We are experienced with all types of lighting situations. Bright sunlight, sunset, overcast, dark receptions halls, candlelight.
Is your media preference film or digital?
All digital workflow, from start to finish, we use top of the line hardware and software throughout the whole process.
How many photographers do you work with?
Always two, sometimes three or four depending on the size of the wedding.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, and we have a wide network of photographer friends that we can contact in the case of any emergency.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, we are a boutique studio and focus on providing special care to our select number of clients.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we have backup plans.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We shoot with professional Canon bodies, lenses and flashes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We bring an extra camera body, flashes, memory cards and batteries to all of our events.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our wedding coverage begins with 6 hours and hourly coverage can be added.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No breaks, we are constantly shooting throughout the whole day. We never want to miss a moment.
Do you charge for travel?
We charge for travel outside of the Bay Area, please inquire with us if you are planning a destination wedding.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online proofing with Pictage.com. We also offer proof books.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Our online proofing solution posts for a 3 month period.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, our clients retain usage rights to their photos as well.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Digital negatives can be purchased separately.
Will images be available for viewing online?
We upload all of our images onto our online proofing solution with Pictage.com.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Leather Craftsman, KISS, and Couture Books
When will the client get the final album?
Anywhere from 3 to 6 months depending on the revision process for your album design.
