Can't say enough good things about Kirsten and the Four Winds team. They took care of everything from venue selection, helping with bands, rehearsal dinner planning, flowers, cake, decor, transportation, and rentals and photography were included (from Eventos Artesanos and Costa Vida Photo). We had the best experience with them! Every person said it was the best and most beautiful wedding they'd been to. All of the planning took place on Basecamp, so there weren't a thousand emails and phone calls to keep track of and everything was in one place, which was a huge help. Kirsten and her team were super responsive and helpful with ALL of my questions and were extremely patient with me! :) We had everything in place before I arrived in Costa Rica so I was able to fully enjoy being with friends and family and not worry about a thing! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and Kirsten really brought my dream wedding to life. Everything was absolutely perfect, not one thing went wrong, and I can't thank you guys enough!

I picked the perfect elopement vendor in choosing Four Winds. Kirsten and Belen were very responsive and helpful and provided great guidance and advice in planning an elopement in another country. Jonathan is an amazing photographer who was so much fun to work with. He really brought out my husband and I's our adventurous spirit and the photos were a blast to shoot!

We just returned from our wedding in Playa Grande, Costa Rica. Four Winds planned the entire event. They helped us find the villa where the wedding took place, took care of all furniture rentals and floral orders and provided photography services. They connected us to other vendors including the caterer, the hair/makeup artist and the transportation company. There was not a question they couldn't answer.

Four Winds used Basecamp to communicate with us. It was an easy to use website set up like a timeline. We always knew what we needed to do and what the team was working on. Items would get checked off as we went along and the To Do list got progressively smaller. The entire team was also very responsive. We highly recommend their services!
