If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
I will make it a point to acquire the song unless it is totally unavailable
How many other DJs do you work with?
There are 15 top notch DJ/VJ/KJs in this company.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Four hours for $450.00 for up to 300 guests.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Absolutely.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
All ethnic and religious venues are welcome.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Absolutely. I have more than half a million dollars worth of high tech equipment and it is all paid for.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Yes, all at no extra cost.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
I allow one (1) hour for setup although it only takes twenty (20) minutes. I provide my own table with black velvet cover and skirt.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We only have extra space requiremets for large venues when a larger sound system it required. We can accomodate up to 10,000 guests
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Emcee the reception yes, talk between songs only if requested by client.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Not required but if meal is provided it is consumed at DJ station so there is no music interruption.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Absolutely.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely.
What is your overtime rate?
Seventy five ($75.00) dollars per hour overtime.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Depends on many factors. No travel expense charges for up to fifty (50) mile radius.
