The story of our wedding

It was perfect from start to finish!!! Planning a destination in a pandemic proved to be very difficult, and I could not have done it with out all of my amazing vendors. We stayed the weekend and had our ceremony/reception at the W South. Marina, Claudia, and the entire staff were respectful, responsive, flexible, hardworking, and made our entire planning process and wedding weekend amazing! One of the biggest reasons we chose the W South Beach was for the ease of coordinating vendors. They take on a lot of that responsibility, and that was imperative in my planning process. The entire wedding staff, from set up to bartenders to servers, were professional and hardworking. The space itself was gorgeous and the property was beautiful.

We worked with Embrace Events for all of our decor and coordinating. Laura was INCREDIBLE. She was also super responsive, listened to what I wanted, and completely ran with it. She coordinated all of the vendors, made choices based on her professional opinion and what my wishes were. She was able to work around my budget and even filled in the gaps of things I had never even thought about. The final product on my wedding day was PERFECT. It was better than I could have ever imagined. My guests raved about it, and unfortunately I could not take any credit; it was all Laura and Embrace Events. On the day of, she was punctual, organized, hardworking, and so attentive and helpful with me!
