Wedding day limo

Would recommend to anyone looking for a limo on their wedding day! Limo was brand new and super clean and the driver was super nice and flexible!

Great Company and Great Value

BILLY is amazing! He arrived early and was very professional, but also super fun! The limo was new and pretty and fit our 12 person bridal party w room to spare. The company was great to work with overall.

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Zoladz was great! We had a bigger wedding party of about 20 people so we had the 30 passenger luxury liner for our wedding day. It was extremely clean, well kept and spacious. It even had a bathroom right on the bus which was extremely useful to have!!

We had David as our driver and he was fantastic! He was great at communicating and he knew exactly where we needed to go and what our schedule was and did such a good job at keeping us on track. He even decorated the limo with color coordinated napkins which was a special touch :)

Great limo company for a fair price! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Zoladz

We used Zoladz for transportation on the day of our wedding and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our driver Dave was on time and helped to keep our day moving smoothly. He was extremely courteous and professional. We would highly recommend Zoladz for any transportation needs but especially for wedding days.

Great experience!

My husband and I think we made a great choice by going with Zoladz for our wedding transportation needs. At first, I didn't think we'd even be able to afford them, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that their prices were very reasonable for such a well-established company. We needed two large buses on our wedding day, and they had the vehicles to accommodate. Unfortunately, their largest bus broke down part way through the day, but they still sent two large buses plus an extra vehicle and made sure everyone arrived on schedule. They stayed in contact prior to the event, had water waiting for the bridal party, and even made sure that the napkins in the limo matched our wedding colors. Despite the hiccups, Zoladz made sure our day went off without a hitch!

Zoladz - Mark Brunner

We had a wonderful experience with our limo driver Mark Brunner. He was prompt and professional. We didn't have a set address for pictures until after the ceremony and he was extremely flexible driving location to location following our photographer. We were so pleased with our experience and would definitely hire Zoladz again! Thank you!

Ask for Carl!

My best friend used Zoladz for her wedding and we hired them for her bachelorette with Carl as our driver, so when it came time for my wedding, I knew who we had to have! Carl is the man! He is so helpful getting everyone in and out of the limo. It was so snowy and icy on our wedding day and he was careful to ensure I didn't fall, and that my dress was dry and off of the ground while getting in and out of the car. He was EARLY to all pickups and drop offs which ended up working out with the snowy weather slowing things down. The car was beautiful and so clean, everyone had a great time!

Prompt, clean, friendly service

Our limo showed up a few minutes early so there was no stress of getting to the wedding on time or not. Billy our driver was amazing, it rained but you’d never know it with his door to door umbrella service, helping everyone get in and out of the limo. I’d highly recommend Zoladz . The 20 passenger bus was perfect size for 17 people, bags, food, coolers, and 2 pregnant ladies!

Perfect service.

Zoladz was exceptional. First off, George, our amazingly awesome limo driver - he went above and beyond. He was early picking us up and very attentive, making sure to help all the ladies in and out of the limo. The limo was clean, well stocked with ice, napkins (that matched our purple!), and glasses. Now, our ceremony was outdoors and I had to walk down a small hiking hill. Without hesitating or even anyone prompting him, George carried my dress behind me so that it wouldn't snag on anything on the way down. He even entertained my 9 year old niece (who had never ridden in a limo before), as she talked to him through the partition. He was just so incredibly sweet and attentive about everything, and made our day even more special. It was perfect service.

Limo Bus Rental

Great service, rented a limo bus. Everything was on time and ran smoothly. Pretty cold day, driver was always sure to have the heat cranked when we got back on the bus. Bus was clean and comfortable.

We used Zoladz for our wedding limo. I booked the limo during a bridal show and the rate that we received was amazing for what we got. Our driver was Joe Iuvino and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy throughout the day. He was early for pick up and had no issue waiting for us. He was a very safe driver and always had a smile on his face. We booked the traditional stretch limo with the extra door at the front and the limo was clean and stocked with ice, glasses and napkins for us. We really, really enjoyed our time in the limo and I would absolutely book with Zoladz again!

