Black Tie Events, Inc. is the premier custom bar catering service in Arizona. We are fully insured and provide bartending services primarily in the Phoenix and Prescott / Flagstaff area, however, services can be provided state-wide upon request. We can provide custom bartending services for weddings, private parties, corporate events, etc. We have various services and packages to meet your needs; everything from a bartender only service to a full Premium Liquor Package. In addition to our all black uniform, our bartenders can dress to fit your event.

We possess the knowledge, expertise, equipment and personnel to manage any size wedding or event. Our bartenders will go out of their way to ensure your guest are served their favorite cocktails and have a great time.

Our staff of bartenders are carefully selected based on their knowledge, experience, personality, and customer service philosophy. Many of our bartenders have worked for us for years. Black Tie did a great job at my small wedding. The bartendress made sure to keep my glass full and had a positive, fun personality.

Being able to customize the bartending service for our wedding was pretty awesome. They have packages to choose from to make sure it is the right fit for a specific wedding. Our guest were pretty happy with the service as well. I would recommend them for any wedding.

Incredibly affordable and professional service. My husband and I hired Black Tie for their bartending services at our wedding. They offer a variety of services, and are completely flexible within them. We actually purchased our own alcohol and brought it out to the venue, and Black Tie brought everything else. We saved SO much money by doing it this way, with their help. All of our guests enjoyed the bartender and said the bar ended up being a very engaging and fun experience. Highly recommended!

Our bartender for out wedding was from Black Tie Events. She was wonderful since the first day we met her. The prices were fabulous! And she couldn't of been nicer. Everyone at the wedding said she was great, and we definitely agree!

They were great! The bartenders were very nice and professional. They provided a portable bar outside for cocktail hour and then moved indoors for the reception without a hitch. They also were able to beat the best price that I could find in town for their services.

These guys are great! The bartenders who were at our wedding were so friendly and made great drinks. Their prices are very reasonable. We had an open bar and it turned out way below what we were expecting to pay! They came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and we will definitely pass on that recommendation!!

I was pleased with Black Tie for their bartending service at the wedding. I do have a couple of criticisms though. First, I found them to be a little hard to communicate with via email. I did most of my planning and communication over email. I would ask them a couple of questions and get back vague answers that wouldn't completely answer my questions. I felt like I had to keep bombarding them with questions to get the answers I wanted. The only other thing I had a problem with was that they put out a tip jar at the reception. I specified on the paperwork that I would tip them separately. This could have just been a simple miscommunication, but I do feel bad that some of my guests tipped them during cocktail hour and part of dinner (when I found out). Overall though, I was happy with their service.
