Hire Quality Limousines is a woman owned business, established September 30, 1997.  Since that time, we have been servicing
the Baltimore/Metropolitan areas.  Barbara and Michael Ballard, President and Vice President of Hire Quality Limousines
have been Harford County residents since 1980.  We have raised 5 children and are currently enjoying our grandchildren.

 Our name “Hire Quality Limousines” was created as the definition to the phrase…
“For a higher quality of service, hire quality limousines"
Hence the name “Hire Quality Limousines.”

Our slogan, which seems to fit our title, affirms that…“Our Name Says It All”

 Since our inception, Hire Quality Limousines has gained a reputation for professional service,customer satisfaction and
lasting business relationships between our corporate clients.

Our database has grown to an overwhelming 5,411 satisfied customers.
With the increases in our Fleet size each year, we have grown to become the largest
Limousine and Ground Transportation Company north of the Baltimore area.

Hire Quality Limousines is proud to announce that we have an award winning team. Barbara was previously nominated as the “Small Operator of the Year” and we employ two Chauffeurs who won the nationwide titleof “Chauffeur of the Year”.  The most recent achievement for the company was when Michael was presented with the award of “The Most Dedicated Limousine Association Member”.  This is also a nationwide title.Michael has been on the board of the Maryland Limousine Association since the year 2000 and has currently been serving as President of the Maryland Limousine Association since September 2004.  His term of office will be complete in September 2008, but will still stay on as an active board member to insure that he can mentor his fellow limousine operators on any modifications to the industry.