We were 100% satisfied with Zoladz! We booked several vehicles including a 10, 20, and 30 passenger vehicles to transport our wedding guests on the night of the rehearsal dinner and day of wedding. They even went above and beyond to assist a handicapped family member with wheelchair transportation. The drivers were friendly, on-time, and assisted passengers on and off the vehicles. We would highly recommend them to anyone inquiring!

All we needed for the day was a simple transfer from our house to our venue and they were more than able to accomdiate. Our driver was very patient with us and very nice. Also I thought very reasonable for an hour transfer.

Mike from Zoladz Limo was great! Unfortunately, it rained on my wedding day, but, that is okay as you can't untie a wet knot :). In any event, Mike arrived @ 1:15 PM and waited until we were ready to depart for the 2:00 PM ceremony. He escorted everyone individually in the bridal wedding party to the awaiting limo; holding an umbrella over our heads until we got into the limo. When we arrived at the church, he again escored everyone in the bridal wedding party individually into the church. He told me to wait until I was ready, then he would escort me into the church. When the ceremony was over, he escorted the bride and groom into the limo last and took the entire wedding party to the reception. Mike was great and took great care to ensure that none of us suffered because of the elements. I would highly recommend Zoladz Limo and Mike to anyone that needed transportation for their special event.

Prompt and courteous, and great communication! Arrived early even thought he limo bus we booked had a mechanical problem. They upgraded to a larger bus and got us everywhere on time and with class! Thanks to our driver, Billy, and the rest of the staff! Highly Recommend!

They were very understanding of a last minute pickup change, as well as unloading the mountains of things it seemed like we had in the limo. The driver even helped carry things upstairs into the bridal suite for us. He was very prompt and let us know when we needed to be on our way and how long things would take. Couldn't beat the price when I booked at a bridal show and was not disappointed.

The Limo Driver Willis was AWESOME! He was on time picking up the guys and perfectly on time picking us girls up! Everytime i got into the limp he helped me in and was constantly asking if we needed anything! AWESOME time in the limo! we will never forget it!

Zoladz limousine was amazing. The prices were flexible, and the limousine made our wedding day that much more awesome. The best part of the limousine service, was our driver(I'm so sorry I can't remember his name, but I believe it was Peter) He offered to help with photography spots around the area, he held our bouquets, and my dress because it was long, he helped all of us out of the limo, and even bought of some drinks and snacks for our drive. He was so sweet, and if I ever need limo service again, I hope to get him next time!!
Thanks for making my wedding day wonderful and less stressful :)

Our driver was prompt, very helpful, and a gentleman. He also updated us on the scores of the Conference Championship football games and Sabres game during the night. Excellent value and the back seat was very comfortable after a long night of standing and dancing in uncomfortable shoes.

Our driver was on time(even though I wasn't) and even helped us load some stuff in the trunk in a hurry since we were running late. I can;t thank them enough. The limo was clean and cool looking! Thanks!

On time (slightly early, which most brides would probably agree is reassuring), courteous, well mannered, clean and neat. The staff was a pleasure to work with, making changes as requested and prompt with email confirmation and recipt.

We rented a 30 person limo for my wedding and used it for about 5 hours. I was so blown away by how amazing my limo driver was. He had a bottle of water waiting for me everywhere we went for pictures and even carried the train of my dress! I was so please by the service, professionalism and qulaity of Zoladz.

This vendor has a wide selection of beautiful vehicles to choose from!! We picked the white Chrylser 300 for our wedding. The drive was prompt, patient and very efficient. The vehicle was clean, beautiful and rode well. We got to our destination in no time and the customer service all around was excellent! We highly recommend!

The Limousine Service provided a bus with bathroom facilities, and room enough for the enitre wedding party. It was awesome! The driver was polite, accomodating and followed the timeline exactly, which was appreciated.

