The story of our wedding

Our wedding took place on October 5, 2019 on Cathedral Ledge in the White Mountains in New Hampshire. Our wedding day was exactly 11 years to the day that we met one another. We had a sunrise ceremony at the top of Cathedral Ledge where we read our written vows to one another, shared a Cherokee unity ritual and prayer. The ceremony was intimate with beautiful clear views of the fall foliage. Next, we made our way to Diana’s Baths where we had a pancake breakfast, walked along the water on the rocks and took a stroll through the woods. After, we sat at a beautiful lounge set up which consisted of cake and champagne. As we ate we could hear the waterfall. My husband then sung me a song he wrote which was a total surprise! Lastly, we shared three special gifts that we got for one another. All of which related to our relationship; past, present and future. It was the most perfect day! Our wedding day was filled with love, laughter, memories, quality time, physical touch, relaxation, words of affirmation, and nature. All things that truly matter and are important to us. We are forever grateful for our wedding day.
