I'd rate them a 10 if I could! I had the most amazing experience at Swoon. Amber was such a delight and so helpful. I was wowed by how many amazing dresses I got to try on. I honestly could have stayed there all day and tried on every dress. I do wish I would have taken a little longer to decide on my dress, there were too many good choices. But even after I left the Swoon team was so responsive with my stress on my decision. They went above and beyond to help put me at ease with my decision. I bought the Pronovias Loren dress, and I received so many compliments at my wedding! The dress was handmade in Barcelona, so it took about 5 months to receive it. Swoon Bridal set expectations right away and communicated with me regularly about the status of the dress.
