The story of our wedding

Christian and I eloped in Santorini, Greece. We wanted a simple, intimate wedding at a beautiful location. A big, traditional wedding wasn’t something we could afford at the time, but we still wanted something memorable and beautiful. We hired Panos from LovWed Weddings to help bring our vision to life and assist with the legalities. He was truly amazing. We also hired Tien (Phan Tien Photography) to perfectly capture our day. Panos arranged for our H&MUA, Renia and Marianna, to come to our hotel. They were both the sweetest women I’ve ever met. They worked very well together and made me laugh the entire time. Chris and I then helped each other get ready for the day. It was very sweet and special to me. We were chauffeured to our private villa, where we were married in front of the most beautiful view. After the ceremony, Tien took us to a few locations nearby to take some stunning photos until sunset. We then came back to our villa, where we had a beautiful sweetheart table setup for our private dinner. The food from Spicy Bites Catering was amazing! I cannot emphasize that enough. Shortly after dinner we had our cake cutting — no smashing for us though! The cake was from Petranart and it was the most delicious cake I’ve ever had. I wish I could’ve brought some home with me. Later we had our first dance and I cried like a baby. We stayed a bit longer and just watched the view, taking it all in before heading back to our hotel for the night. It was truly the best day. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
