We found David per the recommendation from our officiant. I can't say enough positive things about our experience having David as the photographer for our wedding. Our wedding was somewhat unique in that we took our party out to the backcountry of Sedona for the ceremony. We had the ceremony in the morning in order to avoid warmer weather later in the day. We appreciated David letting us know beforehand that early morning is not the ideal time for outdoor photos. Everything ended up turning out perfectly! We actually only hired David Sunfellow for an hour during our ceremony and right after to take some portraits of my husband and I on the day of our wedding. We weren't really sure how many great photos we would get, but David surpassed our expectations. We thought we would get about 100 photos, David was able to take over 300, and we love them. I cried reliving our wedding day again with my husband. We were initially disappointed when David told us 2-4 weeks, but when they were sent to us (4 weeks to the day) it was totally worth the wait. I would recommend him to anyone. His price was fair, he was professional, and he made us feel at ease in front of the camera.

We found David with the help of our officiant, who often works with David. We checked out his website and saw beautiful pictures, but those pictures are nothing compared to the shots he just sent me. Amazing photographer! I am so thrilled that we found David Sunfellow on the internet. I was really nervous about planning a destination wedding and not being able to find the best photographer out there. After a lot of research, I interviewed three different photographers over the phone. I immediately felt comfortable with David and after meeting him a week later, we knew he was the one. We poured through his portfolio as he helped us choose a destination for an additional location shoot. David's photography style is to provide a mixture of both arranged shots and candid photos. He was constantly snapping shots and we didn't even realize how much until after we received the photos. We booked him for two hours and he allowed us to split-up the time so we could go back to our room and freshen up before meeting at the second location. We saved money by not having to pay for that time in between when we were commuting and touching-up make-up, etc.

David has a calming demeanor about him which had a huge affect on me and helped ensure our photos were fabulous. He never rushed us or made us feel pressured. He's very relaxed and since I'm a self described control freak I really appreciate how much he helped me stay calm. Did I mention how amazing the photos are?! Thank you David!
