Cat is so incredibly talented I absolutely loved working with her. She did an amazing job shooting my wedding and engagement session - all of the photos look phenomenal!! My venue is trickier to shoot too because I got married at Ventanas which is an indoor rooftop venue with a lot of lights coming from the city but she did an incredible job. She is also so friendly and great to work with. You don’t have to have planned poses in mind, Cat is super experienced and will help you out!

Cathi is amazing! I found Cathi through my wedding planner. I fell in love with her photography style as I navigated her website and instagram and was sold once we met up with her. She is so friendly and her eye for photography...truly a gift! We are so happy with our engagement and wedding photos. We knew she was the right photographer for us during our engagement shoot. She would literally lay down on the grass or side walk to get the perfect shot! My husband and I would worry she would hurt herself, but like a ninja, she didn't care about being comfortable as long as she got the perfect shot!

On our wedding day, she had an additional photographer and assistant and they moved with such precision and practice. She knew what shots she wanted to take and moved so discreetly. I couldn't be happier with her services and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I purposely invested in the photography for our wedding and I am so happy that I did. Caithi was amazing!!. So polite and professional right down to the handwritten card when we first booked her services. Her team and her arrived on time for our wedding day. Cathi is an amazing talent. We found her through our wedding planner and we couldn't be happier. We first met Cathi in September 2012 when she took our engagement photos. We were very nervous about being in front of the camera, but she was patient and made us feel comfortable. She gave us great direction while still keeping our vision in mind.

We had a last minute change of plans on the location for our engagement photos because there was a huge event taking place at the park we initial chose, but Cathi quickly found us a backup and even recommended a second location which turned out to be the best photos we could ask for. We absolutely loved our images. They were beautifully edited and presented. We took the pictures in September and had all 1000+ shots fully edited and delivered on a beautifully packaged disc by November. We were even featured on Style Me Pretty!

On our wedding day, Cathi arrived on time and prepared with a team of 2 additional shooters. They came in and got to work on the scenery shots, dress and accessories shots, and scoped out a place for our first look. During group shots, she was so patient with our playful groomsmen, she never got frustrated. She even took pictures on people's cell phones when asked. My guests also commented on how "ninja like" she and her team were. They moved around guests so seamlessly.

We can't wait to see our wedding photos, we know they'll be great!

Cathi was awesome and one of the most reasonable (price) photographers. We were so happy that we chose her to capture the moments of our special day. Her shots are amazing!

Cathi and her team were so professional. I had requested more of a photo-journalistic style and they were so good at getting the shots needed while blending in so naturally that we barely noticed them. We also shopped around for photographers and she was very reasonably priced for great photography style. I am also a photographer so I was very particular about the who we chose as a photographer and we weren't disappointed with Cathi. I would recommend her to anyone!

Cathi Milanes (Milanes Photography) was amazing. She caters to your style by asking you what you want, but because she's a professional also surprises you with some great shots you never imagined. I had a ridiculously complex outdoor wedding with a mix of over 150 international guests from literally all over the world and she accommodated each taste. My ceremony needed to capture the combination of my two cultures (Asian and Latino with my now husband's cultures, African) and Cathi's photography has forever captured that perfectly. Everyone is still raving about her beautiful pictures and how professional they look and the unique eye she has for capturing things that 200 other guest's cameras did not manage to see or catch. We are having another ceremony in my husband's home country and we cannot think of anyone else to hire!

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to Cathi, for shooting beyond, amazing photos. Her creativity, originality and attention to detail, is what made my wedding an unforgettable event.
