Beautiful Personalized Ceremony

Cantor Jan was amazing to work with and helped make our ceremony so beautiful and special! She did a wonderful job personalizing our interfaith ceremony to make it even better than we envisioned. Cantor Jan did an excellent job at explaining different traditions, giving us recommendations, and and incorporating our requests. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and when we had to postpone our wedding a year due to COVID she could not have been more accommodating. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful our ceremony was and we could not agree more!

Absolutely incredible!

Cantor Jan did an absolutely amazing job officiating my wedding. My husband is not Jewish, but she did a great job making everyone feel included. The ceremony was quick, to the point, but also added funny moments as well! She was so easy to work with and I couldn't recommend her more! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Intimate Interfaith Wedding

Cantor Jan was a wonderful guide in the process of putting together our ceremony and was flexible when everything changed due to COVID. She was sensitive to the nature of an interfaith wedding and was careful to respect the cultures of both of our families. It was a beautiful ceremony with the people closest to us (and all the rest on Zoom) and I cry every time I watch the video. She was professional and caring throughout, preparing a beautiful experience for us, and didn't even bat an eye when the groom dropped the ring!

Amazing personal ceremony with a lovely friend

Cantor Jan is absolutely amazing. She performed our ceremony and customized it to exactly what we wanted, and was able to help explain everything, and help us choose! She also included a Celtic oathing ceremony and tied it in organically into the ceremony. She was one of the highlights of the wedding, and I couldn't imagine getting married by anyone else.

Cantor Jan Morrison was the perfect combination of warmth and spirituality for our daughter's wedding on 8/18/18 at Springfield Manor Winery and Distillery in Thurmont, MD. She really took the time during the engagement to get to know and counsel our daughter and now son-in law. The ceremony was sincere, inclusive, so meaningful and uplifting. We highly recommend Cantor Jan for your next simcha!

Cantor Jan is exactly who you would want to marry you, and start you on your next life chapter! She is so kind and thoughtful, and makes you feel extremely comfortable. You can tell that she really takes what you say to heart, and will do whatever she can to make your ceremony exactly how you want. We heard from multiple guests that they thought she performed a beautiful, moving, but also lighthearted ceremony, which is just what we wanted. I can't say enough great things about her!

My husband and I loved Cantor Jan Morrison. She made the process very easy for us. We met with her twice and talked about what we wanted in our ceremony. We had an interfaith wedding with a Hindu and Jewish ceremony. Cantor Jan was able to connect the two ceremonies together beautifully. I would recommend Cantor Jan to anyone!

Cantor Jan is amazing! We met with her a few times beforehand and she helped us prepare for marriage! By the time we got back from our honeymoon, we got our marriage license/ketubah, and even had copies! We loved her service and she actually was friends with some of the people at our wedding (small world)! If we ever need a cantor again, we will definitely use her (hopefully when we have a child in the future!) Thank you Jan, for making our day special!

Cantor Jan did an AMAZING job working with us for our wedding. We really enjoyed the process and our ceremony was incredibly meaningful. Most of our guests had never been to a Jewish ceremony, and appreciated the way that she explained everything. Having Cantor Jan as our officiant was the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process.
