Bess was absolutely amazing. I provided her with a couple of pictures from pinterest and she not only matched them perfectly, she had her own little touches based on the theme that we had previously discussed! I would definitely recommend her!

Beautiful floral arrangements!

Bess was great and we were very happy with all of our floral arrangements. My bride to be wanted a very specific look for her bouquet and her bridesmaids preferred wrist corsages. Bess worked with us to make everything perfect! The table arrangements matched our theme and colors and Bess even made me and my groomsmen look better! I would highly recommend Bess and Zuzu's Petals for your big day!

Bess was just INCREDIBLE! The flower arrangements that Bess put together for my wedding were just STUNNING! Bess is an absolute sweetheart and was so amazing to work with through the whole process. She got my vision absolutely perfect and the final products were more than I could have ever dreamed and asked for. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her and I will be recommending her to everyone I know that ever needs flowers. She is truly talented!

Holy cow! This company is top notch. My bouquet was absolutely exactly what I imagined and it was so easy explaining it to her. She also really knocked it out of the park with the floral piece that went over the gazebo at my venue. I highly recommend!

Bess was absolutely amazing to work with. She understood exactly what I wanted and blew me away! On my wedding day, when the wedding consultant brought me my bouquet my jaw dropped at how amazing my bouquet was and it was SOO much better than I could ever imagine! Thank you Bess! I found her through my wedding venue, Stonebridge Manor. They have so many amazing vendors.

Working with Bess was a dream! My husband and I wanted flowers that reflected the desert and Bess delivered gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces exactly within our budget. We basically told her to have fun with the bouquets, figuring that an expert like her would know quite a bit more about what would work than I would; the work she did was creative, unexpected, and really gorgeous. I’d recommend working with Zuzu’s Petals wholeheartedly.

Bess was the best to work with! I'll admit I initially agreed to meet with her because I love It's a Wonderful Life, but after our meeting, I was sold. She made me feel completely at ease that because I knew she understood my vision, and throughout the entire planning process, she was so accommodating to changes I had to make when we had to increase the centerpiece count and add flowers for our cake. More importantly, the flowers were breathtaking; they were so bright and fragrant and really made all my pictures pop! I really could not be happier with her work.

My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday and took a look through our photo album. When revisiting this day, we both came to agreement that Zuzu's Petals was the best vendor we had. The flowers that Bess and the team assembled for our wedding were beyond anything I could have dreamed up in my head. She was attentive, asking questions throughout the whole process that guided my husband and I as we planned out a vision that Bess nailed. She completely understood what we were wanting for our wedding and took ALL of the stress off. We knew just by stepping into their space, that we could completely trust them to bring beautiful creations. During our initial meeting, Bess made us feel as though we all were a team and instead of pushing a view most vendors had, she listened to us and provided a product more wonderful than we imagined. She was kind, thoughtful, and insightful.

One of my favorite photographs from our wedding didn't even come from our photographer! It's a picture of my bouquet that Bess texted to me the day before my wedding. I am so envious of her aesthetic because it is so apparent that she knows her stuff inside and out. The colors, textures, and styles of all of the bouquets/table arrangements in our wedding stood out in the best way.

I am so glad that we had Zuzu's Petals style the flowers for our wedding. Our big day was that much more special because they were a part of it!

Bess did an amazing job with all of my wedding floral arrangements. She's got such a sunny, warm personality. I brought pictures of all the different flowers I liked to our consultation and she created a kind of mood board to give me an idea of what my bouquet would look like. I didn't have specific flower preferences, so I left it up to her to create a very vibrant bouquet with purple and pink elements. I was nervous since I didn't know exactly what I was getting, but the day of, everyone was oohing over my flowers. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement and exactly what I wanted. All of my bridesmaids said their bouquets lasted for over a week at home, so the flowers were definitely very fresh. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Bess again.

Bess is simply amazing! Not only did she deliver a BEAUTIFUL bouquet, she also made a flower crown that fit perfectly! All the floral decoration throughout the venue, and cake, she understood my vision, and made it come true. The day after the wedding, I simply could not throw my bouquet and crown away, We decided to get it preserve, and now I get to look at her creation everyday and smile. I could not imagine my wedding being amazing as it was without her touch and skill with the floral arrangements. Thanks Bess!

My flowers were drop dead gorgeous. Snapdragons are not always the easiest to work with but they turned out flawless. Everything was beautiful and she took what style and personalities we had and put them into our florals. Perfect!

