    The owner Jamie was so easy to work with. He helped us make a decision on a limo for our daughters wedding. The limo was on time and very clean. We will use this service again.. very much worth the price!

    Upgraded us for free because limo we requested was running oddly but called to make sure it would be okay. We appreciated that they considered the change, even an upgrade, as something we would like to know before hand and also that they didn't risk driving the car that might have had issues.

    We used Abracadabra Limos for the bachelorette party and the wedding day! They were fantastic to work with, our driver was AWESOME and set up with Jamie was simple! They did a fantastic job and had great prices! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

    The bus was awesome - my guests loved it and I loved the fact that I new my guests were safely being taken back to their hotels. My friends little girl is now excited to go to school because she thinks that a school bus should look like your limo bus....she will be sadly disappointed! The limo bus is the complete opposite of a school bus - it is beautiful with its plush seating.

    I was very happy with the service we got from Abracadabra Limousine. They were very fast at responding to our phone calls/emails. The limo bus that we got very very large and comfortable for our entire wedding partym, and the pricing was very resonable. I was very pleased.

    We rented the SUC excursion , which was clean,roomy and nice. Jamie was great to work with !!!

    We chose Abracadabra based on the variety in their fleet. We wanted a large bus that would hold our entire wedding party AND significant others. That seriously limits the number of options out there! However, we were very pleased with the big boss bus from Abracadabra. It arrived clean and on time to our venue (which was a couple hrs aways from Madison) and Jamie was easy to contact and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would recommend them.

    They were an awesome deal!!! Very reasonably prices for 8 hours of service. It was great for my wedding party not to worry about transportation. Very friendly and professional!

    Communication was great prior to the wedding and the price was right especially for our Friday night wedding. The driver was very unprofessional as he was always asking us where to go as he did not know his way around at all. It was a little frustrating and annoying for all of us. Also, I thought tip was included so we gave him $20 at the end of the night. He looked right at me and asked why only $20 as that is not a good tip and he obviously didn't do a good job. Even so, it is rude to ask a bride on her wedding day where a tip is.

    This company was TERRIBLE. I had asked for a sophisticated limo and the day of my wedding, they showed up in a stretch hummer. Apparently, they just discontinued the limo I had chosen and had given everyone the stretch hummer instead. But, they never told me and I found out the day of my wedding. I was mortified. I spoke to the manager and he was unapologetic and rude. I had to just stick with the hummer as I had no other option. There was no water, no beverages of any kind inside. It was dirty and smelled. Taking pictures in tuxedos and dresses in 90 degrees without any kind of water was ridiculous. WE had to stop at walgreens to get something. Additionally, the driver was asking me for directions to the church, which is the last thing, as a bride, you want to be concerned about on the day of your wedding. After the wedding, we were picked up in an SUV and had to chat with the driver - very non-romantic and the whole transportation ordeal was extremely tacky.

    Disappointing, I called the owner, Jamie, the week before the wedding to see if the limo used Bluetooth or a cord for the playlist I spent a week putting together for our ride to the reception. He said cord, but not to bring any because his drivers keep several cords in the car, wrapped in original packaging because they tend to go bad. Two mins into our car ride following the ceremony, I asked for the cord for the music and the driver didn't know what we were taking about. He finally gave us an old cord he found in the front seat that wouldn't even work. We drove around for 45 mins trying to find a replacement cord as we couldn't find a gas station that had that style. We missed stops for pics that we had preplanned. The driver, Dickie, was very unhelpful, rude, and even added his own tip to our bill and told my husband to sign off because it was part of our contract, which was not the case. Please save yourself the hassle, if you are stuck using this limo service, bring your own cord for the music and if you are even more unfortunate to have Dickie as your driver, scrutinize your bill before signing off.

    Left our bachelorette party stranded

    I booked a 16 passenger SUV for this last Saturday, April 24, 2021 and put down a deposit, solidified plans for the evening of and guess what?...NO SHOW!!! I HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO ENSURE MY SISTER A.) DIDNT FIND OUT ABOUT THIS MESS VIA MY FACE/STRESS/CRYING AND B.) FIX THE ENTIRE EVENING BY HAVING 2 PEOPLE NOT DRINK AND DRIVE US AROUND! (for those wondering, Uber and Lyft were both unavailable, we tried for an hour!)

    To date, no one has received a call back, an email reply. NOTHING. This company is a complete joke!!! Who the fuck keeps $100??? If you're THAT desperate for money as a business owner that you steal it and fuck over someone else who TRUSTED you with your SERVICES then you do not deserve to be in business. Go to hell.
