About Us
Founded in 1998 in San Antonio, Texas by Amelia Rico and Arthur Ornelas, RicOrnel Productions has since established itself in 2002 in Houston, Texas. RicOrnel Productions since then has developed and produced an assortment of original low budget films covering all types of genres.  Along with being indie filmmakers, we have studies in Theatre, Film & Architecture and specialize in Videography, Photography & Graphic Design.  We also teach filmmaking to High School students in Houston.

Combined we have years of experience in the entertainment industry, working for Jack Morton Worldwide, Alley Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, Houston Ballet, Main Street Theater & Moores Opera Center.  We have been Videographers & Photographers for Weddings in Houston & San Antonio since 2004 and some of our work has been seen in the Houston Chronicle, Houston Press and the Wall Street Journal.
