The story of our wedding

Our wedding day was a celebration of our love and commitment to each other that incorporated our values as a couple. We were dating five years before we got engaged on our hotel balcony in Aruba in December 2016. We were so excited to start this new chapter in our lives together we started planning right away. We got married at St. Anthony's in Revere, Massachusetts; the same church my parents got married 37 years prior and where we also had my father's funeral mass. We had our reception at Teresa's Country Club in North Reading. We loved this reception venue because the food was made on site, it had a large dance central dance floor, and we felt as if it fit the personality and size of our family very well. I also loved the attention to detail our wedding coordinator put into every aspect of our wedding. On the morning of our wedding, I was very high strung There was a threat of showers , but luckily when I started walking down the aisle and saw my husband to be the rest of the day went great (and it didnt end up raining!) There are so many moments I wish I could relive about this day. One of my favorites is when we got into the limo and my husband turned to me and said, "You look beautiful. That is the most beautiful dress. I was so stunned when I saw you." Another favorite moment is when we took pictures by the fountain at the end of the night and my husband wiped away my tears because I was happy saying, "It's just a beautiful day." It's been two years and it still feels like yesterday. I will always treasure those special moments with my husband for the rest of my life.
