The story of our wedding

We met in February 2012 when Allison attended the Beta Phi Epsilon Recruitment Party. During their college years, We spent plenty of nights together as short conversations became long, and they became best friends. After years of always being there for each other, they finally had the sense of becoming a couple on February 28, 2015. Since February 2015, they have been inseparable. Life isn't perfect, but the ability to overcome anything together is what makes a couple strong. They moved in together January 2016 and Josh bought a house of their own in August 2016, it has been a blissful ride ever since. Josh asked me to marry him on May 28, 2018 (3 years and 3 months) at our Memorial Day cookout at our house in front of family and friends.

We got married at Cambridge Winery in their vineyard on Saturday, September 28, 2019. The day was a beautiful 65 degree, sunny day - we couldn't have asked for better weather. Our Officiant, Bill, did a phenomenal job and the ceremony was absolutely perfect. My grandmother and one of Josh's grandmothers were our ring bearer and flower grandma as a way to honor them in the ceremony - it truly meant a lot to us. Becca,best friend and a bridesmaid, sung the bridal version of Hallelujah for the bride's song - it was beautiful! Everything from the food to flowers and everything in between was gorgeous. Getting married at Cambridge Winery was my dream wedding and I'm so happy I got to have the perfect day! My favorite moments of the day where I had touching moments with my dad, mom, and bridesmaids/bridesman. My favorite event of the whole reception was Josh and my First Dance and the twilight smoke pictures we did with our photographers - a huge thanks to our wedding party who helped provide the smoke.
