Charles and Scott's Wedding in Sausalito, California

The story of our wedding

Scott and Charles were engaged in the South of France in 2021 with a surprise double-proposal. After Charles got down on one knee, Scott said, "Yes... but I have a ring for you too!" He then proceeded to propose to Charles, who said "Yes." Two years later, Scott and Charles chose the Presidio Yacht Club in Sausalito, California as their venue. With its stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and its unique, rustic charm, it was the perfect backdrop for their wedding and brought all of their friends and family to their home town of Sausalito.

The couple embraced a theme that reflected their love for the outdoors and being near water. The festivities featured an oyster bar, hand-painted oyster shell place cards, and a blue-green color scheme reflected even in the grooms' suits.
