Sarah and Tanner are the sweetest people ever!! And so talented too! Their photos speak for themselves. We booked them right away as they fill up fast! We loved that we had two photographers to be able to get different angles and more photos of our special day. They were there all day to capture every moment and even took some amazing sunset photos! The lighting, focus, and composition are all perfect! They are prompt to respond and sent back our photos sooo quickly too. We got several of our wedding photos on metal prints in our home and they look amazing! I would highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again :)

Sarah and Tanner are great! They work with you all day and get your pictures back to you so quickly. The pictures were great and you could tell they were always trying to get the best pictures for us. I feel lucky we were able to snag them for our wedding and reception!

Sarah and Tanner were so incredible to work with! They are immensely talented and the photos of our wedding day are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are not comfortable in front of the camera, but they were great - they were kind, patient and gave great direction to us. They helped get us around for the portrait shoot and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Photography was one of the few things we knew we wanted to splash out on and I wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone looking for bright and beautiful photos. They are absolutely worth it.

Tanner and Sarah did a fantastic job capturing every moment of our wedding day! They were extremely flexible and incorporated both our ideas and our own into the day's photos. They did a wonderful job taking candid photos throughout the day as well, which was fun to see when the pictures were posted on their website. I would highly recommend ZTS Photo if you'd like thousands of beautiful pictures of your wedding day!

Sarah and Tanner are so accommodating. I went by the time sheet that they had given me, but you know moms they think they need more time. So we had a lot of down time in between, but they stuck with it. My photos turned out amazing. They got every shot I wanted plus more. The editing they did and the angles were amazing. I would definitely recommend these two photographers to anyone.

We loved working with ZTS Photo. They were so flexible, responsive, and took what we asked and pulled it off more than we could have asked for. They even had pictures on a slide show during the reception and everyone loved it. We love our pictures and we would ask them to do anything we will need in the future.

Being the only girl in the family and the first sibling to get married we didn't even know where to begin when looking for a photographer.. We came across some great photos on facebook that ZTSphoto took of our cousins and instantly we had to get in contact with them!
They have always responded very promptly to every question and concern that popped up. They even drove 1.5 hours to our wedding/reception location and had no problem agreeing to do our engagement session an hour away from them at one of our favorite spots!..
Having two photographers is soo nice, while one is at one angle the other is at the other angle with a different lens always trying to catch the best shot which leads to many great photographs to choose from!
Sarah and Tanner are also very personable when it comes to every detail of the wedding. We weren't afraid to ask them anything and they were very willing to listen and implement our ideas and personalities in the photos!
At the reception the set-up of the Slideshow on the big computer screen was a HUGE hit.. It was so nice that our guests were able to view photos of our special day so soon! Those that missed the ceremony were very grateful!
We are soo happy that we were able to have Sarah and Tanner photograph such an amazing day of our lives! We have over a thousand of pictures that capture almost every moment of the day! We couldn't be happier- Thanks ZTSphoto for all of the fun, amazing, beautiful pictures that we have to look at when we want to remember the best day of our lives!

Absolutely loved working with ZTS!

You couldn't ask for anyone better than ZTS PHOTO. Sarah and Tanner are the best team to work with. Where one person had the eye for the further away full "scene" photo, the other has the eye for the close up and personal photo. They are the perfect balanced team and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Along with being incredible photographers, they are also very professional, respectful, responsive, organized, flexible, and just all around great people. I can't say enough good things about these guys and would recommend them to anyone! They say "you get what you pay for" and I honestly would agree with this statement. ZTS PHOTO pricing is ABSOLUTELY reasonable for the team you are getting. Book these guys if you don't want to be disappointed!

They were amazing to work with. Very prompt at answering all the questions that we had and willing to be flexible and help us when we needed to switch our date for engagement pictures. Amazing and very professional the day of the wedding. Able to have a lot of fun with them and they had great picture ideas. They took pictures for extended period of time the day of the wedding. Our pictures turned out beautifully! They were very fast at editing our photos and making them available to us! I would most certainly recommend them to anyone who wants amazing and beautiful pictures!

ZTS was amazing! Not only did they travel 2 hours for our wedding, but it rained most of our wedding day and they still had great photo ideas. They stayed with us the entire day, which was beyond what most photographers offer. They have fresh ideas and their photos are amazing. Everyone that has seen our wedding pictures asks where we were able to find such an impressive photographer. I would recommend them to anyone that wants wedding photos that truly capture the day!