Where can I add a photo?? Words will not do this review justice. Bess, at ZuZu's Petals is amazing! The floral decor at our wedding was stunning! Bess is a pleasure to work with, and if you give a little direction, and then let her work her magic, you won't be disappointed. Our bouquets were fresh, delivery and set-up went seamlessly, she has access to getting all types of flowers, and I never worried about anything.

The flowers were GORGEOUS!

I am so excited to write this review! Now that our wedding is complete, I honestly can say one of my favorite things looking back on was our flowers. BY FAR our best and favorite vendor - Zuzu's Petals did a fantastic job. Bess responded quickly to every e-mail, and she worked with my schedule to meet initially with me for a consultation.

I had previously worked at a florist, so I knew generally what flowers/colors I wanted, but I basically gave her full artistic okay to make our bridesmaids' bouquets and bridal bouquet perfect. SHE ROCKED IT. We DIY'ed our centerpieces to save money, but she did our GIANT entryway centerpiece, our boutonnieres, and our bridesmaids/bridal bouquets. Our entryway centerpiece was exactly what I wanted and WAY bigger than I imagined - it was PERFECT for the entryway. I actually teared up when I saw my bridal bouquet because it was EXACTLY what I wanted and I didn't even know what I wanted. My only regret is not assigning someone to press some of the flowers after to preserve them because it was so beautiful.

I knew I wanted magnetic boutonniere backs and she knew exactly what I was talking about, let me know the additional cost right away, and handled it without question. She didn't have many questions for me and just executed everything flawlessly after I sent her just a couple Pinterest photos, and I was able to pick-up everything at her shop the morning of my wedding at exactly the time I needed. Her mother was there and helped us get everything in our minivan and was so sweet to me and shocked that the bride was picking up her own flowers the day of her wedding.

Just a 10000 star review overall. PLEASE please hire Zuzu's Petals just for your own sake! They were comparable in price to other florists and worth every penny. Thank you Bess!

There are not even enough things I can say to describe how incredible Bess was to deal with! Our wedding flowers were PERFECTION. Everything was exactly as I was hoping for from the bridesmaids floral crowns & bouquets, to the ceremony arch & curtains, to table decor & cake flowers - just stunning!! We came from out of country for our wedding, so we were unable to have an in person consultation, it was all via phone. Since day one we totally trusted Bess with everything, her portfolio is gorgeous!! We couldn't have been happier, our wedding was such dream come true!! Thanks SOO so much again for everything, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out xo

Absolutely amazing!! Bess is so full of love and passion for what she does. I knew right when I met her that she was going to make my wedding flowers something really special. Even knowing how wonderful she was in meeting I was still BLOWN AWAY at the beauty she created. From my center pieces to the floral arch to my breath taking boquette. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bess and what she does. I recommend her a million times over to anyone looking for something special in their flowers.

I knew right away that I was going to choose Bess at Zuzu's Petals. After seeing her work online, I couldn't look elsewhere. Bess was extremely flexible with my ideas and change in colors. The bridal bouquets were phenomenal - exactly what I was picturing! Thank you!

Bess was fantastic for our wedding! Although we had no knowledge of flowers, she helped us pick the best flowers for our wedding and everything was beautiful! Also, my bouquet was to die for!

Bess and her staff are incredible! I live in Canada and came down for some wedding planning! I had selected Zuzu's from our wedding venue's preferred list. I had set up a meeting with Bess and literally picked flowers and decor in 30 minutes! Bess totally understood my vision for the wedding day! I had to make some minor changes again, via e-mail and everything went off so wonderful! We have nothing to compare here in Canada......you are lucky if you have Zuzu's Petals do your wedding!

I cannot believe how stunning, beautiful and extravagant my flowers were! Bess did the most amazing job making my wedding look like a dream! She took my obsession with Pearls and wove me a fantasy bouquet of roses, hydrangea and pearls. And the flower curtain she designed! Oh. My. Word! There is NO way to describe the beauty of what she did. I felt the little touches she added to my wedding MADE my wedding. Bess is amazing! My vision was kind of all over the place at first but she was so open to listening and looking over everything I had to show her. I was able to visit her at her shop to go over flowers, and colors and shapes, centerpieces, ect. She was even able to create a mock centerpiece for us to use when we were selecting our linen colors for our wedding. The day of, when she dropped off our bouquets, corsages, and boutineers I was floored. She completely nailed my vision. I had rain on my wedding day and unfortunately we didn't get to use our outdoor venue. We had a plan b set up at a separate venue and she was so flexible with making sure our day was still beautiful! The first time I saw the centerpieces was when I walked down the aisle. They had taken some flowers to line the aisle way also and of course I started crying because it just looked so beautiful. Oh and p.s. my bouquet was to die for! Thank you a million times for everything, Bess!

