Stardance Event Center is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Tucson, Arizona. This rustic venue offers sweeping panoramic views of the Tucson Mountains and borders the spectacular natural beauty of the Saguaro National Park West. Spread over 30 acres, it is a unique venue choice for couples seeking a picturesque outdoor ceremony that is adaptable and offers plenty of space. Located only a short drive away from Tucson's downtown, it is a conveniently located escape from the city to calm country wilds.
Facilities and Capacity
Stardance Event Center can host up to 500 guests in comfort and style. A picture-perfect ceremony can be organized outside on the grounds of the property against the background of an immense expanse of rocky terrain. The venue’s management can provide access to event furniture to create an aisle. The 6,000-square-foot indoor reception area welcomes large parties to celebrate and have fun. A barn-style space, it is effortless rustic and welcomes couples to decorate as they see fit. Its 40-foot sliding doors lead onto the Catalina Terrace lawn. This charming space offers views of Tucson’s city lights and the Catalina Mountain Range and allows guests to enjoy a cocktail in the fresh air. For those who would like to celebrate entirely outdoors, The Sunset Vista is a 3,000-square-foot outdoor event space. There is ample parking available on-site for guests arriving from far and wide.

The banquet hall venue’s staff offers catering in buffet and hors d’oeuvres serving styles. Every vendor recommended by Stardance and that we worked with was professional, warm, and truly committed to making the day special. I can not esteem the owner, Kelly and her team and designated facility / wedding planner, enough! They brought our vision to life with care and creativity. Everything ran smoothly—from the catering team who provided delicious food to the décor setup and floral vendor. Each partner exceeded our expectations. The DJ, photographer, hair stylist, makeup artist, bartender and support staff were equally outstanding and so very kind! Each contribution by each vendor is valued and so appreciated! They were organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the celebration unforgettable!
What stood out most was how seamlessly everyone worked together. It felt like a team of people who truly cared about our family, guests and our daughter and son-in-law's big day. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and excellence shown by every vendor involved, especially Kelly.
