Describe your DJ style:
It's all about YOU and your guests!! I honor your DO NOT PLAY list while creating an enjoyable time for all!
What is your usual attire?
Pant or Dress Suit.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
I am responsible for obtaining all published music. If an unpublished song (e.g., your Aunt covering "I Will Survive") is requested, I can only get it from the Bride, Groom or other family members/friends.
How many other DJs do you work with?
I work with many Disc Jockeys however, we are not employed/owners of the same organization(s).
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
4 hours.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
It's required.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Working with an all-inclusive, mobile DJ & EmCee company, you never pay more for items such as: wireless microphone, karaoke sessions, LCD Projector & Screen, personalized momentos, give-aways (e.g., glow items, hats, metallic bead necklaces, etc.), bubble machine & much more!!!
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Typically only 1 hour is needed for set-up. If multiple locations are used for Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception, more time is required. Venue-provided tables are business as usual and if unable to furnish, must be communicated prior to Wedding Date (I will then bring them).
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Yes and the frequency is determined by the Bride and Groom. Some couples prefer an entertainer while others desire a low-key disc jockey; I simply fulfill the expectation.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely! Although, I have never needed to employ a back-up.
What is your overtime rate?
$100 per hour.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Only if traveling out of state and is proportionate to distance and travel method.