My flowers turned out beautifully! My bouquet was amazing and the centerpieces were exactly like I had hoped. I only wish flowers weren't so expensive so I could have had more! Bess was very understanding when I changed my mind a few times and she was a pleasure to work with.

After searching and speaking with a few florists, I finally found Zuzu's Petals. They were so sweet and easy to talk to. They listened to what I wanted and seemed to genuinely care about making it perfect. Which they did!! This is a great company, with very reasonable pricing. I am very happy with everything!

I had a last minute switch to using Zuzu petals because of some complication with a florist I had been communicating with throughout my wedding planning. Last minute as in ONE WEEK before my wedding! From the minute I talked to Bess she understood my vision for what I wanted and she reassured me that everything was going to turn out perfectly. I put my trust in her and her team and the flowers and decorations turned out even more beautiful than I EVER could have imagined. I'm talking, so breathtakingly beautiful. My bouquet, the boutonnieres, flower curtain, my flower crown were all absolutely perfect. I was talking about them the entire wedding. Thank you so much for helping make my wedding so beautiful!

Look no further for wedding flowers. Natalie was a joy to work from start to finish. She was incredibly flexible and professional. I sent her pictures of what I wanted the flowers to look like and she executed it perfectly. I could not be happier that she took the time to drop off our flowers at the house prior to going to the venue to set up the centerpieces (which were beautiful!). Zuzu's is the way to go for flowers!

I don't have enough room to share how special Bess was to our big day. I chose to be very hands off in the floral arrangements, simply giving the shapes of arrangements I would like and the color scheme. I didn't see my bouquet or the arrangements until the day of. What an artist this florist is! Not only was my vision there 100%, but she added a few other personal touches that made it even more lovely. I can't thank her enough for making the planning process so simple, for staying in constant communication with me, and for designing such a fairy tale evening for our guests!

Zuzu's Petals did such a fantastic job on the flowers for my wedding. They were absolutely perfect. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for flowers but Bess sat down with us and helped us design a perfect look. We got so many wonderful compliments from all our guests as well. They were also very flexible on centerpieces and they did anything to help make everything easier for me. They were also very good at staying in touch and following up with everything. It was a wonderful experience working with Zuzu's Petals.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect bouquet. Zuzu's created my wedding bouquet based off of a pin I had seen on Pinterest. They went above and beyond my expectations. I received numerous complements on my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, the boutonnieres, and reception centerpieces. So glad Zuzu's Petals was part of my special day.

We met with ZuZu's Petals only once before our wedding, but we were confident with their vision. The enthusiasm they had to create our floral designs showed us that they not only love their job, but they love creating beautiful floral pieces to bring ones vision to reality and to make their clients happy! I was so happy with Zuzu's Petals! I am an older first time bride (42) and knew exactly what I wanted. Being that we had a destination wedding, we conducted all of our business via email and I had sent photos of what I wanted my bouquet to look like. I was confident that I would get the flowers I desired and did not worry. In fact, I did not meet the florist until a few hours prior to our wedding. I was given exactly what I asked for and let me tell you, the the flowers were gorgeous! I was even given a tossing bouquet which was not expected! I had no intention of tossing a bouquet so it was fortuitous that I had an extra as we added my husband's niece to the wedding party as a junior bridesmaid at the last minute. Thank you, Zuzu's Petals!!!

Zuzu Petals was very accommodating to all our requests on our wedding day. The bride and bridesmaids' bouquets were stunning! Zuzu's was able to incorporating all three of our wedding colors into our bouquets, floral centerpieces, and other arrangements. There were so many extra floral details at our reception that it was such a lovely surprise. We were able to arrange centerpieces that guests could take home at the end of the evening. We recently got married at Stonebridge Manor in Mesa, AZ and we had ZuZu Petals do all our floral arrangements. They turned out absolutely beautiful, so much color and so much different textures blended to make perfect centerpieces and bouquets. Our wedding theme was Key's and I had dropped some keys to be added to the bouquets and they did an awesome job of incorporating them. Some were on pinned throughout the flowers and some were on the steams, exactly how I envisioned them. Working with ZuZu Petals was very easy and they always returned my calls quickly. I would highly recommend them.

