16 Dec, 2017The story of our wedding
Andrew and I met online, with a 99% match on OkCupid! Super romantic, right!? It was pretty insane how much we had in common, but the biggest shock is that we are both boy/girl twins! In January 2017, Andrew proposed at the top of Stratton Mountain in Vermont with all of my family and closet friends hiding in the bushes and in the lodge! It was very well planned and thought out! Fast forward to our winter wonderland wedding at the Tarrytown House Estate in December 2017. It had snowed the Friday before, so I didn't FULLY accomplish my goal of having snowflake photos, but there was a perfect fresh layer of snow on the ground for all of our outdoor photos. (Pretty sure my bridal party will never forgive me for making them take photos outside!) We had 215 of our closest family and friends share our special day with us. We were married by one of my parents best friends, who I grew up with as essentially another Dad! It was truely magical. Our photographer and band both SLAYED and made the night extra special. Kim Sozzi and the Creations were PERFECT. I had loved them from the moment I saw them at a friends wedding and knew I had to have them. Dennis Pike is hands down the best photographer ever. We danced through the night at the Tarrytown House and had an after party in the Cellar which was a perfect way to cap off the most magical day!
