The story of our wedding

Our wedding was inspired by the bright blooms and fresh fruit of summer! We wanted our wedding to mesh with the stunning rolling hills of Sitton Hill farm, and it did just that. We enjoyed a relaxing day from beginning to end with our closest friends and family. With the entire wedding happening at the farm, we were able to thoroughly enjoy each detail of our wedding. With months of planning invested, I wanted to insure we enjoyed every second of the day and weren't rushed through any moment.

The guys enjoyed some pool in the grooms suite while the girls relaxed and did hair and makeup. Allen and I then met up for the perfect first look cozied behind the bridal house. I was so happy we chose to do a first look because it gave us a moment alone to embrace all of the feelings that come with marrying the love of your life. After our first look, we all headed to the barn to hang out and take bridal party photos.

After bridal party photos, guests began to arrive and we lined up for the most anticipated part of the day, the ceremony! We had friends of our sing and play guitar for the music during the ceremony and it made the ceremony that much more special. As I walked down the aisle, dark clouds rolled in and it started to sprinkle, but thankfully the rain rolled away a few minutes later. The ceremony was officiated by a dear friend of ours who shared some of the most wonderful words about marriage. She made our ceremony so special and unforgettable.