What can I say about this quaint flower shop in the heart of downtown Mesa? Well, first this mother and daughter owned flower shop has exceptional service! They were helpful in assisting me with flower ideas for the day of the wedding and were very patient with me. When I went to their store, they took time to show me ideas and even helped me with the containers I brought in. They were very sweet and couldn't be more pleased with their level of service. They were given to me as part of my package from Stonebridge and could see the alignment of quality customer service between the two places.

Bess at Zuzu's Petals was amazing. She made great suggestions during our meeting and everything turned out perfect. I loved my bouquet and all the girls' bouquets were fantastic as well. I also ordered hanging flowers for the aisle and flowers for the cake - all of which looked fabulous. The shop was even closed the week of my wedding but she emailed me to assure me they'd go in to make my flowers perfect and that they did.

The ladies of Zuzu's are incredibly creative and can "think outside the box", professional, knowledgeable and so sweet. I had no idea what I wanted and hadn't even thought of a budget but Zuzu's kept the cost very reasonable and my flowers were amazing.
I read some of the reviews about browning and wilting flowers...it is very hard to believe we are reviewing the same floral shop! My bouquet lasted over a week as did my daughter"s when she used Zuzu's for her wedding.

As I was preparing to write a review for Zuzu's Petals I took a moment to scan through other reviews to see what had been written. I was astounded. I saw criticism from people saying that their flowers were "wilted" and "brown" or not the color promised......I have been in contact with Zuzu's Petals for years and NEVER had anything to complain about. Marlene and Bess (Not Beth) just did the flowers and decorations for my wedding and they were absolutely amazing....I had no problems with anything. Going into the wedding preparations I had no idea what color scheme I wanted in my bouquet or even what kind of flowers. They sat my mom and I down and very paitently went through options with me and helped to create an overwhelmingly beautiful bouquet that suited me perfectly. They also just covered my sister in law's wedding and everything was beyond perfect; really nobody could have asked for a better job to be done. Aside from the weddings I have been getting Valentine's day flowers from them for years, and teachers from the school I was employed with regularly recieved them from doting husbands.....nobody ever once complained. How can you find fault with perfection? Thank you so much ladies for superb service and feelings of immense satisfaction!!!

Zuzu's Petals made my dream wedding come together. The owners are very sweet, creative and helpful. At my first appointment in their adorable little shop I wasn't really sure what I wanted (other than colors). Marlene, Bess and Cindy helped me develop a vision for my wedding flowers, far surpassing anything that I would have ever come up with on my own. They went above and beyond to help me brainstorm other wedding decor ideas and even made lace wrapped hanging mason jars for along the aisle for me. The ladies also came up with the idea of an orchid garland to hang from the gazebo behind the ceremony space (which I LOVED).

The day of my wedding I was blown away by the vibrant, fresh and beautiful flowers. Everyone was impressed with the flowers. My (now) husband and I received numerous compliments on the flowers and praise for our florists. The bouquets, boutenneires, and arrangements all looked better than I could have even imagined. I can't express enough how absolutely gorgeous and amazing all my flowers done by Zuzu's Petals were. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone 1000%!!!

I read some of the other reviews and just have to make an observation. A few weeks before my wedding I called Zuzu's Petals because, in the midst of chaos that is wedding planning, I couldn't remember all the flowers that I ordered. They were happy to go over my order with me to ensure that we would have everything we needed. I can certainly see how a bride would forget what flowers she ordered. You meet with the florists months in advance, so it's reasonable that a bride would not remember every detail about her flower order. Zuzu's Petals had written everything down in their file for my wedding, so I had utter confidence that I was getting the flowers I ordered, even if I couldn't remember exactly.

Zuzu's Petals was amazing! We booked them through our venue (Stonebridge Manor) and were amazed at the results. During our consultation appointment I was a little flustered because our computer had crashed and I couldn't retrieve all the pictures of stuff we wanted. I felt that I wasn't describing the types of flowers accurately. I eventually got our computer restored and was able to send an email of the pictures I was able to save and after that I knew they had it all under control. The day of our wedding the flower centerpieces and aisle decor looked amazing. My bouquet turned out better than I could have imaged and everyone loved the flower girl's head piece. Thank you Zuzu's Petals for being flexible, understanding, but most of all.....AMAZING!

ZuZu's Petals did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. The gazebo was gorgeous with giant floral arrangements on either side. I had Gerber Daisy's going up the aisle and rose petals sprinkled down the aisle and on my head table. My bouqet and my 6 bridesmaids bouquet's were phenomenol! I went into the meeting with the owner of ZuZu's and knew that I loved roses and told her the color theme I wanted. I let her run with it and the final product was out of this world! I would highly reccommend ZuZu's Petals for any bride to be!

