On our wedding day, Allison and her assistant, Tom, were fantastic in every way. During the church ceremony, they were respectful and unobtrusive while capturing the key moments. Post ceremony it began to rain, and they adapted seamlessly with this change in weather. Having both a large Bridal Party and large families, the logistics of getting all the people gathered for photos in a timely manner can be a challenge. Allison remained patient and kind dealing with the “moving parts” that unfolded in the day. All night long they were taking photos without interrupting the flow of the party.   I cannot say enough positive things about Allison Pense Photography! I met Allison when I was a bridesmaid for a wedding and after seeing her amazing work, I knew that my husband and I HAD to meet with her when planning our big day! In fact, she is the ONLY photographer we met with because we connected with her right away which is so important when booking a photographer! Allison is so easy going and down to earth and makes couples feel totally comfortable. Not everyone is used to getting their picture taken, and she has a way of making her couples feel at ease. She offers an engagement session which I highly recommend because it gives you a chance to get to know her and work with her prior to your wedding! The amount of compliments that I received on my wedding pictures is overwhelming. Allison has such a natural eye, and we were completely blown away with her work. She is able to capture such raw emotion and memorable moments in her work. She is super professional and she made sure that she got photos of everything that we wanted! We will forever have these amazing memories thanks to Allison. I am so grateful for her and will continue to recommend her to everyone who needs a photographer!   Allison photographed our intimate wedding on May 20th in Holmdel Park. There were 15 of us there in total and Allison captured the pure joy and magic of every piece of the ceremony in such a candid and special way in the photos. We took traditional family portraits after and she found the most beautiful spot in the park. We then broke off and took photos with just my husband and I in a handful of different fun and lovely areas around the park and had a great time doing it. Allison really cares about making your day and your photos special and it really shows in the quality of the prints we have from the day. Really could not have asked for a better experience overall. We will be forever shouting her out to anyone who needs a photographer!!! Thank you, Allison!!!

  Allison is an awesome wedding photographer!

  Allison was our wedding photographer and she was awesome to work with and is extremely talented. She made us feel comfortable during our engagement shoot which prepped us for our wedding day. She's professional and organized and made sure she got all the photos we requested. It was very overcast and drizzling on our wedding day and she kept us in good spirits. We're so happy with the photos, it was hard to choose from for our wedding album. Thank you Allison!

There was so much planning that went on over the last year just to get us to our special day. Some of those decisions came as late as less than a week before the big day.   Allison was the best photographer we could have hoped for! She was easy to work with, professional, and very creative. She captured our wedding from beginning to end in such a beautiful way. Her photographs aren't just typical photographs. They are thought out and artistic. She is truly gifted in what she does. We received our photos quickly and were amazed at just how many shots she provided us. There are so many beautiful photographs that our biggest problem is picking out our favorites. We could not have been happier and will use her again in the future.

  Working with Allison throughout our entire engagement/wedding process has been nothing but amazing. For our engagement pictures she spent hours with us making sure that she captured all the best shots for us. They came out better than expected and I knew that she was the one who would capture our wedding day. Leading up to the day planning and working through the day of the wedding she seemed like an excited guest ready to attend our wedding. It is so refreshing to work with someone who is excited to be apart of your special day just as much as your close friends and family. This is one of the reasons I loved working with her , something you often do not get when using a company with many different photographers on staff. She made my husband and I feel so incredibly comfortable all along especially on the day of ,taking our pictures and during our first look. She naturally let the day unfold capturing the most amazing moments along the way, even staying until the final song was played.   I am so glad I chose Allison Pense Photography for my recent wedding!
  
  Allison was great to work with from the very beginning. We met to discuss the photography package and Allison answered all questions I had. We first got together for engagement photos. Allison was very flexible with dates/location. She suggested poses for us and good photo spots. The pictures were delivered to us quickly which we then used for our Save the Date.
  
  From that time until the wedding, Allison kept in contact. She was very organized and professional, outlining all details of the day. She arrived on time to my hotel where she took pre wedding photos. She had great suggestions for poses for everyone. Throughout the day (church, post wedding, reception), Allison was non stop taking photos. Guests even complimented her to me throughout the night.
  
  The pictures were delivered to me quickly on an adorable flash drive and looked great. Myself and everyone who saw the pictures loved them. There was a huge variety of pictures and many pictures of each pose. Black & white, tons of options. I am very happy with how they turned out. I would highly recommend using Allison as your photographer. She will not disappoint!

  Allison was great to work with from the very beginning. We met to discuss the photography package and Allison answered all questions I had. We first got together for engagement photos. Allison was very flexible with dates/location. She suggested poses for us and good photo spots. The pictures were delivered to us quickly which we then used for our Save the Date.
  
  From that time until the wedding, Allison kept in contact. She was very organized and professional, outlining all details of the day. She arrived on time to my hotel where she took pre wedding photos. She had great suggestions for poses for everyone. Throughout the day (church, post wedding, reception), Allison was non stop taking photos. Guests even complimented her to me throughout the night.
  
  The pictures were delivered to me quickly on an adorable flash drive and looked great. Myself and everyone who saw the pictures loved them. There was a huge variety of pictures and many pictures of each pose. Black & white, tons of options. I am very happy with how they turned out. I would highly recommend using Allison as your photographer. She will not disappoint!

We received the online photos about 6 weeks after our wedding and a digital copy of the photos shortly after.   I got Allison’s name from a friend of mine. After meeting with Allison my husband and I loved her and felt very comfortable. We hired Allison for our engagement and wedding pictures and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience and the quality of the pictures! She made us feel so comfortable during the engagement session, which definitely showed in the pictures. She has this was of capturing you in a photo. My husband and I would both agree we don’t feel we are very photogenic but we both just absolutely loved the pictures Allison took of us. We looked and felt ourselves, as opposed to stiff and posed.
