Ludwig and the entire Frostings team was truly incredible to work with. Our wedding plans completely changed last minute due to COVID-19 and we decided to move our wedding from a hotel in California to my mother's backyard in Tucson, Arizona. They brought our backyard wedding dream to life! Our wedding was more stunning than we could have ever imagined. They were always so professional and worked so well with the rest of the vendors.

I recently did a wedding in Tuscon and worked with Frostings Event design rentals. Ludwig and Paloma are so fantastic to work with - the client made numerous updates to the proposals and nothing was too much trouble or a problem for them. The team were amazing on the instal and set up and every tiny detail was taken care of. I cannot recommend them more highly if you are having an event of any type they are worth every penny and more.

Working with Frostings was a wonderful experience--we couldn't have asked for more. They translated our vision for our reception and lounge spaces beautifully. Paloma and Ludwig were professional, responsive, flexible, and proactive. We enjoyed working with them and felt that we were in excellent hands from day one of the planning process.

Frostings was recommended by our wedding planner, after reviewing quotes from other vendors on ceiling drapes for our wedding venue. They were by far the most affordable. But what impressed me was their ability to work with the site manager on all the limitations of the venue and still pull off my vision! Their quote breakdowns were easy to decipher and professional, unlike other quotes I've seen from competitors. It also helped that I was able to talk to the decorator directly about the quote and fine tune my vision. The ceiling drapes and backdrop I requested looked amazing the day of!

Paloma and her team did a great job turning our beautiful venue into the space that we dreamed of for our wedding. They were recommended to us by both the venue and our wedding planner so after we did a walk through and she helped us to realize our vision I knew we were in good hands. They provided lounge chairs to turn our reception into more of a lounge as well as decorative lighting, accent lanterns and turned our dining area into an enchanted wonderland with paper lanterns and floating globes. For some of the basics (like linens or tables) there are some lower cost options but to turn your space into something special they are the best!

Frostings has a beautiful eclectic inventory for many different settings and events. Frostings brought our vision to life and created an element of class and elegance we were hoping for. Our greatest complaint was inconsistent communication. Initially, they were very responsive. We had a small contract and because of this, we often felt like we were put on a back burner as far as communication goes. We had been told this by other locals who have used their services, but we were hoping it was just circumstantial. Unfortunately, communication was often frustrating especially compared to our other vendors who were quickly responsive. As far as inventory, their decor is stunning and they definitely have an eye for detail. We were appreciative of the flexibility, time, and suggestions Paloma graciously offered throughout our interactions. Since we had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and alter our indoor receptions plans to accommodate an outdoor reception, they were very patient and understanding which was greatly appreciated. Frostings transforms events and even though they are pricey, you certainly get what you pay for with their quality decor and designs.