We were more then surprised at what we saw not only on the tables, but on the alter, on the chairs....everything looked unbelievable! And to top it all off, the bouquets were out of this world! They were so wonderful and the flowers so beautiful that I used them twice; once for each of my daughter's wedding. In one of the weddings, there was a cake decorating issue and they were able to not only fix it with flowers but made it spectacular. In the other wedding, my daughter had told them 5 bridesmaids and groomsmen, but when the day came, we actually had 6 each. With amazing creativity, they created a matching bouquet and boutonniere and they looked great. They really saved the day.

Amber, the girl that I worked with, has an amazing artistic sense and really helped me to have the best flowers possible on my day and even was willing to drop off the flowers at 3 different sites (my room, my husband's room, the ceremony site) within a 15 minute period and got everything set up in time. The girls at Zuzu's were great to work with. I was not one of the brides that had it all figured out and was able to walk into the shop and clearly describe what I wanted. They were great with helping me to walk through the different types of flowers that would work well with my budget but maintaining the level of style and creativity that I was looking for. Also, my flowers lasted FOREVER. Many of my bridesmaids were from out of town and when we returned home from our honeymoon I had a house full of fresh flowers!

Loved working with Zuzu's Petals! The flowers were absolutely amazing! We had ideas but gave them some freedom on the arrangments to make it look beautiful and they definitely didn't disappoint us! They worked hard to find Lilacs for my bouquet, which I had told them I wanted in my bouquet since I was a little girl. Bess even texted me pictures of the flowers and my bouquet the day before the wedding! Loved getting a sneak peek, while still being consulted to make sure it was everything I had hoped for! My bouquet was PERFECT. It was exactly what I wanted, and all the flowers were beautiful that day. Plus, even though I changed my mind a few times and asked Zuzu's for their opinion several times, they never made me feel awkward or weird about it. They were consistently helpful.

Floral expectations exceeded!

Bess from ZuZu's Petals was so sweet and great to work with! The quality of the flowers was great, as if they were just picked! I wanted white and blush roses with a splash of greenery for our bouquets and she delivered! Our centerpieces were rose petals mixed with candles and our 4 tier cake had cascading roses from top to bottom. Absolutely beautiful for our classic black tie garden wedding!! Everything was better than I could have imagined. Thank you!!

My flowers were perfect!! Bess is the absolute best!! Everyone was just swooning over the flowers, including me!! I may have shed a tear when I first saw them, they were that perfect!!!! I can't thank Bess and her team enough!! The flowers were one of top 3 most important things to me for our wedding and Bess just knocked it out of the park!!!

So thankful that Bess at Zuzu's Petals was able to deck out our ceremony space and our reception space. The venue did offer centerpieces, but Bess worked with me to ensure that I had my custom centerpieces as well as additional lace + florals covering the arch. She is so sweet, and I would definitely recommend her to any couple!

Beautiful flowers lasted all day and more in the Arizona summer! Colors were perfect and bouquets were larger than expected! Thank you for also using the charms :) delivery charge is a bit much but good value for other items.

Zuzus Petals was incredible to work with. They provided me with the vision I had for my wedding day. They were very good at staying within my budget and didn't push to have me pay more. The were very willing to help and make my vision come together with the amount I had to work with. I received a picture of my bouquet the day before my wedding allowing me to approve of it. Although I was completely happy with my bouquet, she was wiling to make any changes to it if I was not satisfied. All the flowers were gorgeous from my center pieces, courages, boutonnieres, and all bouquets. I recommend them for any event! 5/5 :)

My flowers came out beautifully for the wedding. I am a control freak so I made a whole PowerPoint of how I wanted the bouquets, church flowers and center pieces. They were a hit and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. They even sent me pics of the flowers and bouquets when they came in. Slightly pricey for the bridal bouquet that I selected but otherwise perfect wedding flowers!

Zuzu's Petals was our assigned floral vendor through our package with Stonebridge Manor. I went to meeting with two specific requests - no roses, and an all-purple bouquet for me (the bride.) I was worried with our limited budget that this would be a problem, but they did a great job of suggesting flowers that fit the look I was hoping for without costing extra. Everyone's flowers looked great on the wedding day, and I was especially happy with how pretty my bouquet turned out. Thank you Zuzu's Petals!

