The Best Makeup Artist
ZZ beauty is seriously amazing! Not only did she do exactly what I asked for, but she also made changes from my trial to make sure everything was perfect on the big day. From my makeup trial, Izzy gave me recommendations to help with breakouts and my skin overall. And let me tell you, my bridesmaids looked flawless too! The best part? Our makeup lasted all day, even through the tears, rain and sweat. I can't recommend her enough! If you want a makeup artist who's easy to contact, listens to your requests, and delivers stunning results, she's the one. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! -

Great experience
I found Izzy through a Facebook search. After reviewing her work I knew I wanted her to be apart of my day. After exchanging a few emails we had my date locked in! Izzy offered a trail for the bridal package I picked. She took her time, very personable and was just awesome to be around! She came on location for myself and 2 bridesmaids. She made us all look and feel so beautiful. I highly recommend!! Would book again for anything! -

Wedding Makeup
I don’t even know where to start!! Izzy is such an amazing person all around. She’s kind, sweet, hardworking, and honestly the best makeup artist I have ever worked with. Izzy was so easy to work with I showed her my inspiration pictures and she went above and beyond! I was obsessed with my trial makeup it boosted my confidence for my wedding and when the big day came she KILL IT!! I was in shock! I got so many compliments all night long it really made me feel so special. It lasted all day even with me crying like crazy and into the next day because I didn’t take it off 🫠 I will forever be grateful for having her do my makeup on the best day of my life and won’t go to anyone else ever! Thank you so much Izzy 🫶🏽 -

Izzy is amazing!!
After meeting Izzy and seeing her beautiful work at my best friend’s wedding, Izzy was the first vendor I made sure to hire for my wedding this past October. She is so talented at her job, and really knows what she’s doing. My makeup lasted all day and night through happy tears and sweaty dancing. I will forever recommend Izzy to my friends and family for future makeup needs! -

Izzy is the best!
Izzy came recommended to me by my hair stylist when I was at a loss of where to go. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for or needed, but from the moment I started talking to Izzy, she guided me through everything. I even threw her a curveball and changed my wedding dress (and wedding dress color) in between my trial and wedding date, and she rolled with it and came back with the most gorgeous look day of my wedding. She’s communicative, flexible, kind, and comfortable to be around. She made me feel so relaxed on my wedding day and made me look and feel my best. I can’t recommend her enough! -

Izzy was INCREDIBLE to work with and made me feel so amazing and beautiful both for my trial and wedding day! I sent her inspiration pictures and we talked about my areas on insecurity. During my trial, she explained everything she did and why, which taught me a lot about both makeup and skincare. She turned my areas of insecurity into things of the past and highlighted my favorite features.
I typically don't wear a lot of makeup and my goal was to look natural, but to also be the most beautiful version of me that my husband would ever see. Izzy delivered and then some to say the least!
On my wedding day Izzy remained on schedule while single-handedly making 8 women look and feel gorgeous. She also made herself available for touch-ups both at the getting-ready site and venue. I can't recommend Izzy and ZZ Beauty enough for PHENOMENAL results and professionalism from start to finish! -

Absolutely perfect
Izzy is the absolute best! My makeup was flawless, she does exactly what you ask, explains everything she is doing, and is so communicative. My biggest fear is my face looking dry and my makeup not lasting the entire day and she could not have done better with the airbrush. I did not touch up my makeup the entire day and never had a dry appearance, she truly saved me after having a bad experience with my first makeup artist and booking her last minute. -

Izzy is absolutely amazing! She is excellent at what she does and is so personable! Every girl she did make up for at my wedding loved the outcome and interacting with her, which in my past experiences with other makeup artists is not always the case. She really takes her time and makes sure you are in love with your look. If you need a make up artist for anything, Izzy is your girl! -

If Icould put more stars I would!! Izzy made my entire experience from start to wedding day absolutely flawless. Not only is she an extremely talented artist, but she's personable and kind. She helped me feel confident and beautiful on my wedding day in a way I wasn't sure was possible. All night I got comments from guests and vendors on how beautiful my makeup was. I would never work with another makeup artist again! -

