Contract offered complimentary champagne and bottled water and when I checked that day I was told it would be available, but the driver only had boxed wine and wine coolers (this was on the way to the wedding). The driver never offered them anything on the way over despite them asking, and missed the turn for a venue that I was told they worked with frequently.
