The story of our wedding

My husband and I share a love of the water and fishing, so it was always in the plans for a waterfront wedding. We searched wedding wire for a venue and after 20+ inquires we stumbled upon a beautiful venue that was in our budget. Pier 22 in Bradenton, FL became the perfect destination for our dream wedding. Throughout the process wedding wire made it so incredibly easy to search for vendors, compare prices and keep all of your information organized. As a "type A" bride I could not be more thankful for this convenience to keep me from stressing every detail. Satin and Lace bridal boutique in Riverview was a fairy tale destination for dress shopping. Allison and her team make every bride feel like a princess and the personalized experience is hard to stumble upon. At the end we toasted in their "I SAID YES" glasses and I left feeling so excited that my dream gown was ordered. Then it is time to focus on every last detail of the reception, day of, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. After months of shopping on FB marketplace and finding all of the perfect details for our day it was finally time to walk down the aisle. Jillian at Pier 22 made the day so easy. I dropped off my wedding decor with photos and she made my vision a reality. I married the man of my dreams overlooking the manatee river and I promise there was not a single dry eye on the terrace. We danced the night away with our loved ones and ended the perfect day with a sparkler exit.
