Fiddleheads Cuisine catered my wedding, in Concord, Vermont. The menu, which I'll include below) was tailored to our specifications and accommodated our many vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and omnivorous guests.

Working with Lisa was comfortable and easy. She responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Though we repeatedly changed our menu, and increased the guest count, Lisa never once declined a requested change. Since we had no official wedding coordinator for our small affair (40 guests), Lisa wisely requested that we provide her with a point-person who could answer any questions during meal preparation. My aunt served in this role, and said that Lisa was very pleasant and easy to work with.

The food reviews by all of our guests were overwhelmingly positive. Many people said is was the best wedding dinner they had ever had (that was certainly true for my wife and me). Considering that the guests comprised a large range of dining preferences and dietary restrictions, the positive reviews are that much more impressive.

Despite the small size of our wedding, Lisa and her helper were never intrusive. In fact, had she not found my wife and I to complement us and say farewell, I hardly would have known she was present.

I would highly recommend Fiddleheads Cuisine for any small event requiring catering. Also, based on my experience, I suspect that the community-supported kitchen service, cooking classes, and in-home cooking service provided by Fiddleheads are all equally meritorious and excellent.
