I had a great experience using Vintage Rentals for my engagement photo shoot. Christy was always very quick to respond to my emails, which I loved! When I told her the main item that I was wanting to use (an awesome red sofa), she created a pinterest board with other items that would compliment the sofa, and we ended up using several of her suggestions and they looked great! I do not have a single complaint with the entire process, which is rare these days!

It was interesting working with Vintage Rentals. When I had signed the contract with Christy Schneider, the previous owner, she was extremely responsive and helped me through the process of figuring out what to rent. When it came to the day of the wedding though, I think Stephanie Smith (the new owner) was a bit overwhelmed and was a bit harder to get a hold of. I think once she has gotten her feet under her, however, this will improve over time.
