Our wedding ceremony was performed in the Pavilion at the Preserves Resort In Sevierville, TN. It was a beautiful venue with the beautiful Smoky Mountains in our background! They reserved the Wedding Chapel in case of bad weather and they were wonderful to work with in planning our wedding.

We got married at this beautiful chapel, everything went perfectly! I just wish the dvd was higher quality.

My daughter and her husband just got married at The Preserve. The staff was fantastic. I do meeting planning, so I know the questions to ask and what to expect. They toured several chapels in the area, but truly loved The Preserve. The view is amazing, and the chapel gives you the true experience of a wedding with a intimate feel of a church. The minister's words were meaningful and touching. We felt that all our needs were met and the staff went above and beyond for us. I scheduled a cake tasting (which was fun and got them into the mood of the upcoming event) Their cake was beautiful and exactly want she had asked for. A family member is a baker and had offered to make a cake for her, this family member commented on the cakes design and taste...excellent! My daughter wanted specific flowers and they kept telling her that it is her big day and they would help her get anything she wanted. I felt that they kept in touch with us throughout the entire process (booked 10 months in advance). As we got down to the last 30 days, I felt like they were right on top of things, even little changes she made. I just can't say enough about how great this chapel is. The pictures captured the beauty of the day, the words the minister said were loving and moving, the chapel was clean and orderly. We had a great time doing the rehearsal, as other family offered ideas to my daughter, they kept control and made sure it was her day, and she got exactly what she wanted. I just can't say enough about how great this staff and the chapel is. Hope your day is just as fantastic!

Absolutely an awesome wedding. You cannot beat the proximity of everything at the resort. We fit about 80 people into the pavilion with room to breathe. Chapel was beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We pieced the wedding together rather than buying an all in one package. Seriously cannot beat the views at this place and the price.

Please be aware, if you need to have anything shipped there, USPS will not deliver up there. We had some issues with it but no reason to blame them for it. We were able to get all of the important packages on time.

The cabins are BEAUTIFUL and reasonably priced!

We were quite happy with our stay at the Preserve Resort. We rented a 12 bedroom cabin and had plenty of room for our guests and set up part of our reception there. It worked really well! Everyone loved their accomodations! We also had our wedding at the chapel located just steps away from the cabin. Everyone connected with the chapel was very easy to work with and everything turned out beautiful! They worked with me on all my special requests and made our ceremony very special. We rented the pavilion for our outdoor part of our reception because it had beautiful views and provided the space we wanted to visit, dance and enjoy our guests at the reception. We had a problem with the electrical outlet we needed to use for our music, but maintenance did come and fix it. Overall our experience there was wonderful!

The chapel is beautiful. The Minister is Wonderful. The ceremony he provided was absolutely perfect. The words he said were so meaningful.
Planning the wedding over the phone and internet was very easy and the staff was very helpful

The only negatives were the little details. The cake did not have the correct colors even though I confirmed the cake style and color twice before the wedding.
I would definitely recommend the Chapel, just double and triple check the small details such as the cake, flowers, etc

Gorgeous chapel, they hooked me up with excellent caterers, a minister, and everything ended up being posh and resonable. Gorgeous mountain top resort. My wedding was like a fairy tale.

We requested a package that included the ceremony, flowers, pictures and cake.
I chose this chapel because I was impressed with the credentials of their clergy staff, the presentation of the chapel and the view of the mountains for my pictures.
It was important to me that my wedding be authentic, spiritual and meaningful and I feel that I received this completely.
These folks were efficient, flexible, creative and extremely courteous.
We were moved along very quickly and felt a bit rushed but we understand the business of several weddings in one day.
My only complaint was that my cake and my flowers were not "exactly" what I had requested but they were nice and it did not ruin my experience at all.

The reception area was a bit dirty and unkept and no trash cans were brought up for the trash. The attendant when we checked in was more concerned with her cell phone. No one is available befor 3!
