Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious -- both of them! I have a gluten allergy so Cassandra made an individual cake just for me that was amazing! (If you know anything about gluten free cake, you know they can be very dry. My husband said he couldn't tell the difference between the two!)

Cassandra was so easy to work with! I sent her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it to perfection. Her sugar flowers were exceptional! We had a very small wedding so we didn't need a lot of cake. She suggested a three tier take with a fake tier. It saved us money and didn't look small in the venue!

We chose the traditional Puerto Rican cake - vanilla with a brandy syrup. She delivered it on time and it looked perfect despite the Puerto Rican heat!

Cassandra was great throughout the process. She was able to understand and adopt the idea that I had for the cake. The cake was delivered without any flaws and it was delicious (a traditional puerto rican wedding cake-which is moist and yummy!)

We met with Casandra months before our wedding to taste the cakes and flavors she makes. She was very professional and friendly. At the last minute we changed our flavors and she was very flexible. the flavor was really delicious and the guests really seem to enjoy the cake. Thank you!
