 How many people can the facility comfortable seat?
We can seat up to 700 people.

 How large is the dance floor?
The size of the dance floor is adjustable and dependent upon the size of your group.

 Is a sample of the food available before the event?
Yes, tastings can be arranged with your catering manager.

 Is there proper spacing, wiring and equipment for the DJ?
Yes.

 Can other reception set-ups be seen prior to our event?
Yes, just arrange a convenient time with your catering manager.

 Will the site coordinator be available to advise on the decorations, layout of the room and the seating arrangements?
Yes. The expertise of your catering manager will help make the room perfect.

 Does the hotel offer a complimentary suite for the Bride and Groom?
Yes, based on availability. Discuss arrangements with your catering manager.

 Are there areas for photographs to be taken?
Yes, several! From the grand staircase to the view from the 23rd floor, these beautiful locations are where you can capture your moments.

 What is the layout of the tables?
It depends on the room your reception is being held.

 How many people can comfortably sit at a table?
Ten people will fit comfortably.

 How much is the deposit and when it is due?
The non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due upon signing the contract.

 Are there hotel discounts for guests who are from out of town?
Discounts are available when booking 10 or more rooms. For smaller reservations and the best available rate, visit portland.hilton.com to learn about Net Direct Rates.

 Is there shuttle service to and from the airport for out of town guests?
The hotel does not have a shuttle service, but we would be more than happy to arrange transportation for you.

 Who is responsible for cleanup of the event?
The hotel will set-up, breakdown and clean-up for you, this is partially what your set-up fee covers. The guest at the close of the event should remove any and all items of value.

 How many hours is the site available for?
Approximately (2) hours for set-up and (4) hours for the reception.

 Is there a room rental charge?
Yes, $500.00.

 Are there charges if the reception runs overtime?
Arrangements can be made with your catering manager.

 Is there ample parking?
The Hilton Garage offers hourly and overnight parking. There are 5 additional parking garages within half a block.

 What are the options for the bar?
Bars can be hosted, cash or a combination of both. Discuss options with your catering manager.
