Clients will have a food & beverage minimum and room rental fee based on the room you choose. The menu pricing is per person.

We are a full service hotel with a full service athletic on site.

We offer the chairs, staging, tables, linens and have a piano that can be rented. All other decor is to be provided by the client

We offer full length table cloths and taper candles with hurricanes that can be rented for a small fee.

The size of the dance floor is adjustable and dependent upon the size of your group.

Yes.

It depends on the room your reception is being held.

Ten people will fit comfortably.

 How much is the deposit and when it is due?
The non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due upon signing the contract.

 Is there shuttle service to and from the airport for out of town guests?
The hotel does not have a shuttle service, but we would be more than happy to arrange transportation for you.

 Who is responsible for cleanup of the event?
The hotel will set-up, breakdown and clean-up for you, this is partially what your set-up fee covers. The guest at the close of the event should remove any and all items of value.

 How many hours is the site available for?
Approximately (2) hours for set-up and (4) hours for the reception.

 Is there a room rental charge?
Yes, $500.00.

 Are there charges if the reception runs overtime?
Arrangements can be made with your catering manager.

 Is there ample parking?
The Hilton Garage offers hourly and overnight parking. There are 5 additional parking garages within half a block.

 What are the options for the bar?
Bars can be hosted, cash or a combination of both. Discuss options with your catering manager.