First things first, Bess is an incredibly talented florist. The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and the flower girl's crown that she made for our wedding were PERFECT. She took the tiny bit of direction that I had for her (colors) and made an absolute masterpiece. I can't even tell you how many compliments I received on the flowers (from both guests and others that have seen photos). Her work is AMAZING. I wish I could give her a full 5 stars, I really do! We just had one snafu on the pick-up that necessitates a dock in responsiveness and professionalism. When my maid of honor went to pick-up the flowers at the shop at the agreed upon time there was no one there. She called the number I had given her (the only number I had) and it went straight to a voicemail message saying the Bess was out of town. Uh oh. S**t is hitting the fan. (Turns out it was an outdated message and I would have realized that if I wasn't automatically going to worst case scenario). My maid of honor then found out from the business next door that the floral shop had moved elsewhere.... but we still don't know where that place is and have no way of getting a hold of Bess. Finally, my maid of honor goes back to the business next door and asks if there is any additional contact information he has that he can share. We get another number for Bess and everything is going to be fine. But wait! The cupcakes have already been picked up are starting to get warm in her car. So I tell her to just leave and ask another friend to pick up the flowers. Everything turns out fine. Actually more than fine- it was GREAT! Even though we had about 30 mins of sheer panic, Bess more than made up for it with her amazing floral arrangements and awesome customer service. Mistakes and miscommunication happen. I would recommend her in a heartbeat- she offers wow-factor flowers at an affordable rate. Plus she's an absolute sweetheart.

From the bride: We worked with Bess from Zuzu's Petals for all our flowers for our wedding day. As someone who doesn't know much about flowers, she made me feel comfortable and confident with the choices I was making. I didn't have a lot of specific ideas, but more a general feel of what I wanted. She was able to come up with something that very much embodied my general vibe and all the arrangements and bouquets were wonderful and well put together. I loved the bridal bouquet and still have it a month later!

When my original florist died just one week before my wedding, I had no idea what I would do. Almost every place was booked solid. Fortunately, I called Zuzu's and they were so helpful. Even though I had a small budget and we didn't have enough time to order some more special flowers, they listened to me and did a very nice mixture of the flowers I wanted. In the photos, they all looked lovely. They even found an awesome red lily to include in my bouquet!
The best thing about this vendor is that they worked with me to save me money. When I told them the price was too high, they took a few flowers out of each bouquet without making it look bad! And they gave me helpful suggestions for just buying petals at a grocery store for my table tops to save money. It was clear they weren't just out for making money, but really wanted to help me. I'd highly recommend them!

The flowers turned out perfect! The only problem I came across was she asked me to send her some pictures of arrangements I liked and she apparently didnt recieve them and never contacted me before the wedding so I was worried on how they would turn out. But they ended up beautiful!

We first selected Zuzu's Petals because of the name. I love It's a Wonderful Life and wonder just how many people put the flower shop name together with the movie. Our whole experience with them was easy and wonderful. I had forgotten my pictures at home when we met for our appointment but the florist came with photo albums and even pulled up pictures on her iPad when I wasn't sure what a particular flower was called.

I felt as though the bouquets and arrangements were a bit pricey (if they weren't already included in our package) but it seems like that's just the going rate for wedding flowers. Everything was perfect on the day of the wedding. I wished I could have thanked them in person but they were already set up and the bouquets were waiting in the bridal suite when we arrived. The only thing that didn't go as planned was our fault. We had asked for orchids on our cake but never specified what color. We just assumed they would be the purple ones in our centerpieces but they put white ones on our cake. All the same, it was beautiful. We were very impressed with the quality of the arrangements and would recommend Zuzu's Petals to anyone. After the wedding, they even sent us a thank you card. That was thoughtful and classy. Love them!

We are so pleased with Zuzu's Petals and the flower creations they designed for our wedding. When we met with our flower advisor, I described to her my perfect bouquet and she created it without a problem! Zuzu's is very flexible especially when, on the week of the wedding, we realized we needed extra corsages and they helped us out right away. Great company!

I had Bess make all of our bouquets and boutonnieres and they came out extremely gorgeous! The only thing I wished I had done differently was request the mother's corsage wristlets were attached upon delivery. We couldn't figure out how to attach them and ended up having to pin them on instead. So definitely request this if you are going with wrist corsages for anyone. I also paid extra for orchids for all the parent corsages and boutonnieres however some of them broke off before the wedding started. I realize these are probably delicate flowers, but I don't think that should have happened from just taking portraits. I wish I had gone with a sturdier flower like roses instead of the orchids. Overall Bess did an amazing job and I am really glad I used her as my florist!