Sarah and Tanner are amazing at what they do! Nate and I are so happy that we chose ZTS! You answered all my questions without judging and quickly too even though you are always so busy and I thank you for that! Your turn around time is crazy fast too which is probably one of the best parts because every bride just can't wait to see photos of their day. It was so nice to have 2 of you capturing our special day because you got all the angles and we love them all. Our photos are absolutely gorgeous and a lot of people have reached out to us to let us know too. We will cherish our photos forever. Photos are the most important part of a wedding to me because it will be the only thing you'll have left after your day and that is why we chose the best to capture our memories and we thank you guys so much for that! We booked you guys so far in advance and I'm happy to say I gained a friend during that time. We talked up until the wedding and we still do. You guys are such amazing people and we wish both of you nothing but the best! If anyone is looking for wedding photographerS I definitely recommend ZTS PHOTO! Sarah and Tanner are so wonderful at what they do. They made our wedding a dream. First, because they were so easy to work with and second, because they’re work is amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better day or photos. Will definitely be calling them in the future for other shoots! :)

ZTS photo was amazing! They captured every moment of our special day and we will cherish all the photos for the rest of our lives. They were very professional and not once tried to dictate the day, everything was about us and what we wanted and I loved that! The best part was getting two people's perspectives of how my husband and I's faces looked when we first saw each other and other moments throughout the day. If you're looking for a photographer who is very professional, quick to respond and amazing at what they do, then ZTS is who you want. We could not be more pleased with our experience with ZTS:)

ZTS Photo was the perfect photographers for us! Sarah and Tanner were so fun to work with and professional. Since the wedding, people have had more comments about my photographers than any other part of my wedding. I've heard so much about how great my pictures are and how they really captured the night.

Perhaps the best compliment I can give them is that I didn't notice them AT ALL the night of the wedding - and neither did my guests. They were totally behind the scenes, not blocking views from our friends and family and not being that annoying and obtrustive photographer that thinks pictures need to be staged at every moment. And - I have amazing pictures to show for it.

Only thing I would "warn" you on is that this is not the photographer for you if you're looking for formal shots or group shots that are traditional. They will take them, but Sarah and Tanner excell at the pictures that show the day and the experience, not "look at me stand here and smile".

Just one less thing to worry about. They take your idea and explode it. they are fast and you barely even know they are there. We have so many pictures we don't know what to do with. They captured every moment and did it with such bliss. Worth the money!!!

Definitely book ZTS! Sarah and Tanner did such a wonderful job, I'm in love with all the photos! They both are so talented and have such a great eye for the perfect shot. They did such a great job of capturing how happy my husband and i were on our wedding day, as well as how much fun our friends and family had. Sarah and Tanner were extremely easy to work with; responsive to emails and calls/texts, professional, and sent us the photos very quickly after the wedding. So glad we booked them!

Captured Every Moment and Detail

We absolutely loved our wedding photos from ZTS Photo. Sarah and Tanner captured every little moment and detail from the day. All of the pictures that we received will be the perfect way to look back and remember everything about that day. We loved everything about the photos - the unique angles and different perspectives captured, the use of a variety of outdoor scenic views and sunset lighting, the creative perspective and background used on the indoor photos, etc.!

Tanner and Sarah are absolutely WONDERFUL! :) I went to school with both of them and knew how creative they both were with their photography skills! They not only take AWESOME photographs, but their personalities and flexible schedules make them so much fun to work with. We were also able to buy the rights to our photos for a great price! There is not enough space for me to write how awesome Tanner and Sarah from ZTS Photo are! Sarah was amazing at working with me on what dates to choose from, sending her ideas of what we wanted to have, and talking leading up to our special day! Having two photographers is PERFECT! The girls get Sarah with those special moments, and the guys get Tanner to capture those special moments. They made us both (who do not enjoy taking pictures) feel special! It is so great to get 2 completely different pictures, yet its just from two different angles from both Tanner and Sarah. We were married 1-21-2017 and I STILL love to look at our pictures and love all the special moments they captured! They even capture the little things you don't realize you want pictures of, until you see the proofs! THEY ARE SO WORTH IT and would recommend them to anyone - and we do ALL the time!

Sarah and Tanner are by far some of the best in the business. My husband and I are not used to posing for pictures and Sarah did an incredible job making us feel comfortable. Tanner did a phenomenal job on our video and everytime I watch it I get goose-bumps because it makes me feel like I am reliving our wedding day. We have gotten so many compliments from others after looking at our photos and the video. This was by far the most expensive thing we decided on for our wedding and BY FAR the best decision! I just finished designing a wedding book and had such a hard time narrowing down what photos to use because we had over 400 favorites! Thank you for all your hours of hard work Sarah and Tanner!