I had requested Linwood because he was at the Bridal show and seemed like he would be fun,and I was right. He also did my brothers wedding 4 moths earlier and they went to the Japanese Gardens for there pictures and he carried beer in the cooler every where we went. For my wedding, he brought beer in a cooler, made sure I had everything I needed. He walked through the limo bus a few times after we were dropped off at the reception to make sure we had everything. He made it a great experience. We had a blast in the limo!!

if you live in WNY, Zoladz is a part of your vocabulary for limos. i looked at the 14227 zip code area and i did not recognize the other places. i have heard of friends using Zoladz for years and that is who i picked as well. VERY affordable packages - esp. on Fridays and professional staff. they let me check out each type of car offered in person to pick one. wedding day they were prompt and efficient. i got the car i saw in the shop that i wanted. our driver was very nice and professional. he even drove us around a little to kill time when we were too early. the payment process was simple and explained nicely. i'd recommend this company if you are in the WNY area b/c they really know their stuff and i didn't have a single problem with them.

MATT!!!! WOW!!!! He was amazing! I had someone in my wedding party who needed special accomedations, plus myself (being the bride) and he was so wonderful. He helped my other girl who had difficulty walking, and then came right back to me to and did everything for me, I felt like a princess! While we were taking pictures, it was chilly, he went back to the car to get some coats, and brought back some snacks for us! Best time ever! Thank you for making me feel special!

Zoladz made a great deal with us at a bridal show. We booked a limo bus, which I would definitely recommend since its big enough to accommodate everyone and their dresses. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom, which was nice to have. The driver showed up early, looking professional, and helped me with my dress as we waited in the church. I highly recommend using Zoladz for your limo.

We ordered a luxury coach from Zoladz because we had a pretty large wedding party and many of the guys, and even some of the girls were very tall. My husband, who is 6'3" was able to stand comfortably, which was a big plus for us. We even had a bathroom on board the limo. They were on time and very professional. The limo was clean and comfortable. We even got a cheaper rate because we got married on a Friday. I would highly recommend them!

Great job! They went above and beyond- even so far as to give us a second limo to accomodate us as the pick up locations were far apart. Also, it rained the day of our wedding and our driver shadowed me around holding an umbrella over me- very sweet, made me feel a whole lot better about the rain!

Very much worth the money. Had a 20 person coach bus with 14 people total in the wedding party with plenty of room. Our driver Jim was above and beyond professional. On time everywhere we went, walked with us during our pictures with a cooler to keep us refreshed as well! He even helped my wife with holding the end of her dress down as she was getting ready to walk down the aisle!!! Very satisfied.

This limo service was great! They were early to pick us up and knew exactly where we had to go, our limo driver was even able to make an unplanned stop without a problem. Whenever I had to call the people I talked to were very pleasant to talk to and very helpful.

Zoladz was great. The driver was prompt, great to talk to, knew how to move a bride (and dress) in and out of a limo. The limos looked lovely and were very comfortable. If I need a limo, I will go with them.

Great service, great limo bus

Great company and driver excellent overall

Zoladz transpiration went above and beyond. The driver was courteous friendly and well equipped. They let me drop off beverages prior to event and had them beautifully placeced and ready to enjoy. Easy to work with and wonderful experience.

We had an interesting story with our transportation...The previous weekend the Towncar style Limo we were supposed to have for our wedding was parked in the company's lot and was hit by a drunk driver...it was the ONLY vehicle int he parking lot with all the others out at the Bill's Game. We got a call from Zoladz during the week telling us the story and that they were upgrading us to the SUV style limo at no extra charge. We were speechless.
The driver we had was great. Took care of us in between the pictures and the reception. We have used Zoladz in the past for other events and will continue to use and recommend int he future.

Overall - Great

Our driver was prompt and polite. The limo was clean, and spacious. We were missing napkins and the emergency hatch was a bit leaky - which did create a little bit of a panic as the water was very close to dripping on my dress, but we were able to work with it and made it to our destination safely and in style.

We booked Zoladz at a bridal fair, where they took a deposit. Turns out, they took more than they told us. Luckily we had the money in the bank so it wasn't a Huge issue. We contacted them on this and they ended up giving us a town car to drive us home after the reception for free. The limo arrived to pick up the guys on time, however the guy got lost on the way to the girls (which was less than five minutes away) and had to call the groom for directions. After that, everything went good. It was worth the price we paid since we got such a good deal.

