Modern Saute was the perfect choice for our destination wedding in St. Thomas!! Ched was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and was very patient with all of the changes we made during our planning. Their menu is very diverse and can fit with any theme you are going for. We loved the presentation and service, and the taco bar we ordered for later in the night was a perfect addition!! Their prices are very reasonable, and blew the other options out of the water!! We highly recommend Ched and Modern Saute!!

Ched does a great job! He's young and innovative and very easy to work with. He has quite a bit of experience and he's very flexible and creative. He has a great team who are very courteous and professional. I would use Modern Saute again, the food was good--the tasting was a GREAT and HILARIOUS experience!
