I use a cheesecake mousse filling when requested as well as fresh ingredients in all my cakes, fillings and icings. I use seasonal fresh fruit as well.
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
I prepare the cake the day before the wedding, that ensures a very fresh cake on your wedding day.
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
I will work with the florist for cake garnishes if the bride prefers.
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
I offer setup and delivery for all of my cakes.