Everything went well. Only complaint was limo said it seated 6-10 people. We had only 6 men and they had very little shoulder and leg room once they all were seated. Felt cramped.

Day of the wedding issues

My brother used this limo company for his wedding they did a great job, sp we decided to use them for ours. This was a mistake. While the value was good, our driver was very confused about where we were going for pictures and did not understand when we asked to go elsewhere because we had extra time. All the places we wanted to go were within a 5 mile radius. After our photos the driver was supposed to go to our hotel to pick up wedding guests. He never went to pick them up and left guests stranded to find their own transportation. The company did refund part of our money back, however, I would not risk it with this company.

Rude driver

Having had positive experiences with Zoladz in the past, I was very surprised and disappointed in the service received on my wedding day. First, despite having the photo location on file ahead of time, the driver appeared confused on where to go and took the wrong exit as we were attempting to offer the proper directions. Secondly, our venue was only 15 minutes away from the photo spot and our itinerary clearly stated drop-off at our venue at 5pm. This should have given us until 4:45 for photos to be taken, yet the driver actually interrupted our photo shoot and started rushing us in an annoyed tone saying "I need to get back" at only 4:25.... This was not only rude, but completely unnecessary, as we were not running late. Very disappointing.

I was very pleased to book Zoladz at the time of the bridal show I attended. The staff was friendly and opened all their limos to the public. The price was very reasonable. However, the day of the wedding the sound system didn't work, the bathroom was broken and we had to keep asking the driver to turn on the heat in the limo (my wedding was end of November and it was freezing). The driver never offered to help with the radio and basically ignored us for the duration of the time we were with him taking pictures. Then it came to the tip, we inquired with the company before-hand about gratuity and its not included in the cost of the limo. I pulled some money to give him and decided $70 was fair because of our experience with the deficiencies of the limo as well as the drivers attitude. The driver then took my husband by the arm and told him that he didn't tip enough and its customary for him to get $120. We still tipped 16% based on the price of the limo. I didn't find this out until later but I was appalled that the driver demanded more money for his service, he even offered to "take a credit card number" so we could pay him more. Up front the service is good but the driver ruined our experience.

I was not very excited about the service we received from Zoladz. I could never get an email or call back with any questions I had along the way, I had to ask for receipts of payment (for which I actually overpaid and STILL have not received my money back),and I had to contact them multiple times to ask what information they needed and by when. When you book a vendor for your wedding, you want them to remove the stress in that area from you - they did not do this at all - in fact, they added more! Oh, did I mention they told me someone called and changed my limo? I am not sure why they would go ahead and change what I booked.... bottom line - very disappointed! (The driver was great though)!!

The process of getting a limo from them was fine it was the driver that was horrible. He told me the night before I could call him anytime if I had a question which I did and I never got a call back. He was rude driver and didnt listen to our request to stop, to turn on the air and kept repeatedly slamming on the breaks. He didnt help us on or off the limo and it was a bus so help would have been nice. The worse thing of all is that he demanded a bigger tip. He was a bad driver that we were giving him a smaller tip because he did not deserve any in my mind.

TERRIBLE. At the end of the limo service when they were dropping us all off at the reception, after myself and my husband left the area, the drive went through the entire wedding party and solicited tips!!! terrible. completely unprofessional. He got around a $250 tip. uncalled for. When he was taking us to the church he followed me up the stairs and wanted to fix my dress for me. No. That is what my dad and MOH are for. uncalled for.

Horrible... I (the bride) was 10 minutes late to the church cause the limo was late! Then when going to get our pictures he kept passing the place even though I kept telling him to turn and park! After our pictures he must have been frustrated because he was speeding everywhere and would slam on the breaks when he had to stop. Then he missed the street the reception was on. Also the radio in the back didn't work! Worst experience ever!!! Totally ruined the flow of the day. Do not use this company!!!

