Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
Norton Chapel is on the shore of Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes. This allows for guests and the couple to utilize the beatiful scenery of the lakeshore, while enjoying their special day.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We have a set rate for all guests who reserve Norton Chapel. If you are looking to book your reception with us, we do provide a catering guide that has a variety of options at different cost points.
Do you offer any special services?
We do provide a wedding coordinator who will be with you the night of your rehearsal and during your ceremony. They are there to make sure your ceremony goes smoothly. We also work with you and our staff to provide top of the line service. We look and expect perfection from our staff and will provide that to you on your wedding day.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
We offer 2 Candleabra's, 2 floral stands, podium, state-of-the art sound system, unity candle holder (in sivler and gold upon request), Alter table, 2 large fans and a wedding coordinator who will be with you ever step of the way at your rehearsal and on your wedding day.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Our catering services will rent those items for your event. We will meet with you prior to your rehearsal dinner or reception to choose colors, and will have the tables set prior to your arrival.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do not require brides to use specific vendors. We have a list of vendors that we have worked with in the past who have done an exceptional job. You are welcome to use your own vendors, friends and family members. We are very flexible.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have small rooms that can be rented and used for the rehearsal dinner. Our main dining room or tent outside, overlooking the lake may be used for the reception.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes, arrangements must be made ahead of time with us and our dining facility.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
We have a number of outlets, and can arrange to have more provided if needed.

We typically have 2-3 wedding ceremonies in a day. We do not have more than one reception at our venue due to the size and location.
