Her fondant not only makes her cakes look unbelievably smooth like fabric, but tastes great, smashing those old myths that your grandparents have told you of awful tasting fondant. Not this stuff, sister. Her specialty draped fondant cakes Holli, Whitney, Lindi and Lydia (among others) have all but become legendary all over the state. The style and sophistication of these fondant cakes have earned her a spot as one of Utah’s elite wedding cake decorators.