We contracted Zoladz for our wedding day September 25, 2015. We spent $899 plus tax and gratuity. When the limo pulled up at 12:00 (noon) to pick up the groomsman for our 2pm ceremony, we immediately noticed the sound system in the limo was not working at all. We notified the driver who said it was “working fine before and would have to call it in”. The limo’s air conditioning unit was also leaking on the back (furthest back seat) where myself (the groom) was sitting getting me wet before the ceremony any time the limo hit a bump. When we got to the ceremony, the driver told us that he would try to get the sound system working. At 1:15 pm (45 minutes before I was to be married), I was told that there was nothing they could do to fix it. I called the office who was willing to switch out the white, newer 30 person limo with the broken sound system, for an older tan, leopard print interior 30 person limo with a working sound system and they would do it during the service but there was no promise it would be back in time to take us to our pictures and then the reception. Defeated, we elected to keep the limo with a broken sound system With the cost of the limo (not including tip) costing almost $1000 for 6 hours of service – when we spoke to the office manager a few days after our honeymoon she told us that they would take off $100 (~10%) and was unapologetic to the issue that occurred and not willing to do more. Seems like she was keeping up with the usual amount they give when their limos break – which must occur more often than not.

I would strongly recommend going with a different limo service – their company policy is basically – if we don’t deliver what’s promised – that’s at your inconvenience and we are going to do much to rectify the problem.

People of Buffalo, Zoladz limousine is a complete joke of a company. My fiance was given a discount at a bridal show and now they are unwilling to honor it because of "personnel changes". We have it in writing that a discount was to be given and the owner of this company won't honor it. I'm at a loss for words and will gladly take our business elsewhere. I wouldn't want to give my money to a company with such a lack of honor and integrity anyway.

My fiance and I had an appointment at Zoladz this past Monday to look at limos for our wedding. We made this appointment almost a month ago. When we called to confirm our 1pm appointment the morning of, the woman who answered the phone acted as though she had no idea we were coming and was very rude. She said that she "should" have most of the limos there at 1pm but that they would most likely be "filthy" because they had been used the night prior. We made this appointment so far in advance, I expected them to be prepared and interested in making a sale. We arrived at Zoladz and walked into the office into which one woman was working and she was on the phone. She did not acknowledge our presence, nor did she get off of the phone. We sat waiting for about 7 minutes until I loudly said to my fiance "I am giving her 30 more seconds to acknowledge us or we are leaving." She finally looked up and said she would be with us in a minute. We explained that we had a 1pm appointment, and again, she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about even though we had called THAT MORNING. She called some dirty man from out of the garage to show us the limos, which she again told us were "filthy". She was really selling it. The garage man argued with her, as he did not want to show us the limo, and he called another woman from the garage to escort us. She showed us two buses that would accommodate our wedding party, both of which were indeed filthy and smelly. Zero effort was made to even make them presentable before we arrived. There is NO WAY in HELL I would ever entrust this company with any part of my wedding. I would never even consider Zoladz for any event in the future. I was disgusted with how we were treated as potential clients who are going to spend over $1,000 on a limo for our wedding. After reading similar poor reviews, I thought I would add another onto the pile so that I can save another bride from wasting her time.

We had such a bad experience with our limo service! We had two limos...the first was a 30-person bus (the black and white one) that we had until the reception started. The air conditioning was broken so we had to lift the emergency opening just to get some air circulating. Our driver got lost after the ceremony. That made us lose about 20 minutes for photos. Then he almost got a ticket because he was parked illegally and started giving the cop attitude. The only reason he didn't get one was because one of our groomsmen is a cop and talked him out of it. Then we had a 10-person limo for 3 hours at the end of the night to shuttle our guests back to the hotel. He did several trips, but then at one point, some of the guests wanted to take a detour to Mighty Taco. The driver should have said no, but he took them and also ordered food for himself. Meanwhile, we had about 30 friends and family with no ride back. My husband had to call a cab service for them and my parents drove us newlyweds back to the hotel. Not a pleasant ending to the night. So disappointed with these limo drivers!

Very disappointed - driver was late and didn't know where he was going - vehicle had rust and was older. I should have went and looked at the vehicle before I gave them my money. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!