Sarah and Tanner (husband-wife team <3) were the best! We heard about them from my sister and luckily we were able to book them before our wedding date was taken! We opted for the package where both Sarah and Tanner were taking photos and we bought the copyright. We love what they captured! With both of them taking pictures, they were able to really capture the whole day from many perspectives. They have an artistic eye and we put our trust in what they thought would work best for wedding photos. Have you seen their night time photography? Super cool! I can't wait to decorate our home with these photos and make a scrapbook with the beautiful work. Highly recommend! We hope to use them again in the future (:

THE BEST wedding photographers

Sarah and Tanner were awesome photographers to work with for both our wedding and engagement pictures. They are a very hard working couple who take a lot of pride in making sure their couples are happy with their pictures. Sarah was always available for questions about anything— whether it be wedding timeline, best vendors in the area, or anything else to help make a wedding run smoothly. They have been doing this a long time and are truly great at their jobs. They made us feel very comfortable and get your photos back to you quickly. It is such a bonus to get both of them working together. It was really cool to see the different pictures each of them took at the same time. I would say they are the best in the area with sunset photos and silhouettes. If you are looking for these cool and unique shots, they are your guys! Definitely consider them for your next event. They are both wonderful people in addition to great photographers!

My husband and I were really wanting our engagement and wedding photos taken on our farm. This was no problem for Tanner and Sarah. They traveled to our farm without hesitation. They both seemed very excited about the artistic possibilities our farm presented to them. Tanner and Sarah are fun and work so well together, it made it easy to relax and be comfortable in front of the camera. Another great thing about Tanner and Sarah was how easy it was to communicate with them. I would send them an email filled with questions and ideas, and I would hear back from them the same day. That kind of customer service made a huge impact with me. I highly recommend ZTS photo! And thank you Sarah and Tanner for capturing every detail on the most important day of our lives!

Literally hands down the best and easiest decision we made for vendor selection for our wedding! Sarah & Tanner are so wonderful, not only do they take bomb ass photos, but they create your entire photo timeline for the day, keep your crew in line, but they will have your photos back faster than ANY photographer out there! Tanner & Sarah are AMAZING! We hadn't even met them prior to our wedding day, which should have made me feel nervous, but it didn't. From the beginning, these two made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Half the time, we didn't even know they were there taking pictures. All of my friends & family members have absolutely adored the pictures we have from them. Sarah responded to my emails almost immediately to answer all of my crazy questions. You can definitely tell these two have been working side by side for a long time because their teamwork shined bright the whole day. Capturing our big day was effortless to them. There's nothing more reassuring for a bride than knowing someone is getting every special moment for YOU. You will get top-notch photos that will last a lifetime. We would recommend them to anyone! With ZTS Photo, the investment is worth EVERY penny.

ZTS Photo was the perfect photographer for our wedding. Sarah and Tanner (yes, TWO photographers!) were with us all day from before I got my hair done until four hours into the reception! While getting ready, Sarah was with me and the girls, and Tanner was taking shots of the church, sanctuary, and the guys. During the ceremony, one was in front and one was in back so we have a wide variety of shots. Family portraits ran smoothly and quickly because one took pictures while the other posed us. All of our pictures turned out beautifully--they captured the joy and emotion of the day. They were flexible, friendly, professional, and truly enjoy what they do! PLUS they had some pictures edited that day, and the rest done within about a week! Would recommend them every time!

Excellent and wonderful experience!

We had the pleasure of booking Sarah and Tanner to do our wedding. They were incredibly thoughtful and thorough with our wedding! It was easy from day one getting everything squared away and they made the whole process really easy. They captured all of the important moments from our special day and we now have some breathtaking photos from one of the best days of our lives! They were very easy going, listened to what we wanted and added some fantastic ideas of their own! These photos we will cherish for the rest of our lives! We cannot thank Sarah and Tanner enough! We recently got our engagement photos back from Sarah and LOVE them! Not only did they all turn out perfectly, but Sarah has been so great to work with. She's so quick to respond to any question I have. The day of our session I was nervous my fiance and I would look and feel super awkward, but she was so laid back and we felt so comfortable and it really shows in our pictures.
We're very excited to have Sarah and Tanner shoot our wedding and there is not a doubt in my mind that we picked the best photographers!

ZTS Photo was an unbelievable service that we were recommended from a co-worker. Sarah and Tanner know there stuff, are great to talk to, and are terrific photographers. Our photos couldn't have turned out better as well as our experience with them. I guarantee they are one of the best photographers in the Des Moines area from not only their quality of work, but their hard work, great attitudes, giving us some freedom in choosing certain photos we want as well as great action photos. No one would ever regret having them. They are young and soon I think it will be tough to book them as their name continues to get out there in the DSM area.

It's hard to know where to start with these two. On one of the most special days of our lives, they were there to capture it effortlessly. At least they make it seem that way. Their professionalism shines through every detail. We would both recommend Tanner and Sarah endless times and have to several people since our wedding. Tanner and Sarah are very experienced and this not only shows through their photos, but also in the behind the scene planning aspects.
Tanner and Sarah also photographed our engagement session. On this day, both Damon and I were nervous in front of the camera; however, Tanner and Sarah's direction at the right times made the shoot fly by!
Damon and I could go on forever about these two! We are over the moon happy with all of our photos. ZTS Photo is definitely something you want to invest in.