Izzy is the absolute best
I first met Izzy as a MUA for my friend's wedding - she was so kind and funny on top of her amazing work. I never felt more beautiful and knew I needed to hire her for my wedding. Izzy is my go-to, to recommend to friends and family and I couldn't have been happier with my wedding. I really appreciate her work ethic and craft and the above and beyond she does - how many MUA do you know that also focus on skincare? Ultimately, if you hire Izzy you won't regret it. -

As a gay, multicultural couple, we needed an experienced artist with the ability to work with several types of skin tones.
Izzy blew us away! She seamlessly worked with 6 ladies of completely different skin tones without any problem. Our make-up looked flawless and lasted all night! Every single person loved their look, which is simply so rare.
Working with LGBTQ+ friendly vendors is extremely important to us. As an LGBTQ+ artist, Izzy made us all feel accepted.
My wife and I have worked with countless make-up artists over the years. Izzy’s talent, flexibility, and fun vibes put her at the top. Without a doubt, the best make-up artist in Pittsburgh and beyond.

I only have amazing things to say about Izzy. I fell in love with her makeup and her instagram bride photos, but I chose her for the vibes! Izzy is funny and sarcastic and laid back. A few things (unrelated to makeup) went wrong on my wedding day but she kept me laughing and relaxed. When I saw my makeup I had to stop mysself from crying before I ruined her *masterpiece*. She did exactly what I wanted - made me look just like myself but beautifully elevated. If she is not booked, book her! She is worth the money and more. Also, if you have a large bridal party, she (and her assistant) perfectly coordinated 15 people's makeup on the day of my wedding without losing steam. -

Wedding guest makeup
Very professional easy process. Great value and appreciate detailed contract very clear terms for payment. Have had issues with another make up artist but Izzy was great on time and what a great look she achieved for me. Received a ton of compliments.ZZ beauty's reply:

Five Stars Across the Board!!!
I got married in September of 2021 and I have been hiring Izzy for the last 3 years to do my make up for different events, and her waxing services. So it was a no brainer to hire her for my bachelorette party and my ceremony/reception make up! My glam on my bachelorette night was nothing less than stunning!!!
She provided informative and professional suggestions for my wedding day during our trial. We together found a look that I loved and she made me even more excited for my special day! Because my wedding was outdoors, she did offer an additional service of staying during the ceremony and for the reception to touch me up after all of my crying during our vows. She was such a positive energy to have on that day and it is something I will forever cherish because she helped to make me feel so beautiful!! Also, my photographer couldn’t believe how well her work photographed.
She also provided waxing services for my honeymoon! I had never gotten a full Brazilian before, she was great at keeping me relaxed and her focus was sooo skilled it was over before I knew it! I couldn’t believe it.
I can assure you on your many many preparations for your big day… choosing to hire Izzy MUA is a decision you won’t regret. Thank you so much Izzy for everything!ZZ beauty's reply:

When I was getting married, I was on the hunt for a makeup artist. I had reached out to artists that were recommended to me. Literally no one messaged me back. One day I decided to search a hashtag on Instagram, and I came across Izzy’s page. I had no idea who she was, but from what I could see her in pictures, her work looked amazing! I reached out to her and the rest is history! Izzy is all around the best make up artist that I’ve ever worked with. First and foremost, she does amazing work! I’ve never felt more beautiful than I felt on my wedding day. She worked with me and listened to my ideas and concerns and just made me look like a more polished version of myself. In addition to her make up skills, she is all around so professional. Iz was pregnant during the time I was getting married. She lined up a backup makeup artist to do my wedding makeup in case she wasn’t able to make it. She even arranged a trial makeup session with the backup artist so I’d feel comfortable on my wedding day, regardless of who was doing my make up! (I am proud to say Izzy was able to do it and then had her beautiful baby three days later)!! Also, Izzy was always punctual and communicated with me the whole time. From start to finish, working with Izzy was a breeze. Not only is she professional, but she is extremely down to earth and just has an overall calm vibe to her - which was so appreciated since I was an anxious bride! She did make up for myself, all of my bridesmaid, my mom, and my MIL. One of my bridesmaids like her work so much, she booked Izzy for her own wedding! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Izzy.
