The day started with a light drizzle, which most certainly brought about a bout of anxiety as the bridal party departed for the venue. Once I slipped on my Stella York gown, however, everything else melted away and all I could think was today I get to marry my best friend. As I walked down the aisle towards that man, seeing his face as our eyes met, nothing else mattered except him and knowing that even on downcast days, everything will be alright as long as we're together. We promised to live our lives together surrounded by family and friends and took our first steps as man and wife showered with flower petals. Entering our reception was magical, with each ta ke lit with tea lights and adorned with fresh lilies. We and our guests dined on a delicuous meal and imbibed on margaritas tailored to our tastes. At the end of the night, we were sent off by our guests waving sparklers in celebration of our love. It was the perfect Texas Hill Country Wedding.