I can't even put it into words how amazing Sarah and Tanner are. Our engagement and wedding photos and video turned out better than we ever could have imagined. I am convinced they are the best in the area by far. Not only are our photos perfection, but they are also very quick to respond to emails and so knowledgeable on any questions you may have (and not even just photo related!). They made everything so easy for us. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for any other photo needs we have - in fact I can't wait. These two are nothing but talented. I was amazed by their willingness to do anything for us. The way they work together as business partners was awesome to witness. Every moment of the day was captured in so many ways. Having two professional photographers is a huge benefit and worth every dime. We have countless pictures of two separate point of views but of the same moment, and it's truly amazing how two separate pictures can capture the whole moment and make it whole. We never went more than a day waiting for a response from Sarah, which eased our minds tremendously. We love the end results and would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone. Oh, and if you don't want to wait 6 months to see proofs of your photos, then these two are for you! We had uploads on Facebook within 24 hours. And EVERY SINGLE ONE of our photos were online in less than a week!!! Don't second guess booking them, just do it :)

Sarah and Tanner were wonderful to work with! They had lots of original ideas, they were super flexible and did what they could to satisfy us. They have recently started making highlight videos and they are amazing, if you watch them in the order they were made they get better and better. We have tons and tons of great photos to choose from, we were able to buy the rights to our photos so we can do with them as we please. Considering how easy they were to work with and all the things we got, the price was great. We highly recommend ZTS Photo to couples who want professional, flexible photographers who really care about giving their clients a fantastic momento from their wedding day.

After much research of photographers I found ZTS. I instantly fell in love with their style of photography. They focus on the details and take a modern viewpoint. Upon contacting Sarah (which was very speedy) I realized their prices were very reasonable. My wedding was about 2 hrs away from their location and on a Sunday, yet that did not deter them away. On my big day, they were very professional yet down to earth & approachable. It was a blessing to have them there. The photos came out gorgeous.

ZTS photo did such a great job for our wedding. We are so glad that we chose to work with them and will cherish our wedding photos forever! They are extremely easy to work with, and Sarah is quick to respond to any questions. We were very happy with our experience with ZTS Photo for our wedding photography. Sarah and Tanner were so easy to work with throughout the entire process despite being out of town. They happily agreed to shoot our wedding in Iowa City even though it was a 2 hour commute. Sarah and Tanner work well as a team and are very relaxed and professional at all times. They always responded very quickly to any email I sent prior to the wedding and they delivered the photos within 3 weeks after the wedding. The day of our wedding they were there from the salon in the morning all the way until the bouquet toss at the reception, the entire time being very pleasant to be around and fitting right in with our friends and family. I’m so happy with my photos and have been struggling for months to figure out which ones to print because they’re all so great!

We couldn't be more pleased the the quality of ZTS' work, the professional expertise they exhibited, and the overall experience they helped us create on our wedding day. Not to mention, we started seeing proofs less the 24 hours after our wedding! If you have any qualms about investing in a photographer(s) of ZTS's caliber, let me reassure you, they are worth every penny. Our only problem is that we can't decide which photos we like best.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED ZTS!! I put together my wedding very quickly so I was on the hunt for a great photographer and came accross ZTS. Their work was gorgeous! I called/emailed and to my luck they were available! They got back to me very promptly and worked with me to meet my needs. Hiring ZTS was the best investment for my wedding day as I am true believer that you should never cut corners on costs when it comes to a Photographer on your wedding day! We found ZTS on Craigslist of all places because they were selling a camera and provided a link to their site. On Facebook I discovered that we had two mutual friends, so I asked... are they reliable? We just completed our engagement pictures with them and we CANNOT WAIT for the wedding. They are amazing! Fun, flexible, creative, contemporary, and most importantly for us... affordable. I am so glad I took the little bit of risk. We thought that our budget would only allow for us to have a few cheezy-80's pics from a has-been photographer... instead we have the most awesome pair around (with full-rights to our pics...so, so cool). Even better yet, we generally feel like average-unattractive people... and we are just so pleased with our photos (we actually feel kinda hot after viewing them)... Tanner and Sarah are more than great... we LOVE THEM!!!

Tanner and Sarah did a great job with our photos. They were very organized going in so we didn’t waste a lot of time the day of the wedding going over what we wanted. Overall I will not be recommending ZTS photo to anyone. It was obvious that the interest was not in us. They were very impersonal; it was all very routine and I felt as though we were just another paycheck to them. They were the only thing to cause stress and disappointment on the wedding day.
