The story of our wedding

We got married in our perfect DIY Winter Wonderland! We did not get the snowy winter we wanted, so we brought the snow inside. We got married at Aria in Prospect, CT in front of beautiful Christmas trees decorated by our wonderful family. Aria was a beautiful backdrop for all of our decorations. We put together centerpieces, signs, and all sorts of Pinterest inspired decor ourselves, and it all fit PERFECTLY. In front of 120 of our friends and family, we were married on a warm (for winter) Sunday afternoon. A winter wedding is not everybody's favorite, but it was perfect for us. We couldn't be happier. What really amazes us, is we were so in love before, and our day to day lives really didn't change. But my new husband described it like this. We were building a huge sundae, with all the scoops and toppings. Getting married was the cherry on top. Now we get to enjoy it. So no, our day to day lives really haven't changed. But something is better somehow. Everything is right. We thought we were at our happiest, and it just got better somehow. We are loving our married life :)
